About This Class

Faced with any change we go through a series of emotional responses.  This course looks in detail at the emotions experienced during change; why you experience these emotions and how you can manage them.

Understanding your own emotional response will help you to understand what other people go through as they are experiencing change.  This will enable to you support them more appropriately and effectively.

Hi.
