YOGA TO CONNECT WITH YOURSELF is a 45 minute sequence of Yoga for Beginners, but all levels are welcome!

This practice it´s the progression of my previous classes: Easy Yoga for a Radiant Day ,Easy Yoga for Self Love and Easy Yoga for a Strong Mind

In this class you will:

  • Explore your core strength ;) 
  • Work your back muscles through backbends
  • Stretch your legs
  • Improve the flexibility of the upper back and shoulders
  • Relax and renew with breath work at the end of the practice
