Steve Mitchell is an excellent teacher - I've been learning a lot from his YouTube videos ("The Mind of Watercolor"). This class is advanced (or at least intermediate) watercolor techniques - I don't think a beginner could take this class other than to see the amazing things that can be done with watercolor. If you don't know how to control your colors and water and brush strokes and to compose a scene and so on, I think you might end up being disappointed by your results, only because this is not a beginner's class. I'm thinking about trying out this class project but I don't think I'm at the level that it will turn out very satisfactorily. But I'm thinking, I have to start somewhere, right? I hope Steve will create more Skillshare classes that have a narrower scope and are more suited for beginners. That said, this was an inspiring and informative class.
