1. Introduction to Visualization talking head: I feel like I am on. This is visualization and how it can help you get what you want. Now we've all visualized something. Sometimes in your imagination you see something, but if you do deliberate visualization for what you want and you do it repeatedly and you do it effectively, then you will attract to you opportunities to help you get what it is you want. And that's what this course is all about. Going. Take the suit various techniques and steps as to how to visualize effectively on their also guided visualizations in the course where your close your eyes and just follow through and follow the directions to visualize between these things. If you do them and you do the guided visualizations regularly, it will help you achieve what you want a lot faster. Once you've heard the guided visualizations, you may prefer to just visualize by yourself without listening. But it's the same difference. You'll know what you're doing and you'll follow through on. You'll be visualized. It is absolutely, ah, huge way to go about getting what you want. Your subconscious cannot tell the difference between what you're imagining and what Israel if you're vividly imagining something that your subconscious makes it real. So if you vividly imagine the same thing over and over again, your subconscious believes it. It believes that's coming in your future if it's not already here, and it will do everything it possibly can to help you achieve what it is you're visualizing because your subconscious is uncomfortable if it believes something different than what it thinks is happening. So that's how it all comes together. We'll take you through steps to make it easy and hopefully fast for you to achieve what you want. Provisional ization. And if you enjoy this course, please consider following me because I love doing these personal development courses for you. On that, you'll get notified of what you once I come up with if you're falling. So let's get going on official ization and how it can help you get what you want. 2. What to Visualize and Why: lesson one. What to visualize and why. Whether you prefer to visualize a dream job, a dream partner, a dream life in general. Regular visualization can help you get there later in the course will do a guided visualisation, but for now, here are a few quick, fun exercises. It will help you make the most off the visualization. When we get there, be ready to pause the video at any point during this course where you're asked to imagine or dream something you will find. It works much better to pause and imagine right then, rather than wait until the end of the lesson or course and trying to do it all, then if you could be, do have any life. You want it with no obstacles, such as lack of experience, education, our money, no age obstacle, our any other practical hindrance. What would your life be like? But before you go off in your dream, let me bake one point if you are of an age to be working that include paid work off some kind. If you manifest millions, you can always quit your work. But just in case, either the millions don't quite appear or they take time to come at least be practical enough to include some kind of earning part in your dream. So based on that, what three jobs our businesses, where do you come up with and what is the associated life style that you were? Dream pause. If you like to think about it and write it down. If you're already retired or don't need to work, then you dream one toe have would have to have that restriction on it. Having a dream to follow means you're approaching life as a creative venture in which you choose what you will do as supposed to being in constant, reactive mode, reacting as best you can to whatever comes at you. If you her vision, a dream and goal that you lovingly aspire to you will willingly live in learning mode because you will naturally want to learn as much as you can about your dream and how to get there. If you care deeply about your dream, you'll put more effort, more thoughts, more commitments into realizing that dream. You will find yourself continually refocusing on how to get there as you go through life and things change around you. you won't give up, you'll just refocus, regroup and move ahead. Your dream will keep you going. Basically, your vision or dream answers this question. What would you do with your life if you knew that you couldn't fail? Coming up next lesson to questions to get to started? 3. 2 Questions to get you started: lesson. Two questions to get to started. Here are some insightful questions to answer on. Remember to pause the video any time you have to think about an answer and write it down. What are five things that friends, family and people who know you well, I would say about you all positive, please. Insults or friends could be funny at times, but this is a time for genuine appreciation. So what do you think the five people of your choice would say about you right in tone? Or you could also ask them. You can ask him in an email or in a letter. You get better answers if they right thumb than if they verbally say them. So, by all means asked him in writing and get their answers directly. Next, I want you to put modesty aside for no and write down five things that you are brilliant at . And, yes, there are at least five things you're brilliant at. Every one of us has gifts and talents. What are you best at? This isn't a competition with anyone else. You're just looking at yourself on the five things that you're most talented are brilliant at doing what are they, positivity or to write them down? What do you lose? Track of time when you're doing, the chances are that so riel ability of yours, right? Sit down. If you were going to take a course on don't worry about how much it costs or how long it takes. Just assess it for its interest value to you. What course would you take? What we should like to learn again? Write it down. If you were to divide your life as far as you have so far lived it into three equally sized sections. Can you come up with at least one success for each section? Come out with this melodious you can, but at least one for each of the three sections. Your successes don't have to be huge. It can be very smile, but things you felt successful about at the time they don't have to be money related. It's all about the success in your mind, not in your pocketbook, although if you did have success that included making money, that would also count, as you would no doubt feel successful in your heart about that, too. These questions are all there to bring into your consciousness. Things such engage your interests and have a strong appeal for you. Have you written down all the things that came up for you so far? Then you ready for the next step in the visualisation journey. Here's a lesson project. It's to write down the answers to all the questions asked in this lesson. If you haven't done so already, you'll find the guided visualizations much more effective if you do so coming up next lasted three guided visualisation. 4. Guided Visualization: Lesson three guided visualisation In this lesson, I'm going to take you on a journey to find your dream life. If you're still of working age, then think of it as including a job or business. If you're retired or otherwise, don't have to earn an income then think if it is just activities you would love to be a come involved in. Just let your mind follow along with my voice and go where it wants to go. Let's images or sounds come as he chews on. Just go with the flow throughout the five minute guided journey through your dream life. There are no restrictions. There is nothing you cannot do or be. There are no places you can't go. Just let your mind take you where it wants to take you and relax and enjoy the journey. The picture on the screen during the guided meditation won't change. You won't miss anything, so it just close your eyes and just listen as you go on a journey to find your dream life. And here's the lesson. Project is to be ton after you have listened to the guided visualization in the next lesson . So once you've heard it said, You've gone through the whole guided visualisation. Write down everything you visualize everything you saw everything that came into your mind , whether you thought it or saw it, whether it sees practical or not, it doesn't matter. Just write down your dream. Take the time to get everything down detail as well as generalities. Don't skip NFI. Write it all down. Some people visualize and see pictures. Other people just get a feeling about things, and some people actually hear things like you might hear the noise of the waves. If you're by the sea or something like that, you could hear people's voices. But just however it comes to doesn't matter. Write down whatever you get as you go through the guided visualisation, so that's coming up. Next, listen to this guided visualisation 5. Listen to this Guided Visualization: get comfortable. Relax and close your eyes. He's just being granted your dearest wish. Your dream life is now yours. What does that look like for you? What do you do all day if you work? What is your job? If you can think of a job title, that's okay. Just think of what you would like to be doing what activities you be participating in If you don't work, then just visualize what activities you would love to be part off. What exactly are you doing? Are you alone? Are with other people our machines of any kind or computers involved? Are you being creative or following a prescribed pattern of behavior? Where is this activity taking place indoors are outside. If it's indoors, what type of building is it in? If I would doors, What is the city on? Then think of it all as part of a huge wave of love and happiness that washes over and through you bringing all these wonderful things into your life. This is your dream life. I'm the more differently you imagine it on, the more frequently you imagine it, the quicker on more easily You will notice opportunities to take you in that direction. Take one last deep breath and open your eyes. 6. Are you putting off going after your Dream: less than five are putting off going after your dream. Is there something you want to do that you've been putting off? You've wanted to do it for perhaps many years, but it's always been something in the way. But you still keep thinking and dreaming about it. Perhaps you read about it. Take classes connected with it, doing what you can to get ready without actually following your dream. Have you perhaps come to a time when it was possible to follow your dream? But you held back. Why would you do that? Are you afraid of losing your dream? When you have a dream, it gives you something to look forward to. It brings enthusiasm, excitement and hope. When things were tough today, you could look at your dream and think how wonderful things will be when you haven't. But if the dream looks like becoming riel, certain panic arises. After all, will it work out well? Will it be as good as it seems in the dream? Can you handle it? Could it prove to be a total failure? So your chance arrives with a potential of riel success, but also rial failure. Will you choose to go for it and risk it all. Oh, you sick to what is familiar and let your dream continue to be just a dream. Many people in this situation stick with the tried and true. They avoid going after their dream, just in case it doesn't work out or it doesn't work out. Or it does work out but isn't as wonderful as he dreamt. After all, life continues. All the usual annoyances will still be there. Whether bucks bills, traffic jams. Isn't it better to have a wonderful dream to take you away from that than to risk what you know for what you don't know that are not sure will work out? Stay with me. I will come up with some solutions for you Coming up next lesson six. Why people don't live their dream lives 7. 6 Why People don't live their Dream Lives: Lesson six. Make the most off you to have the life you want to have. You have to be the person who can live it. So take a good look at yourself. Engage in some personal development work to become the person you really want to be. The person who will thrive in your dream life dream big and bigger dreams No, I have a question for you. If the fastest you had ever driven was 50 miles an hour and you were thinking of driving 90 miles in our how scary would that be? If you like driving fast like I do, perhaps you think it was great, but it would still be a little bit scary the first time you did it? Yes. Then I think that you who have never driven about 50 miles in our are planning on driving 120 miles an hour. So now getting up to 90 is just the step along the way. 90 doesn't seem so much anymore, cause you're aiming at 120. It's not the ultimate dream anymore. So although 90 is still challenging, it doesn't seem a scary are is impossible, as it did when it was the top of the line. Now the 120 is there. 90 isn't so scary anymore. So applying this thinking to your dream if your dream is an ultimate for you, if it's more bigger, more extreme than anything you've ever done or every thought off before, it's going to be scary. It is said, Make the dream. You have now just a stepping stone to another, even bigger, grander, more ambitious dream. Then taking one step going for your present dream will be a lot less scary because, after all, now it's just the first step to something much bigger. This way, you'll never run out of dreams. You achieve this one as still have another one out there waiting to be reached. Supersize your dreams make them so big that although you love reaching each smaller dream along the way, the big one is always out there waiting for you to reach coming up. Next lesson. Don't sit and wait for the big event happen or the big change to come start practicing a smallest, you feel you need to, but get doing some of the things you will need on want to be able to do to realize your dream. There's no time like now to get going. Dream in real life. Don't dream just the good bits off your new life Dream how it will really be to live that way. There are downsides to everything on observing on understanding. Those beforehand will make them a lot easier to handle when your dream comes true. Having five kids is wonderful for a family oriented parents. But think of the expense the work. Think of having five teenagers around the house. There is, of course, the love of the happiness and the joy. But look at the other side, too, so that you're prepared. Another example is running a successful business on making lots of money is also wonderful . That makes it onto the owner feel like a 1,000,000 bucks as well as having the 1,000,000 bucks. But for many, that cost is high. Long hours of fatigue, stress on risk, missing time with family and friends. And if a successful business is your dream, go for it. But be aware of the down site as well as the upside. So you ready to handle it in the best way possible. Go after your dream with your eyes wide open to both the possibilities on the hazards. That way, success will really feel like success. Of course, going after your dream must take into account practical considerations. If you have commitments, the others so prevent you from following her dream right now, then plan to get going as soon as that ends. If you need training or experience, get that's a look on it as a start off going after your dreams. But don't allow yourself to just sit there in your bubble, waiting for a miracle to dump your dream life at your feet, then complain you never achieved what you wanted go out there and do what you need to do to achieve what you want to achieve.
