This was a great class. You really focused in on the factors that keep us from moving forward in our lives.
Excellent and helpful information based on research with specific definitions on how to identify procrastination and overcome it.
Great information! This class is a great tool for self reflection. The slideshow and bullet point format reminded me of sitting in a lecture, which suits my personal learning style. One thing that I believe would make the information even more helpful would be if the slides were available as print-outs.
