About This Class

  • Welcome to my Course, yoga journey, about calming your mind and rebuilding your karma while we explore the wonderful city of Dubronik, Croatia.

    My name is Hannah and I love combining, sharing, and teaching my passions of yoga, art, travel, and self-discovery.

    Yoga is a practice of minimalism and awareness. It is about letting go of negativity and cultivating a controlled mind that is light, flexible, free, and at peace.

    It's been stated, "If you want to see heaven on earth, come to Dubrovnik.”

    This city reminds me of the beauty, freedom, and strength of a controlled mind.

    A main feature of Dubrovnik is its walls that run over one mile around the city. Do you have a wall around your heart?

    After completing this course, you will be able to:

    • Demonstrate physical poses that will build strength, flexibility, and balance
    • Move consciously with your breath
    • Practice freeing your mind of negative thoughts
    • Practice cultivating positive karma

    This Course consists of.

    • written discussion about the topic
    • video explanation with key ideas to reflect on
    • foundation and alignment slides to keep you safe and activated during boat pose
    • physical yoga sequence video that includes warm-up, Sun-Salutations, key poses, inversions, cool down, savasana.

    I designed this course for individuals who want to cultivate a controlled mind, rebuild their karma, and building strength and flexibility for a balanced body.

    If you are challenged by controlling the voice in your head and you are looking for an outlet for your feelings and freedom from your pain, than this course is for you!

    What are the requirements?

    • This course is meant for students with some concept of yoga alignment and basic postures.
    • If you have any injuries that you do not know how to modify for, please message me and I would love to help you!
