1. Welcome: Hello. My name is George, and in today's course you're going to learn how to make these beautiful bunnies. It's going to be a very interesting and fun course. You're gonna make two bunnies, one with a beautiful flower crown and another one with a beautiful carrot in his hands. You are going to learn how to draw these wonderful bunnies as well as how watercolor them, how to use simple but elegant washes with water color. Of course, we are going to outline with a liner, you learn in the scores how simple shapes and simple drawings can develop into beautiful and complex illustrations. Not only that, but you learn about color. You learn about where to add some highlights and some outlines with a liner. We are going to make these bunnies come to life. This is a course for all levels. If you've never painted before, this is a course for you or, if you painted before you can practise the techniques and improve on them as well as sharpen those skills of painting and having fun, creating wonderful illustrations. Thank you 2. Materials: Okay, So for this project, you'll need, of course, a pencil. You can use any kind of pencil as well as some painter's tape. You're going to use the painter state to secure the watercolor paper. This is a five watercolor paper you're going to need to sheets of watercolor paper you're also going to need on any racer. You're also going to need some paper towels, a small flat brush, a big flat brush. This is a mixing plate where you are going to mix your pain. This is a cup for the water. You're gonna also need a different plate to put the colors. We're going to use water colors, and we are going to have a light blue, a yellow and, of course, a magenta. And that's all you need to make these beautiful bunnies. 3. Drawing the flower bunny: Okay, so for this step, you'll need the pencil. You're going to start by making a nice, rounded shape, A nice, rounded line just at the bottom of the page on the left side, going to the middle. And then you can go with some beautiful curves on the left of the initial curve as well as on the right. Starting at the top, we can know another curve and just another one on its right to indicate some beautiful years. You can now make the ending of the year as well. And then for the right here you can make the same. We made them a little bit different. Now you can make a circle indicating a flower, another circle on its right and one at the bottom. You can just play around with some beautiful curves and ovals. You can play around with some nice curves and ovals, one at the top, one below it, and one on the left indicating some leaves as well. You can now start to draw knows you can just make a beautiful shape. With two dark ovals on the right and the left its base, Gil basically like a little bird just like that and then going down with a line to indicate the start of the mouth. And then you can add in a little bit of a smile. 40 eyes were going to start with just two curves. 40 eyes. You're just going to start with two curves, one and left and one on the right. And then you can also make a not a curve just right there, and you can start to see the I. And for the right one, we can do the same, trying to keep them as symmetrical as possible and then going down with a curve on the left side and one on the right side to indicate a body. And after that, we can accentuate the lines a little bit more, just adding a not a curve for the nose. And there you go, you have done the drawing 4. First layer of paint flower bunny: for this step, you are going to need some watercolors as well out some water and a mixing plate to start making some colors, you need to get a little bit of yellow and then some magenta to make a beautiful orange. Just like that, you can already see how beautiful this color is and starting with the flat brush. Put in some of this orange on the years and then get a little bit more water and a little bit more magenta to make it a little bit more orangey. You can start to put it on the site, curves of the head right next to the eyes, and then you can continue for the body, just like that. Under the chin. You can go down and you can see this wash is very beautiful. We can take a little bit of blue just to make it a little bit more brown and a little bit more magenta. You can now see you have created a beautiful brown. I didn't get to the years just like that, a beautiful flat wash and another line just behind it. To make the year a little bit more interesting. If you added too much color. You can now take a paper towel and get it off. Continuing with the brown, you can add it in between the eyes just below the flowers and weaken. Just make it more interesting by dabbing that paper towel for the left and right side of his mouth. We can now put just a little bit of this brown as well. You can put it under denounce as well. Just where mouth starts weaken, dab it with paper towel. You can also add it to the right side, where you've put the orange, taking a little bit more magenta again with the flat brush under his chin. As you can see, the color has changed a little bit, with that magenta going over almost all the body, except for the orange we have created first, taking a little bit more magenta even more, you can now add a little bit of water, and with the scholar, we can start adding a little bit of blush. As you can see, the brown and the orange are blending a little bit, so that helps the colors become more interesting and adding a little bit more yellow to make a pink. A beautiful pink for the nose. You can add it just above the line you created. Yes, like that. Just a few dabs to make a little bit of this beautiful orange pink. 5. Second layer of paint flower bunny: after everything has dried, you can now pick up a little bit more magenta with the flat brush, just making sure you are in the right area of the mixing plate. And with some yellow, we can make this beautiful pink, starting with the rose just with the corner of the brush, you can start to make a beautiful, beautiful rose and adding some water to the sides. A little bit more magenta to the sides. You can already see this beautiful rose starting to appear. Of course, if you have added too much color, you can always take a paper towel and Cabot to take out a little bit of that color. Just like that. You can see how beautiful it started to look once we took that watercolor out. Now, in the middle of the flower looks amazing. Now you can make a beautiful purple with the magenta and the blue, and now taking a little bit more of the magenta, you can add just a beautiful flower on the left of the first throws. And, of course, as always, if you have put too much color, you can now take the paper towel and take it off And just like that, you can see this beautiful purple emerging out of the paper. And now, with same orange, we can put a little bit of orange and make another flower on the right side, this time taking a little bit more magenta, and it's going to be a beautiful sideways flower with a few dabs of paint. The flower is finished, of course, on the left side, we can now put a few dabs to indicate some more flowers, and let's make on the years a little bit of pink as well. To indicate that beautiful skin of the bunny, you can now take paper towel and that on the flowers, as well as the years to take a little bit of that edge a little bit of that color, and you can add a little bit more color to the flowers with some straight up magenta, especially on the right side of the flowers. As you can see, this is the second layer of the illustration, and it starts to look quite beautiful. 6. Third layer of paint flower bunny: okay, going in for the third layer we can make with small brush, we can make a beautiful green, adding a little bit more magenta to make it less intense as you can see, the colder you've created. It's quite beautiful, a beautiful rich green more to the side of yellow, and now we can add some leaves. These are very easy leaves. As you can see, just one dab of the color can show a leaf. You can go on the right side in the middle in between the years and where you can see some white in between the flowers. You can also make the leaves a little bit bigger and also put some on the left side as well . Just like that, you can see those beautiful leaves start to emerge out after crown and more on the right side. You can just play around with making a new color, adding a little bit more blue and add a little bit more. And I mentioned to those leaves where you feel like it needs, especially on the right side of the leaves or on the bottom side. You cannot take a little bit more of that new green and add It's to some of the leaves on the right side and at the start of the leaf, just like that, taking a little bit of green weaken, remake that initial green and add it on the left side. You can also add it to the right side, just like that, making a beautiful design of leaves and you are done with the Slayer as well. There you go. 7. Last layer of paint flower bunny: okay. In this step, you're going to add a little bit more color to the bunny to add a little bit more vibrancy and color to him. Make him a little bit more interesting. You could make a beautiful brown just like that. You can add it just below the flowers and the leaves indicating a little bit of a shadow just over there. With this beautiful brown, you can go around making a little bit of a texture, take a little bit more blue and then add it to the bottom of the chin. You can make a little bit of a separation from his head to his torso and then moving up just like that on his neck and on the left side of his head as well. We can now indicate a little bit more shadow, making these beautiful marks just below the flowers and on the left of his head. We can also go with some beautiful lines towards his nos. You can also start to add some textures to the left and the right of his mouth. And just like that, and of course, with the corner of brush, you can make some small, small thoughts just above his mouth. You can also take a paper towel if you put too much water or too much color as always. And now you can also take a little bit more magenta with some yellow, a little bit more of the magenta and make this beautiful orange just but with small, flat brush. You can put it just on the right of his body and then making the color a little bit more intense like that, getting a little bit more water, just making a beautiful wash of this new orange, indicating a lot more color. You can also add it to the right of a sad just below the shadow. Even going a little bit on the shadow and the year on the left and the right year, you can add a few touches here and there. Also, if you feel like they're too intense, you can also dab that beautiful, beautiful paper towel getting a little bit of magenta. You can put a little bit more color on the years and on the blush as well. You can see how beautiful and lush E this bunny has started to look, and with another layer of magenta you can put in the nose as well. There you go. This step is done as well 8. Liner flower bunny: And, of course, for the last step, you are going to need the liner starting with the eyes. You are going to make just a beautiful, beautiful outline of that I, with some curved lines and making a beautiful highlight just over there as a small circle and then blocking in that I to make it just stand out so much you can start blocking it in with the liner, and you can just see how beautiful it starts to look how beautiful this Bonnie starts to look with eyes just blocking in the last A few areas, You can also add a few lines on the bottom of his eye and on the top of bigger line to indicate a little bit more than I mentioned to this, I you can now go in for the left eye just like that would a curve and then the bottom curve as well. Now that you've made the outline, we can indicate the highlight on the left side, close to the edge and then start to block it in just like that, and then continuing down fourth e I just blocking it in with this beautiful black. You can start to see how beautiful this money is, and you can now just add the same line above the I and a few lines just below this I going in for the right hand side with a few lines to indicate on outline. Just like that, a few beautiful hairs and then Ford the left inside. We can do the same. You can just see how beautiful the outline starts to become with this liner step for the nose. Of course, we are going to make that beautiful, beautiful curve and then indicate the two nostrils. You can now go down for his mouth and then just split it into two lines. Curving those corners a little bit, make them a little bit more interesting, adding a little bit more in depth to the nose Now, some dots just above his mouth. Just like that. Putting in a few marks here and there can now continue to make the beautiful mouth, making some few hairs just below his chin. And then for the right and the left of the mouth, we can add some. Here is a swell to indicate how fluffy this money is. You can also do some beautiful hairs just above his knows, going towards his eyes and just below his chin. You can also change a little bit that the the direction of the hairs once they go through the middle of the face going in 40 years, we can go but a loose outline just like that, and then not even finish it just below the central rose. You can add a little bit of this black barely touching the paper. And of course, the body we can do with the few lines breaking that outline a little bit more just like that. Of course, you can also continue adding a little bit more hairs in the shadows as well as below the flowers, just to add a little bit more. And I mentioned to this bunny you can now you can now add it on the left side as well. Just a little bit of lines. Just coloring it in, making it a little bit more beautiful and a little bit more interesting. Just like that, you have now finished the first bunny. It looks absolutely gorgeous, and hopefully you are going to post it on the projects page of the scores. Thank you. 9. Drawing the Carrot bunny: So let's start the second illustration. You'll need the pencil for this, of course, and you're gonna need to start with a nice semi circle at the top, and at the bottom you can start putting a bigger semi circle. And just like that, you've made a beautiful heads. You can now start drying the first year just like that with a few curves and then connecting it to the head. Now for the right here, you can also do it a little bit longer and going further a little bit more from the body. You can now start to add a little bit of a section in the middle of the heads, just indicating this beautiful patch of different color for going down. Going down. We can start to draw this beautiful carrot just like that. You can all see how the neck just connects to the hands. And just behind the beautiful carrots, we can now draw a hands beautiful par, just adding a few fingers and a different and a line to indicate a different color. For once again and course, we can put in the other hand as well, just like that. Look how easy it is to build this beautiful, beautiful hand off course, three fingers and a little bit of a different fare. You can also erase some lines that are not needed anymore, like the ones behind the hands where the carrot is now invisible. Going down. We can build a leg just like that, too. Circles two curve blinds and then one at the bottom on oval to indicate a beautiful par. You can also start working on the left leg just like that, a small little curve and then the leg just coming out of the body in. And we can just indicate that beautiful, wonderful line and accentuate the body just a little bit more, just like not making three fingers Ford the forties pods as well. You can also your race, uh, lines that are not needed anymore. Clean off the paper, and that's start working on the face. We can Now. You could now start working on the eyes. We're gonna make the eyes a little bit smaller and a little bit more round just to give this bunny a difference. Different character. Just a small, beautiful eyes. Now I'm going in for the nose, just with a line that has. You could now start working on the mouth, straight line going down and then two lines coming off of it. And, of course, a little bit of the map showing a smile. What else? With a curved line underneath, the to lines of the map, you can also beautifully illustrate the nostrils. And now you can work a little bit more on this beautiful carrot, just making a little bit of a top and then some lines indicating some foliage. Of course, this bunny just stole this beautiful carrot and is very happy to see what he got. A character almost as big as him. Of course, we can indicate with a few lines, just like that, some foliage. Now you can erase everything that's not needed anymore, and we can go into the next step. 10. First layer of paint Carrot bunny: before this step, you're going to use the big, flat brush and with a little bit of blue, of course, and a little bit of magenta, we're gonna make this beautiful, beautiful purple. And then, with a little bit of yellow, we can make it gray, Beautiful, wonderful gray, maybe add a little bit more blue to make it cool gray. And just like that, making it a little bit more blue. Andi, you can now see how beautiful disgrace is once you take a little bit of water and at it to the top and added to the year just like that, a beautiful gray that is a little bit blue. And then for the rest of the face, we have drawn in a little bit of an area where differ of the bunny is white. So let's leave that a little bit untouched. You can see it just they're just coming down as a line and then going just like that, you can now go in Andi just following that line and outline coloring in the beautiful face of the bunny. You can go on the year as well. You can also, and a little bit off you can now take a little bit more color and start working on the hands on the hand. Of course, the little paws are, of course not gray. They're white, so let's leave them like that until we add a little bit of color to them at the beginning of the hand. Of course, you can also make some beautiful for marks, just beautifully, illustrating a little bit of texture. You can now work on the second hand on the right side would have flat wash, of course, using the corner of the brush to make this beautiful, beautiful marks. Now we can start on the belly, of course, leaving a little bit of white just behind the carrot to indicate that the belly of the bunny is white. You can also go over the leg leaving the part white. Of course, Just like that, we can go for the outer leg, leaving the Paul white. Of course, just part of the Paul is wide, so we can add with the corner of brush the rest that is great and you are done with the first layer 11. Second layer of paint Carrot bunny: in the step. You're going to paint a little bit of the carrot and add a little bit more dimensionality to that rabbits. So let's start by getting a little bit of water and, of course, a little bit of yellow. And because we are making an orange, we're gonna take a little bit of magenta to make that beautiful, beautiful orange of the carrots. Using the flat brush, you are going to add it to the carrot, carefully avoiding those white paws. Just like that, you can start to see how beautifully it contrasts with the blue grey we've created. You can also go slowly underneath his paws as well and hands just like that, connecting and then finishing off the carrots. Man, we can finish it off and taking a little bit more magenta and yellow to make the color a little bit more intense. Now that you've made the color more intense, you can add it to the right side of the carrots, just like that, with the corner of the brush, maybe a little bit on the left side as well, with the corner of the brush just making a beautiful line and then a little bit in the middle. We can also always take that beautiful paper towel and dab it to make a little bit more texture, as you can see, just taking off a little bit of color to add more this of this texture to the carrot itself . Of course, you can clean off your brush, take a little bit of water and a little bit of that. Great. Not cleaning it properly doesn't really matter. We're just going to add a little bit more blue and a little bit more magenta, and this gray is a little bit different. But the final results are going to be amazing. As you can see, just adding a little bit of shadow under the hand gives it this dimension, this interesting effect and accentuating the leg as well on the bottom feet. Just like that, you cannot take a little bit more color and add it on the year on the left side, and this way you are going to have a little bit of a difference between the head and the year as well, taking a little bit more blue, making this gray a little bit more purple. We can add it again to the year to accentuate that difference between the year and the head . Of course, you can do the same on the right side. And now, just like that, the year as finished doing the same on the left side. You can see it starts the look a little bit more interesting now, in the middle of the head and at the bottom of the head as well, just circling around the eyes, just making a little bit of a plane shift with the new layer of color. And there you go. This layer is finished as well. 12. Third layer of paint Carrot bunny: in the step with the big brush. You are going to make a beautiful, wonderful shadow on the floor where the bunny sits. We're just gonna take some blue and add it to the grey we just made. And there we go. On the right side of the bunny, we now have a shadow carefully just moving the water around. You can also add a little bit more under his hand. And there we go with shadow, just to add a little bit of a interesting shadow just under his chin. You can take some water and a little bit of that. Great. We just made for the shadow Just what it and make it underneath his chin a little bit on his hands, of course. And there you go. With the small, flat brush, we can now create a beautiful pink. Of course, this beautiful thing is going to be added to his mouth, to his nose and maybe a little bit of blush as well. You can add it to the nose just starting over the lines before the nose. And then for the math. Maybe we can make it a little bit more intense by thinking a little bit more color, maybe can make in a little bit more intense by taking a little bit more color in a little bit of orange and just making it just wonderful just like that cleaning off the brush. You can now take a little bit of yellow course and a little bit of blue, and you have just made a wonderful green. With the screen, we can start indicating the end of the carrots. Maybe a little bit more yellow is like not some water, and you can add it to the rest of the carrot now going in with some straight lines, curving them a little bit more and keeping in mind to make them of different lengths just like that, starting with the small one and then putting in some foliage just that, being the small brush on the paper and moving it around connecting the foliage a little bit more. Just like that, taking a little bit of that color off the end of the carats, you have now made another layer 13. Liner Carrot bunny: And now, of course, you're going to finish it off with the liner. How exciting and easy was that. You can start with the eyes just making two beautiful lines and a beautiful highlights just making the outline first. And then, of course, you can block it in just like that, just moving at your own pace and we can consider this. I done. And of course you can. Now, just enjoy seeing this illustration come to life going in, forcing lines underneath the eye and on top, just the one on top. You can make a little bit longer to make a beautiful, beautiful difference between the I and differ. You can now start working on the left hand side I and just like that, starting with the highlight and then blocking it in, making the outline and blocking it in, slowly moving and blocking it in relaxing, making sure we don't go over the highlight or the outline. You can now add the same line on the top and one short one on the bottom of the I just making him a little bit more cute. You can now start working on the nose just like that and going straight in for the mouth and the smile just following the lines we created in the drawing. And look at how beautiful this beautiful bunny is. You can add some dots on his mouth. You can now start working on the left edge of the hand just like that and then going down for his neck you can, and a little bit of an outline to the year as well. And, of course, on the right side we can do the same thing. Just like that, being careful not to cross the carrots, going for the edge of the carrot. We can now go down and connect the year as well. Course leaving those green beautiful line's intact. We can go down on the carrot, and then you can go on the hand. Just building that outline and making, of course, the fingers. You can now see that the carrot starts to beer as well. On the bottom of the chin, you can make some beautiful lines, indicating a little bit of a for for the second hand we are going to before the second hand , you could do the same just outlining, making some squiggles a little bit more to add more oven, interesting shape to the hand and bottom of the carrot as well. We can out outline it just like that, outlining it beautifully, making those connections be a little bit more intense where they meet at a 90 degree angle . And then, of course, you can work a little bit on the leg, just continuing and accentuating those shapes where the body connects with the leg. Of course, you can go for the belly as well. And the beautiful Paul just like that, and the three fingers indicated my two lines. You can output in the second leg and indicating the beautiful difference in for and the two beautiful lines for death 50 adding in the other fingers of the hand because I forgot to. 14. Thank you so much: Thank you so much for finishing this cores. It was such a nice experience. And if you want, there is another course on painting and illustrating beautiful bugs.
