About This Class

Being flexible or being adaptable means having the ability to juggle demands effectively.  It means handling priorities as they shift and means adapting plans and behaviours and approaches as situations change and evolve.

It’s fair to say that some people cope with flexibility far better than others.  Some people really struggle and find change much more stressful.  This is down to attitude towards flexibility and adaptability. 

This class is all about flexibility.  It will highlight how you work with your preferences around managing your time.  The way that others work with their preferences in different ways to yours can cause you issues that may lead to conflict.  This is particularly relevant in situations that are in flux and are constantly changing.

Within this class we’ll describe flexibility and what it means.  We’ll look at assessing your attitudes towards flexibility and your preferences.
