About This Class

Customers go through a specific process when they're deciding whether or not to buy your product. Knowing this process and understanding how it works is one of the keys to making sure that you're reaching your potential customers in a manner that will help you maximize your sales.

This class will teach you the five steps of the consumer decision making process, explaining each in detail. Throughout the process, we'll also talk about which type of advertisement is best to use during each part of the process so you can use your marketing dollars efficiently.

Finally, for this class' project, you'll create a plan to advertise to one of the steps, aimed at how to communicate with them.
