About This Class
Organisational Design is the decision process associated with formulating and aligning the elements of an organisational system.
Organisational design fosters learning and innovation, this means that organisational structures should enhance internal and external communication; and encourage information sharing and knowledge management.
In this class Nicole, Director @thepeopleengine will explore the possibilities of organisational design and the barriers with you, that may arise upon implementing its techniques and tools. It will enable you to understand the context in which organisations operate in supporting the alignment to organisational structure, design, culture, and change.
