Project Description

This class project is simple - give the different creative exercises a try to see which ones work well for you! You may find that depending on the day or the work you need to do, different exercises will work best at different times. If you're willing to share, your project could include: visuals of your warm ups, which exercises worked best and which were difficult, and any connections you made in your work or life as a result of starting a creative practice.
