About This Class

Many people are inspired to make their first quilt when a new baby arrives, whether you are the new parent or grandparent, or extended family and friends.  Quilts are a wonderful way to celebrate life's momentous occasions - birthdays, graduations and weddings especially.  This small baby quilt can be customized in a variety of ways.  You can choose fabric that relates to personal interests, favorite sports teams or movie characters, or pick bright cheery fabrics that match the baby's room.

For this class, you will need basic knowledge of sewing a straight seam, a sewing machine in good working order, as well as a rotary cutter, mat and ruler.

Learn to Quilt with Andi from True Blue Quilts

I left the high school classroom after 16 years teaching math and social studies. Now I am free to quilt full time! I enjoy every step of the process - from selecting fabric, to making individual blocks, to free motion quilting. Join me as we enjoy, experiment and excel while we quilt.
