About This Class

My class teaches an easy-to-learn tutorial about how to choose fonts as a gateway into creative wood burning. I had to learn the hard way by trial and error. I made some totally hideous projects in the beginning! I wish I had someone to give me the basics straight up in the beginning of my learning process so that I could do what I do now, whici is create all kinds of fun, creative, and beautiful burned wood projects.

My favorite thing to make is wood burned earrings! In a little over 30 minutes, students will learn a step-by-step method for choosing fonts for one-of-a-kind, keepsake projects that will delight one’s sense of crafting, in addition to attracting prospective buyers. The steps also include how to help buyers choose a font when making custom wood burned creations. This class is perfect for hobbyist, jewelry designers, serious crafters, and anyone who likes to work with his or her hands. No prior knowledge or experience with wood burning is needed. This class will give ideas and the skill needed to explore more creative forms of wood burning.
