Professional Consulting Chapter 3 - The Art of Proposal Writing
This is a serious class intended to be useful to those involved in the professional consulting trade. By professional consulting trade I refer to those practitioners involved in such disciplines as Management Consulting, I.T. Consulting, Operational Systems Consulting, Human Resource Consulting, Logistics Consulting, Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Business Roll-out Strategy Development, etc.
As a professional consultant or consulting entity, you are often asked to submit proposals to clients to secure a project engagement.
This class covers the primary steps involved and components to building a winning proposal and securing the project engagement. Lectures in this course include:

Creating the Client Engagement Level
The class objective is to help the consultant create winning proposals while concurrently, ensuring their own protection financially on the engagement by making sure that all necessary "protections" are built into the proposal and engagement documents created.
If you are a new or even a professional consultant in the first several years of a professional consulting career, you will find this class to be useful.
I have been a professional consultant for over 30 years and have written proposals and secured engagements from small engagements to well in excess of a million dollars.I have worked for professional consulting firms even leading a strategic consulting global practice area for a 17,000 person consulting firm. I have also worked as an independent running my own consulting practice on global projects - so I have the experience to teach this course.

About Dan Grijzenhout: For close to thirty years, I've been a professional business and information systems consulting professional working to executive levels for both private and public sector organizations globally, a number of which were "Fortune" level enterprises. I've built from scratch, operated and sold an online global payment services company that moves millions of dollars on behalf of its 100,000 plus account holders annually; I've been interviewed on the show "World Business Review" by former head of NATO and Secretary of State, General Alexander Haig, for my work in advanced digital and online telecommunications services and nation-wide online and card based "Loyalty" programs; and I now work at writing books and building training programs to share my years of experience with others interested in online entrepreneurship.
Social Media Marketing, Content Creation and Authorship: During the past few years, I have focused nearly all my time and energy on designing and building online marketing systems and social media marketing platforms.
