About This Class

c380271a

This class will teach you tips for meditating and tips for using watercolors, mixed media, stamping, and collage. If you are new to creating you will break the ice on how to use paints, markers, stamps, and collage to create a unique expression on paper that can be left as is or cut out into dimensional shapes for ornaments or greeting cards. And for you seasoned creators it’s a great way just to get those creative energies moving, I use this technique when I am stuck on a project, it helps to take the pressure off and gets me moving forward.

You will be guided through a short still meditation to quiet your inner chatter and go within. Next, is a moving meditation where you put paint, pencil, twig to paper and see what happens when you allow yourself to just explore.
