The brutal truth of the workout supplement industry:

  • You don't need to spend hundreds of dollars every month on supplements to get into shape.

  • Many fitness magazines (Men's Fitness, Flex and Shape, etc) are owned by supplement companies. Fitness magazines are a bad place for supplement advice due to this bias to sell you supplements disguised as information. You're basically buying a magazine full of biased sales pitches.
