1. Welcome | Introduction : Hi, I'm seven. Humphries, Eddie, turned publisher of Inspire Brides Magazine. Welcome to this productivity challenge. I'm excited to show you how you can achieve your goals on Have yours assessment. So we will set someone three goals and break them down into manageable chunks. Ribble focus on what you need to do this month. Your time management Looking at getting realistic on your times, girls on putting that into weekly and daily planning segment by setting yourself separate. Tashi was soon be getting things done and achieving your success. Mint. This month we're going to get laser focused on your wonderfully goals and take simple steps so you could achieve them by creating these new daily and weekly habits. It will help you have the most successful month yet by setting yourself separate tasks you assume, be getting things done and achieving your success. Mint. Great. Let's get started 2. Declutter : Hello. Welcome to the first video. The first part of the challenge is to de clutter your desk and work space. I don't want you to spend too long on this, so it's worth set in a time of for 20 minutes. Declety workspace value paperwork and took out those old to do this. Game Plan : Hi. Welcome to this Gulf set in video. This class is all about your game plan on setting your monthly goals. This is a great opportunity for you to make a significant change to your business. You may feel you're really organized with lots of to do lists, but in actual fact, you know, even getting close to what you need to achieve to drive your business forward by sentiment goals, you will be setting your intention for that one. So I'm breaking down. So it's really simple and achievable for everyone. I use this method over and over, and it really helped me map out my month. Make me accountable for I need to do so. If you're stuck with that horrible feeling of overwhelm, or do you get caught up in procrastination? This method will be great for you to creating your business. Game plan is easy, so get yourself a quiet what a time and really focus on what you need toe. Absolutely achieve this move to make it your success. Mint. The important thing is you need to be really specific. A. It could be a financial goal. It could be a project you need to have completed, it could be to grow your social media. The key thing is, here the goals need to really mean something to you. So the action to take is print out the workbook that I've created for this course Create your game plan, identify your three goals and make sure they have meaning which have completed that Heard over to the next video. I'll see you there. 4. Capture Your Thoughts : So now we're moving on to the next page of your workbook. Cut to your thoughts. This section is all about breaking down your goals into manageable chunks. What do you need to do to achieve those goals? Okay, to start with right out. Absolutely everything you can think off that you will need to do to achieve your gold. Big d. I'm write down each separate task you will need to do to achieve that goal. For instance, if you are fakes in I'm increasing your following on instagram this one break down each step you would need to do and be really specific care. For instance, you would list out fine classes on skill share of our Instagram. Write yourself out A nine day schedule planner Filling your instagram planetary what you will post each day find the images to use in the post and so on. This part of the class is also great for beating down all those feelings of overwhelm. If you feel like you're spending too many plates, you will love this section. It will get everything out of your mind and onto paper. This part the course will help you jump off the treadmill and you were full clarity and calm. Now I need you to delegate. The next part is capture your thoughts plan by week. So please go on to the next page in the workbook called Capture Your Thoughts. We Want to Fall. So now whatever you wrote on the previous page now we'll split those tests as levels of importance over the four weeks. So for week one put the most important test in there. Everything that needs action in straight away then so on with me 23 and four. So we want covers everything that needs action. In immediately, we too will cover the next set of tests that we need action in eso one week three and we fall. So the action to take care is allow yourself some time to sit and do this. Clear your mind, break down each golden to test and delegate each task. Please remember to leave any thoughts or comments over on the discussion board. Unbowed. See you in the night's class 5. Weekly Tasks | Time Buckets: So now we're onto your weekly planner Time kids. Now we have delegated each task. This such and will be moving a weekly test in two days of the week. Refer to your week warning the capture your thoughts and split that week over which days you would do them jewelry in week one. Book it onto that task. Please don't write down watching a video and creating a scheduler in a one hour slot. If realistically is going to take you three hours to help you know how long things take. Pay attention to the regular tushy. Work on each week and start to make a note of what steps you have to take in order to complete it and how long it takes. By doing this, you will start to system eyes your work, and it will enable you to be so much more productive with your time. As you can say, I've created a weekly planner for you to add your individual test to and how long it would take you to work on that task, which you have added all the sections of your goal. So each task is locked into the weekly planet. You will then have individual gold points over the month to aim for, which means you can now fully focus on working to finish each one, get in step by step, closer to achieving your success month. So your actions to take our start on week. What? Move your tests over to the days of the week and add a realistic time bucket to each task. Once you've completed that head over to the next video, see you there. 6. Daily Planner: creating your daily timetable. I've designed you a daily planner, for example. You could put that page out one for each day, or use a standard daily planner or an online daily planner on your phone or laptop. This section is absolutely fundamental. If you want to stand track and make great progress, running a business is so much easier. When you have a schedule to follow, you become far more productive and get things done faster. The most effective way I found to schedule my time is from these time buckets, so you should now have your mental gold breaking into manageable Children with a time. Lock it on each and section into weeks of importance. We have also set your retentions for each week. Now it's time to move the most important things over to your daily planner. Simply transfer. You test over to your daily planner. I usually do one week of time, so I moved all week, one onto my daily planner and focus on achieving that week before transfer over week two. Remember to add to your daily planner exercise free time. Also scheduled time to check your emails, Times folks on your marketing tight affects on your sales time to create content and so on effectively, you're creating a business timetable for yourself. This is a simple but effective way to stay on track and become more efficient for your time by setting your intentions, creating small, manageable steps you need to take over each day. This will help you take action rather than putting things off because you don't know where to begin. So the action to take care is start from Week one. Transfer your tests over to your daily planner. I get a daily tasks like checking your emails, etcetera and add exercise and free time. Don't forget to add any questions. Month In Review: I say Now, we're looking at your month in with you. How did you get on? Did you achieve everything you needed to achieve? Did you manage to focus your intentions and have your success? Hman? I'm so excited to hear about how you've got on. Please don't forget to post all about your successes along the way in the discussion board . Now, let's take a look at your month and video. What was your biggest achievement? Was there anything you wanted to achieve, but didn't? What could you improve on for next one? Fill this out and celebrate your winds big or small? 8. Tips To Take Action : you have to make the decision now to put these steps interruption to take control of the hours in the day and make the most of them. Only you can do this. No one else conduct for you, so get to it. Get the attitude, get organized, get the clarity you need to succeed, make your plan and discipline yourself to do the things you need to do. This will make you one hell of a productive person. So here are some tips to help you make the most of your time. Try using a timer. I don't know about you, but I'm the kind of person that gets easily distracted. I think most people are One minute you're working on something, the next you're doing something else. A brilliant weight's down track and stop getting distracted is to use a timer. This is a simple issues in the time on your phone. When you do this, your mind is more focus. Don't get in what you need to get done because you know you're being time to give it a try . Get your time and every time you start to new test time yourself in order to make the most of your time, you have to be disciplined and focused. This is something you have to choose to bay, and sometimes it can be hard, especially when you're trying to achieve something big. But if you want to make it happen and you have to step up and be the person you need to be and do the things you need to do so this month, step up your game and be more focused in discipline than ever before. Try learning to say no. One of the biggest reasons why people feel like they don't have enough time is because they say yes to far too many things. I'm sure we've all been guilty of this. When you're running a business, it can be really hard to say no. And then before you know it, you feel like you're bitten off more than you can chew and then stress over well and panic syncing. Most people are afraid to say no because they're worried they'll let people down or disappoint people overweight that they'll miss out on work opportunities or because they don't want to create a conflict. But the truth is taking on too much work. I mean, you're not effective, and you can't make much progress with really important things that you want to do so really saying no, it's sometimes for the best. How do you know whether to say no or not? Your game plan and timetable are going to help you with this because you'll be able to see what you have planned out and know whether you have space to take on more work. If you know you really haven't got time, then it makes the decision easy for you. So many people feel so busy and lead hectic lives, but have often busy doing nothing. This is why it's so important that you check in with yourself regularly during the day, take a step back and ask yourself, Am I uncheck? I'm I making the progress I want to be making. You can also use your timetable and help you get back on track, so make sure you use it. A lot of people waste time throughout the day because they're not prepared to do the things they need to do. For example, if you've made a plan to film a video series, but you don't have the equipment ready or the script written, then you're not prepared to go and start filming, so you can't stick to your plan. If you have set out to do something that make sure you're prepared for it, take time to prepare what you need to do so that when the time comes to complete in the task, you could do it without wasting so much time. So be prepared as you possibly can, and then the last section is delegate. This is an entire topic in itself, but I think it's an important point to think about when it comes to making the most of your time. Are you doing things that should you should be doing? Look back over the list of activities you carried out over the last few days and think about which tests you could outsource. Go through the list and make a note next to each activity that you want to stop doing. Once you're aware of what you want to outsource, you could look at making it happen. This will free up your time so you can focus on doing things that are helping you make progress. So now you have all the strategies in place to create your success. Mint.
