1. Introduction: Hi. My name is James and I am the instructor for this Costs on using for more on nine to create your videos. I've been making videos for a few years, and I actually use a wide variety off suffering. So this cost. I want to show you how you can use the Maura and whether it's for personal project already you and use it for your pistols. It's fine. So these are soft. They will be able to do that. Even if you are really beginning and worry, we will cover all these things. I'm gonna start right at the basic things, like even the user interface. Things like bringing different, even type of media like video audio into your into for Maura. And then we will cover things like arranging the clips, transitions, adding fighters as well as some of the ball. Interesting effects that's available, moron. So I look forward to seeing you in the cost and right at the end of this costs itself. There is a personal project I created using for Maura and that video. I will show you all the techniques that I taught in the prior video, so I look forward to senior in the cost as well as looking for to seeing your radios as well. So let's get started 2. Where To Download Filmora X: In this video, I will show you where to download when they're Shaffer Mora and do downloaded from the official website so that they wouldn't be things like a malware and other kinds of software that amino will properly the cyclotron refer Mora is actually for Marad dot when they're So some of these might change because they do change their website occasionally. So you can actually look for the download tab. And I do take note that there is total of Edo editors on when they share for morass website, when it's coffee Mora, excellent writer for more attention. And the other one is called film or a pro. Now from our poet is very different from the user interface is totally different. When you are looking for this class we were using, we're going to use for Mora X or femora Ted. So make sure you download the software. Now femora is not a free software or however, it does have a full feature, a trial that you can use. I do take note that the trial version will have a large watermark on the video that you export. However, all the features in X trial version is available for the paid version as well. So you get to try it and see whether you like the Soviet before you purchase. So to start the class, make sure you download the song Mora dot 3. Overview of Filmora User Interface and Importing: In this video, we will cover the basic user interface of the amora. So you have a good idea of where things are located. However, we've covered this briefly, don't be concerned because as we go into the lessons for them, for the book, cover things in greater details. But I just want you to have a sort of a bearing when you look at film Aurora. And you have a rough idea where things are located. And this is useful, especially if you are new to using for boron. Okay, so let's get started. Now, are right on the top here. You have cost your menus that allows you to switch between media, audio, titles, transitions and etcetera. Okay? For example, if you click onto the titles, you'll notice that the panel on the left and also on the center here changes. Okay? Same thing with effects and aliments. Okay, so you have all the options over here. Now, the books over here when you look at the media is when all your media files located. Okay. So I'm going to show you shortly in a Chihuahua as you are bringing your media how it looks like. Okay? So there are also some sample colors as well as some sample videos that are included in the camera that you can also use if you don't have your video clips. All he SPL, you will notice that there is this option menu. If you click on it, it allows you to change the view of the media. For example, whether you want to have a ListView, large or small thumbnail. So this u looks something like this. So you can see the foul names, the type, and then things like the frame written and et cetera, and reaches the small thumbnail view than they would be kind of small, but it allows you to see more of your thumbnails. And so you can actually select that. You can sort these by name, by duration and etcetera. And you can also group them by the Queensland type, that Greek, the depth created named duration, etcetera. Ok, so you have this option and there is also an option to filter, okay? So for example, you enter filter just images or your audio or your video. So you have all that then. So here is where you import all your media and you can actually drop your video clips, images, audio here. And there are actually a few ways you can import media into film or rock, okay? You can just go into your folder and drag and dropped the media desk. I'm going to show you exactly now. Okay. So I'm just going to drag some of these video clips onto the media bin. So just going like this and drop that in. So this is one way to do that. Okay? Here you've cost half a Morocco, have AN message that comes up whether you want to use a proxy clips, right? So you can actually change this later on. So for now, I'm just going to click on No, so just leave it there, but I'm gonna explain a little bit more on this. Okay, so let me go and select another clip. So that say I want to select this clip here and then just drag and drop it. So it's inside there as well. Okay, so another way you can import media is to use this menu here. Click on Import media files. Over here, you can actually import media by inputting individual media files or a folder, or even a camera or your phone or import from instant cutter to okay, so I'm just gonna import media files here and let me go and look at some miscellaneous v ds here. So let's see, I'm going to bring this fall in. Ok. So again, it keep on asking whether you're going to have our proxy files, right? So to change and setting go into the performance in the Preferences, I'm going to talk about the preferences menu in another video. So for now I'm just gonna leave it as no. Now I'm gonna switch this view to a larger thumbnail view or the lunchtime near wheel so that you can see this icon better. So you'll notice here, this is a video clip, so you have this video icon. So let me just bring in some extra media so that you can have a rough idea of what some of the other icons as well. I'm going to just bringing this image. So this is a still image. So you'll notice yada, logo or the icon is a little bit different. And you know, Dave, from the looks of this icon deals as a still image or a photo. Okay. Let me bring in another. So I'm just going to bring in some audio file so you'd have an idea. So this is an audio file and the symbol is like that. Okay? So these are some of the things that you can notice. And I'm going to switch this back to the middle, middle thumbnail view. So you can see there on the right here is the preview window or the viewer or the monitor. So they knew double-click on the sudden video. So let me just click on this. You will see the video clips show up here and either statically. Okay. I'm going to pause the video. So here are the play buttons. Play and Pause button, the top button. And this is actually your playhead. You can select the playhead to preview your video to the place that you want as the video plays. Okay, so this is the playhead. And right at the bottom here, of course you have extra menus as well. And here is actually a menu that determines the playback quality. Now if your video is has high resolution and your computer hardware may not be up to smock and you want to play a video background smoothly, you can actually choose the half size. So because the Screenshare is pretty small, it doesn't really affect the quality that much. Okay, as you are editing your video, you can go down all the way to Quatar or even 16. So next at the bottom here, iss the timeline. So here is the timescale. And this is actually a playhead again, audio and video tracks. So this is an audio track, you have a logo of music, and here is your video tray. So in brief, that is the user interface of when the share from Moran. Let me just select this again. Okay, and let me just pause it. This is the preview window and I'm just going to show you briefly, you'd drag things onto the timeline. This is what it looks like. Ok. So three Mora pops-up message saying whether you want to change the frame rate of the media versus the project. So the project frame rate is at 25 frames per second and the media is at 30 frames per second. So I'm just going to make it to media. So briefly you have all these things here and then you have your tools that works for our, for the timeline. Okay? So we're not going to cover this right now, but I just want you to have an idea of where things are located. And finally, at the top here you do have some extra menus. For example, here is to save your video project. Here is to message, and this comes from Mora. And there's also a menu for you to download extra effects from more Reiser. Some of them are paid, some of them are free, so you can also check them out. I hope that you have a brief overview of your morass user interface and convention. We, as we dive deeper into this class and we'll cover things in greater detail. So just want you to have a rough idea unless you understand how do you bring media into. So Mora, what are some of the terms and terminology that you're going to use? So that's all for this video. 4. How to Split, Trim and Move Clips: In this video, I want to show you how to do some things like spitting, streaming, how to arrange some video clips onto the timeline as you create your first video. The building blocks of making the first video. Here, I have my clip on the timeline, and I'm just going to right-click and adjust the height because of the kind of little bit big for my preference. So if you want to adjust your tricot, you can actually just hover over to the beginning of the track, right-click and you can actually Just a track height to see a normal or big or small. There's also the menu here as well. So if you left-click on many tracks, you can also bring up the menu as well, okay, so I'm just going to leave this as normal for right now. So how do you actually move the clip around in for Murat? You use your mouse and left-click. You can actually select the clip and then you can drag it to the left and to the right. So this is the way to select your clip. Okay, now I'm going to bring a different clip onto this timeline. This time I'm going to show you how to do trims using the morning term window here. Okay, so first I'm going to select the clip first by double-clicking it. So I'm going to pause it. So there's a way of trimming the video on using this monitor. And this is called so-called trimming it using the marking in and out points. Okay, so let's say for example, I want my video to start somewhere here. I'm going to use this to mock and in point, okay, by clicking on it. So here, straight away you notice that there is a market that comes up. So this is the point of the video. And what you're doing is telling for more that you want your video to start at this point. So let's play that. You can actually play the video or you can actually move it manually, right? So let's say somewhere here. Somewhere here I want my Video 2 n. Okay? Okay, somebody here. Alright, so I can mock the output by clicking on this. Okay? So once I click on it, you see there's another icon here. So this is max, the out point of the video. So basically what you are telling for more ice that you just want this section of your video clip. Okay? Now, once you have mocked this, you can actually just bringing it onto the timeline. Okay, the video starts at this point here on the timeline, and then it ends somewhere here. Okay? This is actually a sort of pre trimming the video before you bring it onto the timeline. Now this a different way, you can actually trim your video and you actually trimming it on the timeline itself. So I'm going to show you how to do that now. Okay. Now to trim a video on the timeline, I'd like you to do is you hover over the front or the back of the video. Okay, so let's say for example, I want to shorten this a bit. All I need to do is to hover my mouse to the front of the video. And then you notice that the mouse actually changes to a different icon. And then by selecting it, your mouse, you can actually move it to the left. So this is essentially trimming it. Okay, I can do the same for the back. So I'm going to hover to the back of the video clip and then I'm going to move it to the left. So these are hey, trimming that video from the vein. So this is about trimming that video. So I'm going to show you how to split their video. So I'm going to split this video into two sections. And I'm gonna do that by clicking on the scissors icon here. Once I click it, it can split into two. Let's say I want to rearrange this and place it in the center, this position. I'm going to select this clip and just read my left mouse button and drag it to the center. And I'll make today are rearranging the clip. So this how you arrange the clips from one section to another. And let's play this now. Okay? And so here are a few more pops up. A message tells you to click the render preview button, and this is actually the render preview button to improve playback. Now you notice that as I'm playing by this video is kind of relax a little bit before it starts to play. That's because I'm slightly taxing my computer. So what you can do is you can actually do render preview. You'll notice these buys rate right now. So this bias, because the video has done been render preview, okay, you haven't rendered for preview. So to render preview, click on the button. And for Morocco crater, a preview render for smooth playback, OK, and you'll notice this line is changing from red to green. So depending on whatever Edison's on your video or the file size of your video, you will take some time to render this. Also depends on your speed of your computer as well. Okay. So the line now is greed. So now if I were to play this, now you'd be small, okay? Without any jokes and things like that. All right, so this is the basics about assembling this video. Now, let's see, here is a gap in the beginning of the video. So if I were to export the video now I will have probably about it seconds of a blank video and you do not want that. Okay, So to delete that space, I'm going to select the spacing. I'm going to select this. And you'll notice that there is a green box. How's that? And to delete this, you can actually click on this icon to delete. Or you can also click on the Delete button on your keyboard. I'm just going to click on this. So the video and I'll place like this, basically this about arranging and spitting your clips in amora. If you want to add the music isn't similar as well. I just drag your music down to that music track that. And you can actually looks the same as well. So let's say I want to split the clip here. Split the click at the beginning and the end. Split this. So splitting audio and video and images all works the same way. So I hope that you have a good understanding of arranging, splitting, and trimming your clips on. For Mora. You can actually use your video clips and practice along the SBA and do this glass and using for Mora. 5. Using And Adjusting Transitions: In this video, we're going to cover transitions, how you can use them, how to apply them, how to adjust them, and how to actually use them a wool multiple clips at the same time. Let's get started. I have this video clip on my timeline. And over here I see play. It transitions to another scene. And at the moment it is just a cut transition, which means I jumped from one to another. Now to use transitions, head on over to the Transitions tab. Click on your left mouse and then you have a bunch of transitions that you. Now there are various types of transitions from the normal fig to grayscale to things like dissolved, which is very common. So let's start with a common 1 first and then we will go on into something that is more sophisticated. And I do take note as well that you can actually hover over the transition and click on the heart. And then you actually favorite this and he must you favorite is you will see this in this table on the left. And it helps you to locate your transition and much easier. Alright. So let's use one of these transitions, which is that it can dissolve transition to apply a transition, select this and drag it to in-between the clips. Okay? So as you can see, this is how the transition works. Okay? It dissolve from one to another. You want to have another transition, just go to another transition and say you want to select this one and then place it over to the other transition. And you will have here replace it with a different transition. Okay, Let's undo that. So let's go back and click on the transition. Now remember this is our dissolve transition. And when you double-click it, there are a few settings you can change. One of it is actually the duration of that transition. At the moment the default is two seconds. You can adjust that transition by clicking on the mouse like this. Okay, I'll go down. Or you can also hover over the figure and select this and then slightly left and slightly light. And as you notice, these things changed as well, okay, so the duration of this change. Now, you can also achieve the length of the duration by hovering over the beginning of the transition and selecting it and then dragging it left and right as if you are streaming a video clip. The longer the duration of your transition, it means that your transition will take a longer time to transition from one clip to another, lifelong. He says this is five seconds, so it is a very slow transition. All right, Now most cases transitions are in the range of say, between one to two seconds. This is actually the length. However, I do choose whatever time length that you feel works for you. Now besides that, there's also a transition mode that you can choose. So at the moment did is overlap, which means it all Fs between two clips. Okay, Now if you choose a prefix, they load that this box here would actually move that to the end of the front clip here. Okay? And if you chose postfix transition or the box with actually move over to the second clip. What it just means is that we overlap, the transition will happen or what both clips, okay, So this is a transition that we're here. Looking. However you choose, prefix means a transition likely to happen in the first clip. And when it comes to the second clip, starts to play as if it is normal. And then you choose postfix and transition will happen over the second click. Ok. I'm just going to change it back over to overlap. Now when you change the duration, you can actually change durations to all the similar transition. Okay, let me just close these alphas. I'm going to choose the dissolved for this clip as well. Okay? So this transition is a similar transition. This one happens for two seconds, whereas this one is at the moment, three seconds, like I want all my transition to occur over 2 second timeframe. I'm going to select this and I'm going to apply to all. And then you notice that this transition now has changed to two seconds as well. So this is particularly useful if you're using the same transition and you have many transitions over many clips. This way you don't have to change each transition individually. Okay. Now I'm going to show another thing you can also apply to all selected clips, okay, so first I'm going to remove this transition for us, and I'm going to remove this as well now. And, uh, let me place these two clips right up here. So now this forklifts back to bet. Okay, I'm going to hover my mouse armor onto the timeline. Left-click and I'm going to select all of the clips, okay? And then I'm going to hover over the transition that I want. In this case, the blind transition. I'm going to right-click and apply to selected clips. So you notice that now cliffs all have a transition, this blind transition. So that way you will actually save a lot time when you have many cliffs where you want to have the same transition. Do take note that the transition is also applied to the beginning of this clip as well. Okay? But the very first clip, as well as the very last clip. Okay. So if you do not want to have that transition at the end, or you want to have a different transition than b, remember to change that. So that's all about using transitions in Phil Mora. 6. Fade To Different Color Instead Of Black: In this video, we'll show you how to fade two different colors instead of just fading to black. Let me show you what I mean by the feed effect. So let's dive straight into the screen. Now. I have these two clips here, and he jumped from one to another. Let me show you how the phase transition looks like. Let's head on the water transitions and look for the feet. Okay, so you can actually drag the fit between these two. So let me just play this and you see that the clips goes into dark and black and then it goes to the other clip. Okay. Now, if you went to fit to a different color, there's actually no way to do that within the phase transition because there's no way to adjust this. Okay? So what I'm gonna do is I'm going to remove the transition first. And I'm just going to make some space here, move it back a bit. And then what I'm gonna do is to go to the media tab. I'll do for the sample color. Now, I'm going to choose a white color here. So just drag the white over to the video clip on top. Now, dropped this color to a video track. Check V2. And because I just want to trim it first and then I'm going to move it down into the space. Now let's see how long is this white color in between the two clips. So this one is at the D1 seconds. So at the front is 30, so it's a little bit all 1 second. And that is just a nice, We do not want this to be too long because then the feet or the dissolved happened to, to slowly. Okay. So what we're gonna do next is go back over to transitions, okay? And I am going to kill me, just zoom in to the truck. He does try a little bit. I'm going to choose a dissolve. And the reason why I'm going to choose a disservice because in some ways the dissolve and fit is very close to one another. Okay. So let me show you what I mean. Okay, So this is the dissolve transition, so it's dissolving to y instead of fading to black. And then I'm going to choose to dissolve to the back as well. And I justice, we don't We do not want this transition to be too long. So let's see how long these, and this is just a little bit over 1 second. I'm going to shorten it to exactly 1 second. How about this? This is also 1 point, 2, 2, so shorten it to exactly 1 second. And this is how it goes. Okay? So in this way you have something of a walk around instead of a fade to white, okay? Now if you just try with a failed, it doesn't work. Let me remove this and replace it with the fate. Okay? Now even if you have a fade to white, it doesn't work because it fades to black. All right, so that is the only way to create a fading to a brighter color. Now this also works if you want to have a fatal at the end of your clip, very often at the end of the video, or you may want to feed to a black clear. This is very common you see in a lot of videos. And so as the end of the video, if leads to black. However, if you do not want to fit to black, you went to fit or another color, you can do that. So let's try say red for the purpose of just showing this example. But most of the time I find that if you fit to white, it makes more sense. Okay, so let's get back to transition. Just a dissolve again. And here you're fitter, red color. Alright, so many times I feel that it's much better to fit to a white rather than to a color like red because it doesn't really make that much sense, okay? Now, you can do whatever you like in your video that's up to you. There's no right way or wrong way. So that's how you create effects that fades to a brighter color. Are we actually using a walk around with his unheated dissolve transition to do that. 7. Adding Text Or Titles To Your Video: in this video, I will show you how to put some titles or tax onto your video. So that's put some text here. Okay? Yes. Okay. So let's say I'm gonna put some taxable here, so or titles. So click on titles and you have a bunch off titles you can select and you can see by hovering or selecting this. Okay. And then when you play, you can see the type of titles that comes up. OK, so this is the end scroll are suitable for what you want to do. So let's try this. Okay, so these are the titles on the openness. So what you can do is also will choose selects a titles, right? And like this, you can preview it. So let's use this transition, and we're gonna put it over here. Okay? So wanting to know is that the title should actually have over the video clip that you want to use. However, you can also put the titles at the back. Okay. Which means your titles will not be playing over a video clip. OK, so that's put this clip with you So less, ladies rookie. And you gonna change the words so I'm going to click on this to change that text. Okay? You can change the size by hovering over here and dragging left on the right to make the size changes. So what I want to do is to change the tax and to change it or you need to do is go over to the textbook here and type in the text that you want. Okay? And you'll notice that you type more the Texas. We're just by itself. Thank you. Or you can adjust the text size on a fun size away here. Okay. Noted ever larger phone size. You need to drag this out thinking. So I want a police here. Let's play this again. Okay, I am going to remove these Miller to delete the tax. Just click on it. You can just you race all these texts over there. Okay? Okay. So then the attacks will not play anymore. Okay. So to adjust the length of the tax playing into your video or you need to do is just a trim it off, and you can actually see the duration. Here's showing three seconds and has been reduced by 1.25 So let's make it shorter. Say, about two about to do any knowing. Okay, so about 2.5 seconds. So that's how you create tax with for Maura. And you can actually directly and show properties again. So you have more and more options over here. Nike, for example. The color off the text, the text basing. OK, but make sure that you're just selecting the correct text that you want to change a kid like, for example, here. Okay, it's not selecting the one is like selecting the other one. Thank you. So right. Click here currently unknown properties, so you can change the text color if you change the alignment. Okay, change as well. Center bottom. Or you can use a position in the way you want using your Cassa. So the color read this type self position thinking, and then you can also do some transformation. For example, if you want to be slightly routine, you can do that as well. You can scare the like. You're smaller. Thank you. And you can be said that you do not want. Okay, so this is too big. So let's scale it down around here. And that's adjusted position as well. Okay, so here, finalists. Obesity. The obesity is how transparent is that text? Okay, so the more taking these, the more transparent the text will become. And this will work. Well, if you are using very large tax. Okay, for example, s let's increase in size on this. Okay, so you have you have publicity is high, then you can actually can look through the woods. So let me just undo that. Let's go for more normal size and okay. And there is also a month's option here that allows you to make greater changes. For example, whether you want to have, uh, the type of feel. Okay, if you want to have agreed and feel or something else, you can do that. Yes. Well, okay, whether you want to blow the text and the shadow as well, So they have various options that you can use. And more than that, there's also animation, so you can create your animation. So that's about adding texts. OK, so I'm just going to click on OK, now you can save your text that you have made into a custom, uh, preset. So that way, when you want to reuse it again. You can do that as well. So if I want to save it as a custom and you can give you the name so they say this, I'm gonna call us Project Cameron one. Okay, so I know that for this project will use back these tax If I want to use it and it will end up in the custom photo we're here, right? So I defend different presets that I created. So that's all for adding text. So the other part that I mentioned earlier, only certain titles work well for, Let's say, for credits here always this one works well, if you place it to the end of the video clip, you can do that. Okay. And for some video clips, you may also what? Well, if you have tax that is blowing over the final video clip, that's well, okay, so depend on the fact that you want to create 8. Adjusting The Speed Of Titles: in this video, I'm going to show you how to do some final adjustments to your text or your titles. So I'm just going to use this credit number, our credit five to show you the effects and then placing this on to track RV to video track . All right, so this is the fact that you will see, So if you play you notice daily, we just appear from the left. And then the text on the title dreams disappeared to the right. Now, to make this adjustment in the terms off, making the adjustment to the speed, you can rightly and Goto advance at it. So we hear if you play this inside this one's tax at it, you can see this, okay? And this Texas off disappear. So in order to adjust the speed off this appearing on the tax appearing, what you need to do is actually adjust this lang space between here. Okay, so if you move this bar to the left, okay. And this section here is shorter. It means that the tax likely appear on screen much faster. So let's Fridays, Right. No decides. Peering quite fast and they're here with appears or disappears quite slowly. Now, if you want to make the even greater, I'm gonna make this section here even longer. And then when the shot in the front end so you can see this effect. When I played, you were coming very fast, and then the text will go up rather slowly, so it depends on the effects that you want to achieve. You can adjust this easily. And however no all titles will have these adjustments. Some title do not have it. And some titles will have actually more than one place toe a justice. Okay, so I'm just going to save this first. Okay, let's save this, and you can actually see the effect on Scream. Okay, let's play this right now. So now that you think it's actually pretty slow as it goes out now there's even more things that you can do, and I'm gonna show you a spot. First, let me show you some effects that doesn't have this. So, for example, this credit over here Okay, lets just move here. Now, this credit actually shows up by this, just like in the movies. Really cool. If, actually So you go to the advance, I had it. You notice that here you have a whole bunch off tracks that you can adjust. Okay. And you'll notice that the time when the text appears comes in at different, different times. Okay, so, uh, this one here appears for us. No Rim Ibsen pictures. So your peers first, because these buys at the beginning and then next, this one appears okay with other guy and someone else, and it s so you can see this on the screen. And then over here, coming soon comes at the bottom and so funny and so forth. Okay, so this is actually a pretty cool effect. So let me just cancel leave. You're not gonna use it, but I just want to show you how it's done. Okay, This will give you even more flexibility as you use your titles. 9. Animating Titles For Greater Impact: in this video, I will show you how it can combine animations to your titles to make your text or your titles even more interesting. Okay, so this is via standard credit number five. We're slicing from the left, and then it's lights out to them right now in order to make this more interesting, or to me or taxi animated to a different level. What we gonna do now is to rightly on the title and click on advance at it. Okay, so this is just what you will see. Okay? The standard. Oh, people five. Very slicing and slice out. So what we're gonna do now is actually two sm any mission to the titles. Okay, So to do that, go to the animation. And here you see that it's a bunch of other and emissions that you can use. We're going to do the typewriter one. Okay, we're gonna double click it. You got a click. OK, first in the Cleveland. Okay. Next, you'll see that he comes in being typed, Okay? But it's actually coming in quite fast, and we need to make some adjustments to that case of Let's right, click and go to advance said it again. Okay. Like I say, the taxes actually typed very fast, as you can see is moving quite fast. So this Texas appearing way too fast. So what I want to do is gonna slide this bar to the right to slow things down. To actually make it Seems as if somebody is typing the text. Still, it would be too fast. So I'm just gonna stretch it out a bit more, and then this is how it goes. Okay? Looks cool. All right, so this moved East Photo. Really want to really want to try to see the typewriting? Yeah. In fact, case of this spot this year and the temperate thing effects likely start right at the beginning. Okay. And that you want this to just that disappear our screen. You can just put your way to the end and move. This will be more were here. Let's try this again. Right. So you want to have this exit? Maybe a little with a little bit effect of you going out. It's nice that smoke. Just click on. OK, so that's just render this and this Look at the effect full. So that's how you get the effect with using Thea animations in the titles 10. How To Use Effects: in this video, I will show you how to use effects to use effects or you need to do is to click on to the effects tap to open up this panel so similar to say, adding titles or transitions are you need to do is just to pick the effect that you like. OK, so let's try and see this effect here. So, like this, and you can actually play and see what happens. All right, So this is a bad TV signal. Or maybe you want to say beautiful. Let's take a look at what this looked like. Okay, So this time, things may look good for seeing this scenery over here, so let's ah, look at some of this as well. Let's try some light leaks. Okay? This looks cool, right? Something that it's not too strong. Okay, so you can actually just drag it out on over to the clip. And now the clip, then the effect. It's actually with the clippers, you know? Okay, so you can see some light leaks that wasn't there before. Now, once you have put it effect onto your video clip, you can actually see it over here. There will be iconic shows F X can I mean trick? How you or bigger. So you can see this. See the effects of would you? Okay, so let me go. Turned the trick height back to normal gate. The FX is over there. Thank you. Know you want to make adjustment. You can directly and go to show properties and then even noticed that that, like, Alexis over there, You know, you want to compare whether they clearly how the clip looks with the light leaks, and we don't In effect, you can see like that. Okay. And you can also just how strong that effect by adjusting the are far. Okay, if I just telling you how strong you want the effect to be. So if you want something that is more muted, you can use as well that we will only to be more natural. Okay? Rather than the fact that is too strong. Thank you not to remove the effect or you need to do is right. Click on the link and click on delete effect. You can no social dd the effect from show properties and then click on access to remove the effect. Ok, that's about effects that the effects can not so sure on top, off a cliff. All right, so that way. So they're really that effective. Take you on top of the Clippers? Well, and it kind of makes it easier if you want to have certain type of effects. I see the cover war several clips at the same time, so you don't have to put effect on this clip individually. Okay, so that is the option that you can use. I'm going to remove the light leaks, and I won't try some distortion here. See? Let's try the fish. I thank you. So you're using a fish islands. You see this, and that's double click on the effects. So here you'll notice that you have to How far? As well as the radius. Okay, so this is very extreme. This is less extreme. Thank you. We can actually play around with a menu that comes up we need to do is to just make sure that you rightly or double click on the effect. Okay, I'm gonna remove this effect. This looks so good. So you can actually just test it wrong. So that's all about when it comes to using effects with for Maura 11. Adding Extra Elements To Your Video: in this video, we will talk about using elements. Okay, so that's put an element. And in order to do that, you need to just click on the element tap. And you have all kinds off elements that you can use 492 types. So let's use this, for example, on this clip over here. All right? May I am making a shot off the kick now, Just like the rest off the other effects in Tamora titles of transitions. You can actually take a look at it by clicking on the elements that you want to use. Okay, so I'm going to just drag this off into the timeline. I am pretty over here, K street? A. Really? You can see that proof sign shows up over there. Okay. Looks kind of cool. So you can resize It came by going to the each off that element and moving around, okay. And we're here. Okay, let me just move it down a little bit so you can see things better. You can use this to routine element. OK, so let's make it smaller, all right? And they will use proofed. So let's ladies and see when this proof sighing shows up. Okay, maybe a victory. Ready? I'm gonna put it somewhere here, okay? And they put the bill down and you can see that Berkeley on the element to bring up other forms off options A k, for example. Human. Too heavy. Transform. Get. So here's the rotation. We can flip it. You can scale. It can change the position off the proof sign. OK, All the element in terms of compositing you can change the blending more. So if you want to change the capacity to something lower, you can do that as well. He came in, the thing would be a more Orpik. And of course, you can change the blending motors fell to suit the video and the effect that you want. Okay, so here you look silly. Be darker if you're using multiplying. If you're using duck in looks that we so the best way is actually to experiment to see which shows are best for your video. Thank you. And maybe we're here. Proof comes up at this point. OK, so that's element. And you can also add other things Like for example, you can add a drop shadow. You can have a drop shadow. And straight away you see that he gets Darko here. And sometimes you want just want to have, like, effect again. There's also an option for you to adjust obesity as well, as well as the direction of that shadow. Okay, so if you want to make things really realistic for some of these elements, you can do that as well. And there are other things as things like crow Marquis, lens, Correction, Israel. So we're gonna cover that. Maybe later in another tutorial. Okay, that's all four elements. Now there are other elements as well. That works for other things. Like for his them boys. You have things that looks for Web, for example, if you see one to get somebody to click. So there are all these options, okay? And so things like tutorials. For example, if you're creating a tutorial and you want to show and arrows, you can use those that are built into for Maura 12. How To Detach, Add And Adjust Audio: this video you took a look at audio in for more annoying. OK, now, during my earlier tutorials, I've actually muted this video clip here. So let me a rightly and on mute it's OK, so when it's a muted, you can actually see the way forms. And it is actually blue and ive you mute that, Would you or mute that particular clip? Then this goes dark. Okay, so let me just a new this, okay? And you connect you to hear some. Just some people talking a severe lesson for this as well. I'm gonna muted. That's real. All right. So you know, you can see these reforms over there. OK, now, first off, I want to show you how you can actually detach the audio. The audio at the moment is attached to the video clip. Maybe it's instance that detaching the audio me work better. Okay. For example, if don't to replace this with narration track, then you can actually mute it or you can actually detach it and then delete that audio clip . OK, so let's show you how to detach it, right? Click on that clip here and then click on detach for you And so now you see that? Oh, do has been detached over here. It is just me talking about that kick. This is Chandos escape. All right, so this is just the audio, and you can actually adjust a volume by hovering your cursor or your mouth over the audio equipment is kind off justice. I came in, the hand shows up, you can reduce the volume, or you can also increase the volume. Alternatively, you can double click it. And then I changed about your audio or reset on your back to zero. All right, so they see you want to make zero. So means the audio is back to its original largeness. Thank you. So that's one me. Now, let's say you want to delete this audio track and not use it. Are you need to do is after you detach it. You can actually move this around. Okay? Maybe you want to create a different kind off effect, maybe just delay the audio for some reasons. Okay, that is about detaching that your now I'm next we're gonna edit, show you how to put another audio track beneath the same music. Soto other or you're trying What you need to do is just how we're here, rightly and or your track. Now you can also add a video train. So this round I'm gonna and in order to try and attract shows up at the bottom here and let's click on the audio tape over here and you see, therefore, Maura comes with a bunch of music included. Okay, here's 51 but you can actually download more from their site. Or you can also Pablo your own music. All right, so let's try and see which music was suit at this particular video, a project that we have been doing so far thinking. So let's look at some some of these while you're here. Let's try this and see what's that? So just double click on this and then you can Okay, so let's look for different music. Let's look for something saying before, let's try this. This sounds quite good. Maybe suitable. Let's Fridays. So I'm just going to direct the music down to this, a new order training we have, and let's go back to the front right at the beginning. Okay, so let's try to make the volumes a little bit softer. Maybe not so low. So that's about adding the audio track onto for Maura. Get so there are also other things that you can do. You can actually kindof failing the audio. Okay, By going to the end here and bring this, as you can see the are you feeling? Just let me just move it to the Thank you. Let me move this so you can hear this better. Okay, so we just go to the end, and this is quite square. You can actually just drag and see how long you want to fit in the music. Let's say, for example, is about one second two seconds. Okay, for example. Okay, so that's how you can actually fit in that music. Next, I'm gonna show you how you can actually adjust your volume to play at a certain volume. For example, in this section, Okay, I'm actually happy, but when it comes to hear this party, I want to hear I want my audience to hear me talk about that kick a little bit better. Louder. So I have to reduce the volume over this section over here. Okay, So what I'm gonna do is that I'm gonna move to play head over here and just double click on or their track audio track. You will see this options. Okay, this is actually the options setting for the audio and you can actually see like this. This is a key adding a volume he frame just quickly and you'll notice that there's a white bubble over there and let's move it down a little bit, and I'm gonna taken it again to create another key frame. Okay, so here's another like bubble. So now what I'm gonna do next is I get a just a volume this section by dragging it down. Okay, so you can see how much the volume is reduced. So let's take a listen to see what it is. All right? Is your skin okay? So that's how you adjust the volume, and you can actually adjust it as much. And Wesley to s you want. Okay. So, I mean, I'm just going to reduce it a little bit more here. There are about 16 daisy bills, right? And it would be different for Houston from different recordings. All right, now, let's go back to the media and let's say I'm going to add this click down to this part. And after the cake, we're going to go to sea, huh? The tea plantation. And here there's not much audio on with the rudder when the mute this old you here. And I want the music here to get that louder, to be back to its Are this similar to this long? This here. Okay. So again, I'm gonna double treatment, he said, Or do you train? I'm gonna move that They hit somewhere here and at a key frame. So this section here, when it's back to stay minus six. Season minus 60. Next check. So this trays, this party's minus 6.5. So this part here is okay. We can adjusted to the seam that will 6.5. Or maybe you can I just sit here, okay? And obstinacy too many. All right. So can remove these by clicking is to remove this. So here the volume is 50 minus. Okay. We can feed it to to be the seams menace. 15. You can actually move this around this week. All right, So there's an additional key friend became. Delete it. You know, that key frame is too close together. Let's deliver one of it. Okay, so receive it. All right. So this where he's okay, So let's listen to the game. This is Jindal. Escaped. So that's how you adjust the volume using the volume key frames with for Maura. 13. How To Speed Up Slow Down And Reverse A Clip: And this year I will show you how to use the speed of function or slow motion function in for Maura. And I have a clip here, and it's actually pretty long clip in my video. So this I'm gonna use the speed of function so that video here will play a bit faster. So what I'm gonna do East that, uh, I took a video here. Okay, So maybe somewhere around here, past the fields and the building here when the started speed up this section. So first, what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna split this because I'm going to speed up this section alone . Okay? Now, with this, a selected I wouldn't rightly and the many opens up and there is a speed and duration. Okay, you click on it. And here you notice that there is a custom speed. So the default is actually one because one X is the normal speed. Okay. If I want to play faster, you can change it to say, 1.5 times or two times some restricted C three times. Okay. And you notice that the duration of this clip is shorten. Okay. Now, they're also option for reverse, which will look into shortly. Okay, so let's look at the clip. Take a look to stay. The crypt here is up to this length over here. So the project right now is just about around three minutes, Mark. Okay, but when we do the custom speed, you will actually shorten. All right, so I'm just gonna click, OK? And you notice that this trip now is much shortened, so I'm just gonna believe this. All right, so the videos a little bit jerky, and I want to bring up another function, which is actually the render a preview. Okay, so you click on the render preview, but it does it actually create a pre render off this clip or any clip on your timeline? And then what did the US is that when you play by the clip, you can actually playback smoother so that when you look at this more determined, though, here, you can actually see that when every Morris creating a preview render is gonna render the entire video project and you can see this bar here changes from green to red so that we actually have you too. Please thank the entire project. Smolder Energia done. Okay, so now we can view this. So this is done. Almost beat, and any clips start to speed up over here. Okay, So you can actually use this. And Speed found shouldn't be in there. Boring stretches of road. Any jenny want to speed up a case? I'm just gonna pause it. So next I'm going to show you how to let me just do this first, Okay? I'm gonna go back to the speed and duration and sorry. Back to one. I think the best way is just to police one, okay? And you actually lengthen. And again, you need to re render this if you want to do that. Okay, So right now I'm gonna use this clip and to show you how to reverse this is a much chocolate. All right, So I'm gonna select this click, and now go to again, go to speed Inauguration. This time I'm gonna reverse us. Okay, so we need to create a proxy fast. We just click. Yes. All right. So it's a very short fall, so let's ladies now. So that's all about speed up and swing the in form or as well s, um, reversing the clip 14. Creating Pan And Zoom Effects: this video. I will show you how to do a petting zoo before Maura. Okay? So I'm gonna drag this still image here onto the timeline, Okay? And this a drag and drop actually works with videos as well. Still images by for the purpose off this tutorial. You were just sure? Maybe better, So you can see it better in effect. OK, so this is just a still emission clears. I moved a play hit that nothing happens. So, you know, to do a pain in zoom or you need to do is to rightly on and go to crop and zoom. Okay, so here is for you to crop. So in case you want to crop, like, for example, this is a big photo. Okay? Much bigger than, say, the aspect ratio, which is 19 to 0 by 100 Then you you can actually crop. This is significantly. Okay, so it is just a basic crop. Okay, But when you want to do penance, Zoom, what you need to do is let me just reset this. Now, when you want to do pen and zoom, just click on pennant zoom and you see that there is actually offend orange box that opens up here. Okay, so let's play this. You see that the zoom and pending is happening slowly, okay. Or rather, in this case, it's a he just zoom. Okay. Now you want to create a pen, Then what you need to do is to rightly okay into the box here, and then you can kind off move this around. Okay? On your notice today is a green aero here. Okay, so this green arrow just shows the direction off the zoom. And you can also just this whether you wanted to be larger or smaller. Okay, so let's play this. Okay, So you noticed that the picture is also Penny. All right, So you can actually move this around for the pain to happen in a slightly different direction. All right? So you can adjust that. So let's try this. Okay? So once you're happy, you can just click on. OK, so I'm just going to justice. Really big more that we Okay, right. So let's play this year on the timeline. So that's how you do a painting. Zoom with Tamara. And he works equally well with video clips as well. Is just that I don't have a proper clip to show you, so I'm just using this image 15. Exporting Your Project: in this video, I will show you how to export your fall from film aura. So assuming that your project is completed and you're happy with you and it's you want to export your father, you can actually click on this export button here. Or you can also click on this export temple right at the top here. Okay, so I'm just going to click on Export and you open up to this window. This is a paid version off More also, and I am actually signed in. So that's why when I click on this export button here or this export tap, it brings me to this menu. Okay. Now, if you have not signed up or you have no locked into for Maura, then the options will be a little bit different. And we were looking to that. And at the end of this video, and I will also show you how you can actually get some discounts from Tamora at a very, very low price. Okay, so what's your and this tape you can actually choose to export to your local? Or maybe you want to export to YouTube or Vimeo. All right. I would suggest that you exported to your local Dreyfus. Okay? And you can actually choose any of these formats so normally would be MP for However, if you want to have other formats you can do. That s Well, All right, so here is the folder that you want to export your video to. So if you click on it, you can you can select whichever folder that you want. Okay. So I'm just gonna leave you, That's why. Testing. Okay? And then you can give you a name. Now, if you don't give you the name, then your video will be name as my video. All right. And here there are settings as well. You can choose your resolution, your encoder, and right at the top. Here. You actually have three options. Whether you want to have the best quality, you intend better, or you just want to have good. And when you switch between this quality, you notice that your big changes okay, so the rest of the thing doesn't really change that much. So it's actually the bigger it and be really first to the among of data received births. I can. Okay, so there's k bps killer bits per second. So the higher your period, the higher the quality of your video and the file size will also be bigger. Okay? No, you cannot switch to select your resolution. Okay, So for example, for most videos these days, you're gonna probably exported to this resolution 19 to 0 times 100 This is full KCT. Now, for some reasons, you want to make a smaller video. Maybe it's just for people who are viewing it on a smaller device. Then you can click Choose a road lower resolution. Or if you want to choose a higher resolution, you can do that as well. Do keep in mind that if your original video is and this resolution give you up Skillet, then your video of me no look as good at is should Okay, now, when it comes to the audio encoder, you can just leave it at E. C. This much choice here, Then you can have whether you want stereo Morneau and surround sound for sample rate, it should be for the 8000 House. This is a common separate, and it comes to audio for video. And one last thing is actually the big rate that if you want to have higher quality, maybe you're recording videos for YouTube. Or maybe you're recording your videos in terms and you want to hold your quality to be better. You can actually choose a higher. I said Think. Okay, we're 256. KPBS is actually the standard be rates for old You. Okay, so that's about it. When it comes to exporting a video and you're you're done, you can just click export and for more I will start exporting that video. 16. Split Screen Method 1 ( Built in function): this video show you a different way of doing split screen and we were used a split screen function that is in for Maura. So I have a tree. Clips here are in my media. Been so in order to use the space screen or you need to do is to click on the tap here. And then you have a bunch off options that you can choose from, whether you want to have lessee to split screen or with the political line here or somewhat online, that is slanted. Or maybe 13 panels for panel. So there are a bunch you can choose from, so you need to kind of truth. So you should choose the one that is most of that for what you want to do. So, for the purpose off this tutorial, are we used at this one? And to use it, all you need to do is to click on the button over here, and then this will be shown in the preview window. OK, now you have three panels, and to put the videos into the panel is pretty simple. Just select the panel and then hover over to your media clip and just press on the bless the green plus I and you will be either onto the split screen. OK, Next. What you need to do is just to select the second panel and then click on the clip that you want to add and then send with the panel as well. So now you have three panels and you have the split screen that is built into Tamora. There are a few other things that you cannot just, but let's play this video so that you can see how it goes. Let me just mute track here. Okay? All right. So this how this place create should look no askew can see their certain animations there can. So let me back to somebody, Okay? And I can also lengthen this space creamy fat and when lengthen it, say to about 30 seconds. And the link of this actually depends on your media clips as well. All right, so first thing that I want you to pay attention to is actually this split screen animation . You notice that as you move this play hit, there's an animation that comes in and this is control by the enables rescreen animation over here okay. And towards the end, off this split screen, there's also some animations. And you noticed that the screens on the panels actually close after that. All right, so you see it moving now reviewed. Disable this, then there wouldn't be any animation. You would be just three panels that day. Okay, so that's how it looks like. So I'm gonna enable space screen animation and leave things as they are, okay? And next, their sudden things that you can know. So I just as well Okay, so let me just Post is over here. There are a few things that you can adjust. The first thing is a key. As you click on each individual panel, you get some extra menus. And the first menu Iseki A slider allows you to zoom in and out off that scene. Okay, So if you want to zoom in, then all you need to do is to move the slider to the right, and then you notice that zooms in more. And if you want to have a zoom out effect, then you kind of move the slider. And Zuma, however, do think, know that they will be black lines if you zoom out too much. So you went to kind of adjust in such a way that fits your scene. So if I zoom in more than you can have the scene, which is a close more for close, Abdul. Okay, so a panel will have this menu, And on top of that, you can have ah option to mute the audio as well, if you want to mute it. Okay. For example, you may have three or four split screen and maybe meet, perhaps hear somebody that's talking. And you may want to enable the audio one panel, but disable the audio on other panels. Okay, So I'm gonna do the same for this as well, this panel and justice. And you can actually move this around by left clicking and selecting it. Okay, so let's zoom on base so you can see things on the scene that's happening in this panel and for the puppy. Here, I'm gonna justice like these. I'm just gonna kind of leave. Things are okay, because this is hot off this. Okay, so you have to be careful about your options. All right, So I'm going toe ladies and see how things looks All right. So pretty interesting effect. Okay, so the next thing is that they are actually advanced panels or advance option for split scream. And you can access it either by clicking on this advanced 10. Or you can also assess it by selecting any panel and then clicking on this menu button here and also opens up the advance panel. All right, so this is the advance panel here, and there are other options. So you can actually preview this as well over here in this panel, but allows you to have greater effects. Okay, So now this is how things looks on this advanced panel, and you are not. This two things first is that this puppy clip stops away here. Okay? And this summer clip clip is much longer, and the ocean clip is over here. Okay, So what happens is that as your video player head comes over to this point, all right, you'll notice that this panel here we actually have a freeze frame effect. Okay, so the puppy is frozen, but the rest of the scenes are still playing. Okay? And when the pain moves past this point, then the ocean scene who actually stopped Okay, You notice that he has actually frozen, or as this panel here the video still playing because the length of this video is longer. And this lying over here actually represents the the length off your split screen effect that you want. So we're here right now. It is a showing close to the peace identified. All right, so this is study. Two seconds and okay, so here you have this, which is this clip is actually longer than 32 seconds. Describes almost 35 seconds. Okay, so if you enable this fits a split screen duration on the main timeline, a freeze frame effect were occur. OK, is that it moves up to this point. However, if you uncheck this, then what happens is that the video clips who actually turned out for each panel. Now, if you disable this and that's cricket, okay, what happens is it will be a different. Okay, let's play this. You noticed that entire screen goes black. Okay, so if you go to this, if you enable this, then you have a freeze frame effect, and you can see it by these lines over here. If you choose to check this then the entire clip will likely go dark. All right, so this is the fits prescreened duration on the main timeline. Okay, Now, there's another thing that you can also adjust, which is actually the laying off the individual clip. OK, so let's say I want to adjust this. I can move this like you would actually trim the clip on your main timeline. OK, so now what happens is that this this seems who actually freeze and the ocean senior at least continue to play. Okay, so let's play this so the puppy will freeze for us, and then you have this. We're freeze next, and then the ocean scene will still be moving until this point over here and presents as well. Okay. So let's, uh Oops. So so you can adjust this. And besides, just as adjusting the back and you can also add just the front end, you can actually move this this way. Okay, So you want to do it the other way around, then what happens is this will be frozen. And what's the play here? We just this point that's this. Most are playing, so let's see how it goes. Okay, so the puppy is frozen, Then the poppy starts moving. And then you have the rest of the us seeing the world A Okay, so I'm gonna process. So this are the race. You can actually use a split screen in a few more annoying It is actually pretty interesting. And you can actually I just this as long as our shortest you want. Where these under on your men Timeline. Okay, so this is actually what What happened if you play this not right now. Okay. So perhaps you do know if you want to have something that is exciting once the ocean, I think once they seem freezes, and then you just want to say, play the ocean or let the ocean seem Continue. Just for a few extra seconds, you can shorten this, and if you go back to the advance more here, you noticed that the line is away here. So if you want this to stop exactly at this point, when then what you need to do is to like, make sure this we just here is around about 27 seconds. 27.12 So you can actually go to 27.12 with seven want to hear and then justice right to the point. OK, so that's all about using split screen in for more on nine. 17. Split Screen Effect Method 2: this video will show you how to do a split screen, a video like what you're seeing right now for more on nine. Now, what you need to do is obviously two clips, okay? And you also need to have to have video tracks. Okay, so what I'm gonna do now is with this clip, I'm gonna put this clip on to track number one. Okay, so this is actually a scene off. Let me just make this, okay? This is just seen off me blah kings on the tea leaves or rather showing some tea leafs. Okay, I'm just gonna treatment of it. And here is a second guy clip, and I'm going to put us on track number two groups. Okay, so this is a track one. Track number two. Now, where you position your trade isn't really matter that much. As long as you know. Where is your Which tries restrike. Okay, What you want to figure out is where you want to position your video idea on the left on the right. Okay, so it doesn't matter. You can actually really justice later. Now let me just hide the top click and show you So the bottom clip is showing all these A T three plants and here is mean in front of the key farm. All right, so what I'm gonna do, issue click on this preview here and then right at the top end at the bottom, you can actually see these place where you can actually resize your window. OK? Now, you finally to be difficulty. What you can do is you can click on this preview and change the zoom level. That's changing to say 2075 then you can see this buttons clearly. Okay? And then you can just drag and resize this. This is actually really sizing it, uh, proportionately. OK, so as long as you resize it after more on nine racketeer a portion it okay. And then we're gonna move it to the position that you want this video to show. Okay, So next, but I'm going to do is to select the bottom clip right and then do the same thing. But this time I'm going to resize it to the left or right. So now we have set my sights split screen. Okay. Now, of course you want to read a justice size. You want to adjust it equally. I want one of the things that you can do is off course to double click this and go to the transform tab here, and you can set it are approximately around 50 or 52% to 50% list of 50%. Okay, so let's move these obey back. And that's movies. Very live it. So it's approximately half. And if you really want to make sure it is half in the middle, you can actually hide any of the track. And look at this lying over here where that it is exactly half guess or fifties at exactly half. And when you play this, you can have this a stumble. Split screen effect get Let's go and change the zoom level back to fit. All right, so this is what you will see. Okay, Now we dismissed that are far split screen. Then year, they will be black box at the top and at the bottom. Okay, so this is actually the first method off doing a split screen. Now, if you want to have a different type off a split screen where you feel that without any black bass what you want to do next is actually to do this. Now, let's go back to this video. We're here. I go back to this video and then instead off scaling it to 50%. We're gonna reverted back to hundreds, all right? And then what we will do now is actually to crop this a little bit now in order to and we're gonna crop this video as well. Okay, so let's let's change the size back. 200% change you back. 200. The case of this clip on top originally supposed to be like this. OK, so are you going to do in this method is actually to crop off this this scene here, OK, we just wonder persons hit will be next to do now is a key to select the clip and right click. And then you actually open this option here, which is to crop and zoom. Okay, so when you click crop and zoom, you have this window over here, and then what? You can do it. I can't crop that video in. Okay, now, just now, when we re size the video is notice that he actually resize, Is it proportionately that with crop. You're not going to resize it proportionately. It would basically crop this video. Okay? And you can actually set the ratio here, say 7 20 to be exactly squid. Okay, so now this video here now is crop this way. Okay. And next, What we're going to do now is likely to do the same for the track below. Go to crop and zoom. So now you decided we should like you and the crop. Maybe we can crop this by just gonna change it to custom, Okay. And then you can crop it, but you can actually crop it anyway. Basically, what you want is to have a one in one gray show in case Will that become a square video click on. OK, so this is some look, something like this. And then you had to adjust this and see where you want your video to fitting. Okay, so now you have a site. My site video, right now playing. And this is actually a different type split screen. Okay, so I hope that you will be able to do a split screen with few more annoying with this methods. 18. Create Video Behind Text Effect: in this video, I will show you how to create these A very cool effect where your video actually appears behind the text and sorts off. Peeps. True, not to do this actually requires two steps. So the first thing is that you need to create your titles first. So I'm just going to create my typo here, and I show you how to do that. And I'm going to use the subtitles, OK? Because we're not going to use any effect. What you want to do now is to make a text. They're okay. So let me just double click here and just put my name there. All right? So next I'm going to increase the size of this. Okay, Mickey, as large as possible. I'm gonna use 150 and then I am going to use Let me look at the phones here, okay? And when they use this fourth year, all right? And I'm going to place these right in the middle here. Okay? So it is actually the first pot, and I'm gonna make it larger Westerveld. So this skill the That may be okay. I'm going to scale it up to somewhere around here. Okay? now it is done. But you want to do is just to export this first, okay? And you want to export its And what you want to make sure is that your tax have to be white and the background must be black. And after you have exported this fall, you want to bring it back into film aura. Okay, so I've actually done that. This is the the clip that I have actually exported the earlier. Okay, so I'm just going to delete this up tighter, but you get the idea. Basically, you want to create a Texas and then exported one round and then bring it back into for Maura. OK, so I'm going to the ladies, and this is actually the clip that I have. And I am going to place this Click on that If you don't train number two Mrs Zumba in a bit . Okay. And this is my original clip here. Okay, so now what you see is something like this. Okay, Now, let me just pre rendered this. All right? So the next thing that you want to do is to double click on the top click here, and what you want is to look for the I want the video here, and you want to turn the compositing and k from the normal blending mood when you want to do is either to use the docket or the multiply. OK, so I'm going to use the doctor in straight away. You can see that you can actually see true that text. What I would do now is to make this larger by going to Skillet. Okay, We're gonna skill from a larger Okay, let's watch. It's possible somewhere like this. Okay, so you have this already here. Cool effect. And that's all about creating this. You were here. If you want to take it up another notch, you can actually add another effect, which is to make it create motion. Okay, By double clicking on this clip, you will go to this motion. You can look for the zoom and going to look for his own limit to that. Would cricket apply? Okay, Right. So that's a pretty render this. So this is the fact that you will see exactly pretty cool. So that's awful. Using these effect, they have the video behind the text 19. Greenscreen or Chromakey Effects: this video, I'll show you how to create a chroma tea or green screen effect with Fillmore running. Okay. Now, the first off creating or using chroma key or green screen is that you need something either like this where there is a background behind or something like this, where there's a clip, this green scream. Okay, Now you doesn't necessarily have to be a green screen, but this couldn't have to be in such a way that the colors difference from the object in France that you want to remove from cave. Like, for example, this clipper we here with me standing behind a blue screen. Okay, for example, for a person, colors like see black or white doesn't really work. Because then, for example, if your hair is black on your eyes are black, and then you will create a very real effect. OK, so this is the first our requirement. Okay. So you can actually get some of the samples this green screen on line. I got this off from picks obey. So you can also download. It s a practice material. I'm gonna put this onto it at the upper trick. Now we green screen What you want is for your screen off for your video clip. Be their dream to be on the upper trick, All right. And your background Try, but be something behind it. All right. Okay. So first, what I want to do is write us select the clip, and I go to the chroma key and click on this now, because this chroma key or the green screen is done perfectly for the sample video. There's nothing much in Israel adjustment. A kid. They might still be something okay as people. Something behind it. All right, So what I'm gonna do now, he's just gonna plea, okay? And I'm gonna put this a still image, be contract someone. Okay, so this is just a still image off feels on movies. What? Oh, drain issue. All right, so that's put us behind on, be behind this green screen, and now you see what I mean? You can actually see that the green screen on the object is in front and the false over there all right, It's pretty cool effect. And of course, you can also do something adjustments like most of Bach's around. The one thing to note is that somewhere around here. You kind of see that it is transparent. You can see what is behind these boxes. Okay, let me just hide this clip here, okay? I'm Heidi's again, and you can see these over here, so you can You may need to do some just been and the less double click this and go back to chroma key. And there are key for adjustments that you can do monetary offset. The other one is that tolerance. And, of course, it h take this and each feathering. All right, so in this case, I'm going to reduce it a little bit, And so the boxes are no longer transparent, okay? And he looks a whole lot better. So depending on your clip that you have, you may need to adjust some of this, for example, the ish sickness on each feather. Now, you can also use the outfit gender to adjust this to see whether their sharp edges can you can turn it on and off to compare it. But there's also another way that you can do this. So what I'm gonna do now, it's gonna move this clip away from for the time being, and we're just going to clear. Okay? And we go to, you know, use a simple colors. And what I normally like to do is to use the white color behind. Okay? And unless more this over here. Yeah. Okay, so we're having a white color, allows you to go see the HS as well as you adjust your chroma key. For example, this this or Jackie or this clip is a pretty good, Although there is some color spill over here. All right, so let's go back here and see. You may want to adjust this a little bit. Okay? So if you Morris ninth automatic green screen or chroma key is actually pretty all right, so unless there is a need, and sometimes you won't even notice such things, Okay, So it is. All right, then. Just leave things alone. Otherwise, you can actually make makes things worse. All right, so you need to just check and see how things are. And if you need to make the adjustment, then go ahead and make it. Now, the next thing that you can do is actually to I just this Rexall, for example. Now this is this entire boxes on gifts. I G. So watch, right, So you can make you re size it normally that you can resize it. And then I actually looked more more realistic. Okay, Eso this is one week and you can actually replace the bottom cliff with any other medias where it could be another video clip. So let's go back to our media here. Nike, I say I would put this behind Kim. Let's move this away, and I'm going to, uh, but this clipper, this clip is just a clip off some birds flying around and small like background. And I'm just doing the yesterday more. OK, so, practically putting the boxes in front of this scene is a really make sense. But I just want to Sure that's how is done. Right? And you can actually move things around here unless movies Okay, maybe somebody here and even place it on top of beauty. All right, so something like that you noticed that there is a faint square were here. All right, so you need to adjust this a green screen. Maybe earlier on you can sort of see the transparent, less changing to minus one and see where there is less apparent okay? Or maybe just moving entirely. Okay. So you can see some things that you need to adjust for these green screen. So let's go. Big toe minus two. Okay, so, basically, that's how you do green screen effect for more running? No, for some other cliffs. Like, for example, this one. Let me show you a different one. Let's Let's do this over here. Police here are portrayed. I mean, yes, sir, Shot in this. Okay, now the same thing works for blue screen Israel. So it doesn't have to be a green screen. So you may want to record yourself be high war or something. There is a specific color so that you can actually remove that color. So I'm just gonna do this over here. Use this. Okay, So less DoubleClick. Let's go to green screen. In this case, what you need to do is to use the color picker. So, like, the color picker, and then move for discreet, the color that you want to remove. Let me show you something a strange And let's say we remove the rate instead of the blue. So now you have a very real you face this Really? Okay, uh, well, if you want, you are after something like this is something that you can do is real. But let's do that no more one which is to remove their on the blue behind. Okay, so now you see that. And then, um So you noticed there for my blue screen? Here are the effects and the tolerance on this a little bit different. You may need to adjust its a little bit. Okay, So basically, that's how you create or used to chroma key or green screen effect, for it could be any other scream That's have to be green in for more on nine. 20. Greenscreen Without A Physical Greenscreen: In this video, I will show you how to create a green screen have video using a new feature in a few Mora 10.5, what it does is it allows you to transform regular videos. Let's say for example, you have a person in France and it removes the background so that you can actually replaced a break RWE, something else that you prefer. Okay, now so I have a clip here on my timeline. It is just a sample clip. And as you can see, it is just me in front and the background. But to use the filter is pretty simple. First go to effects and then go to AI portrayed, and then drag this effect onto that clip. Not the correct way is to drag it onto the clip and not place it above. Otherwise this wouldn't work. Now this is also an additional subscription of form and the shift from Mora, however, you cannot try it and the price isn't very high, so we're just going to try for us. Okay, and click on that. Try and then you have this background. Now click on your video. Make sure your video effects is turn on, OK, and you can see that the background has turned to dark. The next thing that you need to do is actually to go back into your media and you had to replace your background with something. Okay, I'm just going to use this still image of a balcony and I'm just going to place it on the track below. Let me stretch this up. All right. And you can see that the background has been removed. It's very important to place your foreground clip or the top track, in my case is two and the background in a tray one. I'm just going to play the video to let you see how it looks like. Okay? And you notice that it's actually pretty good even though the ACO bag ground is moving and I'm actually swinging the camera right now, there's something that you can actually adjust under this effect. You can see that there is actually a white line over my shoulder here. Okay, So why do you want to do is to glass adjust that a video effects. And to do that you can actually adjust the thickness, okay, by reducing it a bit so that it actually looks a lot better. Okay? You can also feather the issues. You think that in some circumstances a feathering walk. However, if we use this feathering effect too much, then he says to grow. Alright, now whereas for the edge techniques, if you increase it, then you have created a halo effect. If you reduce it too much and you get to shrink it too much. All right, so you can actually just adjust this a bit to suit your circumstances. Now you can also place the video clip or another video clip. So let me show you here for this assignment. Again, this is me just in front and this time I'm in front of a wall. So I'm going to do the same thing as well. Drag the human segmentation effect given try. And then going back to my media. But this time I'm going to pull another clip behind. Okay, and now let's go and turn on the video effects are human segmentation. And so you can see that. Now you can also resize your video to fill how you want to place the screen as well. So all the regular functions works as well. So that's how you create green screen a video without using a physical green-screen in when the chef your moron. So I want you to take note of is that this feature only works in tomorrow at 10.5 and above. You do need to upgrade your software in order to take advantage of this feature. 21. Clone or Duplicate Yourself: in this video, I will show you how to create split screen. Her video like this, like you're seeing right now is kind of a fun project. And you can actually use it for real. Rest things. Now, in order to do this space screen video, what you need to do is actually to monk your camera on the tripod and then shoot two different seems OK, so here I have one of the scene here, and the next thing you have me sitting on the right over here. Okay, so I'm just gonna drag this video to the timeline, and then I'm going to, uh, media track Smaller. Thank you. I'm just going to mute my video. And the next thing is a key to get another video. Trey, keep trying to. And this time I am going to track this down straight onto a video trick. Number two. OK, and let me just trim this a bit. So if I would to place these two clips over here, you noticed that here. That clip at the track, them one. I'm sitting on the left and here as a movie, I'm sitting on the right. So this track here is actually overlapping. And what you need to do is actually to put a mask over there. So goto effects in, say, for the mosque in the US and image mosque. You can just drop the mass onto this second click here or the track on top. Okay. And then why do you want to do is to double click it and go to video effects and go to the image mosque and select the mass Okay, for split screen. You do like this. The best one is likely to select something square going to select this one here. And then, um, you need to adjust the mass. Okay. And first thing to adjust. Exactly the with. Now, one thing to note is that when you are shooting a video like this, make sure that you don't sit for actually make sure that you don't overlap. Imagine you have an imaginary line. They were actually met. You're editing a lot easier. Let's get back to adjusting the reef. So I'm just gonna just it somewhere here. So now you just take a look at this video here. You know, this is OK. However, there is quite a lying there. You can see. And as fast as I try to do this, Terry will be some changes in lighting. So actually, that's actually the most challenging thing. So good into the mosque. Here in feather, that must would have been a feather. It okay, And the lines has to blow off a little bit. Okay? And you have to be careful, for example, this because of the masses, such as quite white, you have to be careful so that you don't cross over to their lying and then the hand when actually start to look. OK, so the next thing is also just back. I'm gonna adjust the lighting here. This clip on, uh, right, go up, go to color. And I'm going to adjust the brightness. Okay. To mash back the clip on the left so you can see that just sort of magically goes away. So let's try this again. They see some changes here. You can see that US foreign parts of the clip the lighting is better, and certain parts of the clip is not so good. Okay, so you can we can actually take care of this. What we need to do is to move. Okay? to the front of the clip that you want. Okay, so to us, this part, the light on the left is a doctor, and the one on the right is a little bit or somebody around here. The lights start to change. So what I'm gonna do is I am going to slice it. And then so, like this here, and I am going to adjust the brightness down. So you saw Mitch is okay? And then as it comes over here, And then the clip on the left sauce, too. Still. Case to dock here. Okay, so that's the challenge with making spits split skin video is acute lighting. Okay, so let's do another cut there, and then I'm going to adjust the brightness down. Try to match it as close as possible. Okay, so this is all right. This is okay. Come back to here. This is the portion. Okay? Somebody here the likes us to change. So you get the idea off adjusting your brightness that you should in a room that you control the lighting, Then it would be much easier, but I'm just going to show you this technique so that you know how to adjust it to the best possible manner. Okay, is pretty fun. It's not that difficult. You just need to be able to select the right position. Remember to put the imaginary lying off there in between the left and the right, and you are actually good to go. 22. Text Behind Regular Shaped Objects: this video, I will show you how to create text behind objects will be having a building in this case. And let's get started. I have a clip here, which is just time left. The video that I downloaded from Pixar be What you want to do is actually to have a duplicate off this video clip on the track. Okay, So what I'm gonna do is I'm just going to do that right now. We just copy and paste. So these two clips are exactly the same. So if we were the height one of this, you won't see any difference. Okay? Next how We're gonna add a title and go to titles, And I'm just going to use the default tighter over here and Eddie onto track number two. Okay, so let me just make this a little bit longer, all right? And, uh, and for the time being, I'm gonna hype the top breakfasts and a taco truck are put, and then I'm gonna double click on the text. This is Toronto, so I'm just going to but the new mr until all right. So clearly. Okay, I am going to next reposition this somewhere here. All right. Okay, Now, this tax of the movement isn't moving. Just appears. And ex, as you can see, is actually in front off that building. Now, what I would do is to just a booklet, and at some go to the advance a tap and create some animation for this text. I want the effect of kind of sliding. So do exactly push effect. Okay, so I'm just going to select this and double click on this, and you can see this push in and out. Okay, so right now, the Texas still above and I'm just going to click on OK, all right. So next thing what you need to do is with the Trop trick selected. What you want to do is go Teoh effects and click on the Image mosque will select the mishmash and drag you onto track number three. And at the same time, I'm going to hide the bottom tray. Okay? And the reason why I want to hide the track so that I can actually see the mask better. Okay, so next go back to the top train and you should want to go to the mosque here, the Mission Mosque and select a shape that suits this building. They were going to Moscow. So for this case, we will select a square shaped like this, OK, and then the next time we basically just adjusting this mosque, All right, So x is actually a just a master. The left into the right, wised up and down. Okay, so the first thing I'm going to do is adjust the witness because the building has come narrow. So I wanted to be a Stennis. A pencil. All right. And then I'm gonna leave the height. Basically alone. Doesn't really matter that much, because it's a straightened building, and the next I'm going to move. The eggs are on the actually the mask. So that is right at the building there. In this case, the building is quite quite straight, so you can actually use this must. And in the next video, I will show you how to do this. If you're building is irregular ship all right or something that you want to put the text me hang is an irregular shape. Right? So anyway, let's go in perceiving this, keep going to make it as narrow as possible. And I'm going to change the zoom level toe zoom in tow 100% so I can see this mass better. Okay, so right now you want the months to come right at this opposition. Otherwise, it doesn't look realistic. Some of the uses to say change it on a tree. Kids looks better now. And this is C minus tree, actually, 90 Okay. And then it's not really perfect yet because they do things kind of slanting a little bit. And but we can actually make this work. So you have a You plan your shot properly and you have, say, a building. This is actually much easier. However, like I say, it's an irregular shaped object. We've also look into the next video. So about first, let's do this. Let's changes to to Okay, it's a little bit too much. So I think the best effects still tree okay for this case, and I am going to just kind of feather this masa be okay, So let's go back later on, okay? And I'm going to zoom out back to the zoom feet so you can see right, and then I am going to turn on the visibility for the bottom tray. Okay, so now you have this effect here. All right, so that's basically how you do it. Okay, So if I was to just show you a larger image, you will still be the same. Let's put this back to here and let Zuma Murray. So this is all you need to do? I remember that you need to tracks, and the first clip and the clip have to be a lying. Exactly. And then the taxes, actually, in between the two layers, that's all about creating tax behind objects or a building using for more on nine. 23. Text Appearing Behind Irregular Shaped Objects: this video, I will show you how to create that text that shows up behind an object. And in this case, it will be an irregular shaped object. Okay, so this is a clip off the Eiffel Tower. These are people working in the foreground. So what we're gonna do is actually to put the text behind here. So they're essentially a few steps to this process. The first type is likely to put your text and then off course, we need to create a mass, and this mass will actually be done outside off, moron. Okay, so let's get started. And I'm going to put some a title here first. And I'm just going to use the default title good and drag us down to the timeline. And this timeline is above the base layer over here. Okay? The origin of clip. I'm just going to adjust this. You should be able to do this quite easily. Change this to just see Paris. All right? Make it simple and increased in size a little bit. Now I'm going to just leave the text as it is for for now. Cleveland. Okay. The reason why I put the tax first is, then I know the mass the size of the master I need, which is somewhere between this point and at this point in the tower. What I'm gonna do next is I will hide this title for high this trick, and then I'm going. Teoh, take a snapshot off this. These steps on number 37. Okay, Now you can actually right click to know. Where is this snapshot in Explorer? So I'm going to do that. And on my windows, this is the location. Off snapshot number 37. Okay, the Eiffel Tower. All right, so let's just temporarily close for Maura. And we have to go to a site called Bixler B. I Excel are Bixler, which is actually an on line photo editor. OK, so click on open image. I will, Lord a snapshot number 37 directly to sexto Bixler. Let me go back to the home. So there is pick Slur X and also Bixler e. So picture axe is easier to use. Software I pick so easily to be more sophisticated, but you can actually learn it is quite simple to use. Okay, First off, I'm going to zoom in a bit because I'm going to create a mosque. And based on the emission from for more on I I know that my must have to be somewhere between here and here. All right, so let's go back. So my must have to be somebody between here and there on the top here. Okay. The first thing that you want to do is to go to select the lasso, to market, to select this, and what you want is to change it toe polygon. Okay, The polygon means that is just straight lines. And for this tower is actually straight lines would work the best, and it allows you to zoom in further to make sure that you get the lion's perfectly. So I'm just going to start from the left corner here, Cleveland to the right corner and then go down somewhere. Here, make a point. Go down some more further down at this point again like this, so you can actually see, like, shape that are irregular. My mission is not necessary square around. But if you have ah, ship that is around. Then you need to use a different to to select this. Okay, so just going to follow as closely to the power and in clear on and and then once you have this are what people used to call marching ends. Okay, Because it looks like matching ends. Then you're really almost done. The next thing that you need to do is to click on select and clear and convert toe mask. So, basically, you are this software pixel have actually deleted everything else except the section that we selected. Okay, so next go too far, go to safeties fall. Okay? And you want to save it as a PNG. I'm gonna need me this download, and I'm going to download it to my full day here. Okay, that's close. Days folder now. So next I'm going to find my snapshot and drag it back into film or running. So this is number 37 okay? And I will put this mask actually on top and up almost trek. And depending on how long I want this to be, you can actually make it as long as short as possible. So basically what you are seeing now as the mass. Okay, let me hide this track at the bottom, Then you'll see what happens. So basically, this is the ship off the mosque And because it's as that image you don't you kind of don't see that mass. Okay, you can imagine it. Like as if it is visual trick. Religious, in a sense. Okay. Next you need to do is turned on your text, and then you have it. Okay, So if your text goes beyond the mosque, All right, then you will see that the texas above. Okay, it's in front off that Eiffel Tower. But once you move over to their part because the masses blocking at the are because once it goes must move beyond the mass. The must now is looking part of the world. Are. So that's where you see this, Okay. And you can actually extend this as long as you want. All right? And as long as Damascus there, then Paris will be blocked. Paris will be blocked. Now, you want to make some changes to your titles. You can do that, lest make it give it a movement. So this system pushed. All right, So clean. Okay, so this is how he plays right now. Now, if you want a toe, create attacks behind the objective moves. Okay? For example, if you notice this video here, I'm in front, off the tax and I hate moves a bit. Then the concept is still the same. However, when you need to do exactly make a snapshot off every free exported Bill Amoss in party back into a few more a and then put it on to this trend Number three just for one frame. So yes, you can see here I have multiple snapshots. All we just a little bit off movement between each of them. Okay. To create this effect to make it realistic, it is. Ah, quite a bit more work. However, this is how you get this effect if you want your object in front moves. So this is how you create takes a behind objects in Fillmore running 24. Adding Realistic Camera Movement : in this video we'll show you how to create realistic camera movement as if your camera is handheld. Even though your camera waas are your scene or your video clip was shot using a tripod, I would be doing right now. So this video is actually a recorder using a tripod And the reason why you want to create a realistic camera movement? Is that such camera movement hand? How shot? Just give that came from toe look or at the same time, an informal view compared to, say, a shot that is, say station using a tri port. Now this creepier waas recorded on a tripod that you can see that photo frame is not moving even though I am actually talking and moving about first off in order to create fake or realistic movement. All right, depending on how you look at it is fake movement by realistic. So what I'm going to do is when you go to effects. But you want to look for east under the filters there is a sheikh, all right, And this ill the shake filters are the sheikh effects right that you want to use now the easiest one or the one that you want to use is actually a mile. And the reason is because we wanted to be a smooth type of camera movement. Okay, so you can try to select this and see what happens. And even then with a model, when you see kinds of look as if way are on a boat somewhere. All right? So I'm gonna used and drag this on my one on the threat number two. Okay. And I am going to stretch it out for the entire year. Click. No, I'm not going to use the entire clip for for this entire video. That would just make it Seems as if I'm on the boat somewhere. Okay, so we can't have that. So what I'm going to do is I am going to snip it off. I'm gonna have seven sections. We will have that model movement, and then there will be seven sections. There won't be any movement. All right, so let's say for the middle section s double click. I want to turn off the movement for this section here. Okay. And then for this section here, I'm going to remove the RGB and motion blur. We don't have any motion blood and I also being on a redo and reduce the frequency. All right, otherwise, we make leader be kind of seasick. Okay, Now it's beginning to look a little bit more realistic, but even then it's a little bit too much. So I'm going to reduce the that position as well. Let's try this again. So begin to see a little bit more realistic, but that that is kind of jarring. Many moves again. So for the second clip here on the changed the remove, all this already be separate and motion blur Kurdestan again. And remove this again. All right, so I just want to have some slight movement, and I am going to remove the rest of this mile movement. All right, so we have the beginning over here next. Okay, so for next, I'm going to use the site. Raise effect. Okay, so the site we see, if it can be quite strong, this will. Okay, let's use siree. Number one again. I am going to stretch it out a bit, okay? And I think publicly one sideways again removed the RGB and motion blur. And here the frequency is pretty high. Same astir exposition. Kill us, See how things goes here. Thank you. So again, he still quite strong. Right? So let's going change it to 0.2 So what we want is some slight movement, okay? Not something to jarring. Then that would make it unrealistic. And we can even move this. Give us some space between the section ran dairies. One time movement was us another. So that if it wouldn't be so jarring. Okay, so let's move this from here. Okay? This is again too much. Yes. Go down a bit more. Some exposition, maybe 0.0 to. Okay, So just depending on the clip that you want and the effects that you're after, so you may want to change this to a little bit higher so you can see that it is actually looking quite released it many times to such a movement. All right, so that's what how you to create this, uh, really stick camera movement effect using for Maura, we can add. Furthermore, that's at this number. You can even add the such event happened. Our movement here, we want to make sure that all this is turned down. Attendees Domus Well, okay, like I make sure you just wants arms. Like movement looks really good. Okay, so that's all to create thing. Released a camera movement using from more on nine. 25. Visual Trick with Vertigo Effect: In this video, I will show you how to create a vertigo effect. And it looks something like this is something like a trick to your eye. And let me just played it again. Okay, so what you see is that the person in the foreground mean a foreground isn't changing in size, but then the background seems to be getting closer and closer. K you probably seen this in the movies. And he also works for some scene scenery as well. This is what happens, right? Seemed as something is moving, the background is moving about. A foreground isn't changing in perspective our size, okay? So you have this trig cameras solid like a camera trick and in a sense it is. So how do you pull off this camera trick? Now there are actually two elements there is crucial. And number one, the camera have to move, right? So this is the original clip that I shot off myself. Basically, I just positioned myself and then I move my camera closer and closer to me. Now, the origin of S, you see that as the camera moves, the position of the foreground increases in size, as well as the background increases in size and destined norm. Okay? Now to start off this effect where you need to do is to select the pathway that cameras has to move. Split is okay. So next select the clip and right-click, go to crop and zoom, and then select pan and zoom. Now. And then you, what you want to do is to adjust as x2. Okay? Now, in this case, the camera is moving toward me. Okay, so when you zoom in, you want to reverse this, and k you want to zoom out, right? So, so this is actually what makes the effect work. Okay, so let's play this. Alright, so the foreground isn't changing, but the background seems to be moving. Okay, so that's how this works. So let me just play this for you again, right? So this part here, right? So towards the last bit here because the camera was moving at a different speed toward me. That's why I start to have you start to see that it isn't really showing so well. So there's two things you can do, either spit off the end or maybe a split this off and then adjust the speed of the zoom. Okay, so now to adjust the zoom, what you need to do is right-click and click and crop and zoom. Depending on how fast or slow the camera is moving toward you or away from you, then you need to adjust this. So actually, for the beginning of part of this video, the sizes abroad is about, okay, is just towards the end. Doesn't, doesn't OXO realistic. Okay. So let me just show you. This is a pretty okay. And until this part here then is highest speed isn't working so well. All right, so the trickier, like I mentioned, is to have a consistent, thus p of the camera. It is either moving away and towards you. Now one other thing is that for this clip, all right, you notice that the background is moving away. It seems the trickiest. I seem to be moving away. Whereas for this clip, okay, the background seems to be moving closer and closer. Ok, so the only difference is what happened was is actually the exactly same clip. What I have done is I have let me show you what I've done is I kill, I reverse this. So I've actually reverse the clip. So what happens now is that instead of a camera moving to me, because the clip is reversed, the camera is moving away from me. And then when it comes to the chromosome, the start point is and the whole frame and the endpoint is the pi here is a smaller part. So you can actually do this effect where the camera is moving away from you or moving to what that object. Okay, so let me show you how it's done for that drone clip as well. So this is the original grown clip. So as the drone flies away, you notice that you see more and more of this pi here and this respective gets smaller and smaller and that's the norm. Okay? So let's, let's do this. So right-click and click, crop and zoom, pan and zoom. I justice. Let's try this. Okay. So you notice here that the ocean, at this point it starts to get smaller and smaller, faster, get smaller and smaller. So the reason is because the drone is kind of honor, as he backs away from the scene, is moving out. What okay. So in this situation, what I'm gonna do is I'm going to have a slight pen, the jazz Abyss just a slight bit so that it looks realistic. Okay, so it's as if the Bish is unfolding away, right? So let's click on, Okay, let's play this. So that's how you create these vertigo effect. Using for Mora. Hope you have fun with it. 26. Color Matching Different Clips (Filmora X): In this video, I will show you how to use color matching inform our attempt. Now, color matching is when you want to match that porn and the color of two different clips, okay, for example, I have a clip here, they have this tone. And the second clip we has a greenish color tone. And let's say I went to mesh this to this video. So to do that, what you need to do is to select the clip that you want to match the color width. And then heat on the color tab and go and select kinda match. Ok. And then click on comparison view. And then you will have here on the window. Tomorrow I'll give you an option which frame that you want to match to the earlier video. Ok, so let's say I want to match the colors here, which is a little bit publish, and the colors are actually pretty strong. But let's go with this and click on match. And you'll notice here that now this video, the second, you do not have these colors, which is more magenta and reddish. Alright, so just click on OK. And so you can see the change here. So let me just select by this clip. And if I were to turn off the color match, so this is the original color. This is the color by matching to the click on the front. And there is also a levels that you can adjust. For example, you think that this is a bit too strong, you want to reduce it a bit. You can do so. Go back to compare if you want to match it to a different frame. So let me just click on the right. And you'll notice that if you play the video now, he has a very similar kind of look and feel. And you can sort of create a video that people think that it's actually shot roughly at the same place, at the same time. So that's how you use color matching in for more attention. 27. Motion Tracking Objects (Filmora X): In this video, I will show you how to do motion tracking in from Morocco ten. So here is a van on the road and we would try the event and Ed graphics to this. And so the first thing that you need to do is actually to select the clip and then using this icon here, which turns on motion tracking. So here under the video settings here you notice that the motion tracking has been turned on. And then you have a square here that turns up on your screen, right? So the first thing that you want to do is to position this square here or the rectangle to the item that you want to track. In this case, we're going to track this van over here. And then what you can do is to resize this box to somewhere that fits this man. Now basically what it does is that it's gonna tell for Mora there, this is the target that you want to try and look for changes. So that after Moroccan tray, where there is a vehicle or whether it's just your hand or an object that's in the screen. You may need to adjust this. And it is actually good to select objects there of distinct shape and with some, some markings as much as possible, it would be quite difficult to actually track things they say, of leave in an ocean of green, for example, are once you have selected that you want to do is to click on start tracking. And you notice that the tracking is going on, as you can see here. After morass task gets distracted and started to track the billboards are what want to do is actually to cancel the track and click on Reset. All right, so this is what I mean by tomorrow making an error and it happens. Okay, so we're going to do is to select motion tracking again. And maybe this time you went to track the sudden corner that allows for marital. Try this much easier. All right, so maybe you can just track this fun and click on start tracking again. All right, so this time you notice that the tracking the van is much more accurate. And it happens with all kinds of software that is doing motion tracking. And here you got confused again, it doesn't matter. So if you want to redo the track, what you can do is actually to reset and do it again. But for the purpose of this tutorial, I'm just going to maybe stopping here. Otherwise it's going to get too long. So next, what I'm gonna do is to just click on OK. So next what I wanna do is to add an arrow to point to the advent. And I'm going to drag this arrow down onto the track above. Now this arrow is a PNG image, and I created it using Google drawings. So you can actually created there as well. And I'll select this. I'm going to resize arrow. And I'm going to move it to less than Van and Sardar root TVs. Alright, so you can point to the red. And next, once you are satisfied with the size of the arrow, click back onto the track. The initial clip. Here an emotion tracking tab where you want to do is to select this little rarer left, okay? And click on. Okay. Let's play the clip. You'll notice that the arrow would actually follow the van. You will follow until the point where the arrow gets confused and start fighting at the trees are i, so this will happen with things like this. So when you want to track sudden things you want to do is to try to track something distinct. So somehow he got confused with that is RI, and what you can do is you can actually up to this point, split this clip here. Alright? And then reset this. Okay, let's go back to this lesser reset that tricky. Alright, and maybe get for Bora to retract the vent this time from this position. Ok, so basically what we are doing is we are splitting the tracking into two plots. Ok, hopefully you will track better. Let's try this. Yes, it does a much better job and it is not tracking the trees. Alright? So what you can do now is to split the arrow as well. Ok? So now you want to do the same for the arrow. Okay? All right, so now when you play this, you should follow key my computer hang a little bit. So this alright, so basically that's how you would do motion tracking if your tracking isn't so clear. Besides doing trekking or objective moves, you can also track, say, a camera movement that pen. So in this case the camera, the camera pans up. And instead of adding an arrow or graphics, I'm going to show you how to add our title over here. Click on motion tracking and cleaner start tracking. So I'm going to track the middle of this sky bridge over here. Okay? Careful to select this point over here and click on start tracking. All right, so now that the tracking is done, I'm just gonna click on OK. And next I'm gonna go to the titles and select Normal title. I'm just gonna use a default title and drag it over onto the clip here. Alright, so let me extend this. And then what I'm gonna do is to select this and I'm gonna type here as sky bridge. Okay, and let's just make the text has made smaller. I'm just gonna make it smallest further. Theorem 36. So next I am going to position the text or here, right above this one and rotate it a little bit just to have the few. Alright, so then I'm going to click that onto the clip. And then when it comes to the motion tracking tab this time I'm going to select the default title and then click on. Alright, so let's play this now. You can see that the text actually sticks to this point or is a threat to this point rather. Alright. So that's how you do a motion tracking with four borrow ten. 28. Motion Tracking Trick (Filmora X): In this video, I will show you how I created this trick for Mora. There. First you see that tracking and then it seems that the treading isn't really following that initial candle over here. Alright, so we say plastic candle. This is actually the clip di, recorded initially. I'm a go around and I actually plan out my movement over here and actually move this a few times. And what he, I realized that I need to adjust my C the bid and so I did it again, right, so that the actual footage that I use for the front part is this point somewhere around here, I guess over some may here, all the way to here. So let me show you how I did the initial part and then let me show you the second part of it. Alright. So this is the first part of that I did the tracking of the candle. Basically it's just simple. I split this clip here and then I move to the pouring rain I wanted. Alright, so basically the tracking is from here to here where every shot track. So I'll double-click on the track, click on motion tracking, select this and adjust the tracking so that it is much smaller than somebody like this, right. So there's my motion tracking. So let me just cancel that. And Harry said that the motion tracking wasn't done very well and this is what are the things with the film morass motion tracking. You may need to double check it. And I found out that the reason is because this object was white in color and I was actually moving quite fast. So that may have an issue with tracking. Okay, so let's try this again. All right, so this is the first part of the video. Next, edit, the default title. So it can be anything, let's just say is tracking and skin and okay, I'm just gonna resize this position somewhere here. Then I went back to this motion tracking clip here and click on the default title and click on okay. This is a here, the first part of the video that when it comes to the second part, the video when I did this trick. So you notice that the candle wasn't really moving. So let me just split the clip here again. Next, we did my segment here. I actually have another clip where I did this. Okay? I wanted to have the tracking data created by Phil neuron with this. Okay? Okay, I'll try this a few times. Now use this segment. I'm gonna split this clip here and move to the end and split this. Okay, so what happened was that I placed this clip here. I have moved this clip, this original clip that you're seeing right now, with a trick shot. I've actually moved this clip to the top track. And I've moved this clip to the bottom over here. Okay. And then I used a bottom clip. So okay. Let me hide the top track. I used a bottom track and I wanted the tracking data from this clip. So I double-click on this US motion tracking and at this time track this as well. So what we are after is actually after the tracking data, okay, the movement itself, case those type checking. All right, and then click on okay, next, what I'm gonna do is to use the default title again. Okay, in fact, I can actually copy this type of video track based this on top of and do it here. So I have the exec, words on top. K into position is about the same here. And I double-clicked back to this one. Default title again. Alright, so this is what will happen. Let me turn back track on. Alright, so because this track is hidden, what you are seeing is the top track. The data from the tracking is using this one right over here. Right? So what you're seeing is this. And basically that's how I created this motion tracking trick for morale of their folly, useful and maybe it's something that you can use as well. 29. Using Keyframes For Effects And Transition (Filmora X): In this video, I will show you how to use the keyframes function in Fra Mauro ten. Now this take note that this function is only available in femoral ten and above. So if you are using for Miranda, This feature is not available to use keyframe. Click on the clip that you want to put key frames on. And under this video click on animation and goes to customize, okay, and this is the menu for adding keyframes here. Then we just adjust this a bit. And there are actually four parameters that you can use keyframes on. Number one is rotate, second is scale. Third is the position as well as the opacity. So these are the four things that you can apply key frames on to a video. So let me just show you the easiest one which is rotated and this is quite easy to see. So for the moment, this clip here is very simple. Just a camera panning to some hills. Okay, so let's say somewhere here I wanted to rotate my video. So the first thing that I want to do is to add a keyframe v. So you can notice that there is a green button or a green bubble Odessa applied to that clip. Alright, so this tells our femora that this is your starting point. Okay? So lets say somewhere here, you wanted to rotate this. So what I'm gonna do is I am going to select the frame and I'm going to rotate it one. I'm gonna rotate this one time. X. Actually let me just reset. This is easier to do it here. So let's say I want to rotate a 180. And that's not changed her position yet. So it's back to that position is same. Okay. We're not changing the position yet. We're just going to rotate this. Ok. So let me just play the video for you now. So you notice that as I play from this point, the rotation is 0 degrees, and at this point it is 180. So this is actually a basic rotation. And you'll notice that when you have a key frame and the change in parameters, any of these four parameters, there is an arrow, green arrow, right? And let me just add another key frame here. And I'm going to rotate it back to 360. And then there's another arrow. So if you play this, this will be what happens. Okay? So this is just the rotation parameter. Now you can actually adjust a keyframe several ways. Number one, you can insulate the keyframe and you can select it with your mouse. Or also, you can also select this with these patents over here, either going to the previous Cree frame or the next keyframe. So let's click on this last keyframe, that previous keyframe. To adjust this, I can select the keyframe and actually pull this to the left or to the right. Okay, the closer 1 to the next point means that the faster that this changes will occur. So for example, here it will rotate much faster. And then here the rotation is slower, okay? So these are the basic controls of the keyframes. You can actually add more key frames in between as well. Let's say for example, somewhere here, k. So this is somewhere around 270 as key to 70. And then a keyframe is added that to 70. So let's say I move this place and I want to maintain a two 7-0. Okay? So what happens now is that over here, your rotation is 0 degrees. Here, it goes to a 180 and then it changes all the way to 270. But then because I added this keyframe, there's no arrow between this point and this point. And let me just zoom in a bit more. There's no arrow between this point and this point, which means, although there is a keyframe, none of the parameters change in case all the videos at 270. And then again it rotates a bag to the normal. Ok. So in essence, you can add key frames in between your keyframes. You can remove them. Let me show you how. Let me remove this keyframe. Okay? So now the rotation is seamless from one key frame to another. Okay? So if you do not want this keyframe, you can also remove this, kick the skill and delete this key and then your video or n, we write 270. Okay? So, so these are the ways you can adjust your key frames as well as moving the clips. Okay, let me just reset all this fuss. Okay? And another way you can use a key frames is to scale your video. So let's go to the position here. So at the beginning of the clip, I'll say the scale is a 100 and you want to add the keyframe to let, for moral node that you want it to be at a 100. And then less will be somewhere here. And you can actually zoom in by scaling it up a 125 K. So now your video was zoom-in, right? And then you want to zoom out. You can change this, or you can actually just reset this. Sophia Moreau automatically add a keyframe, right? So if you look at it, this one will be 100%. This is a 122. Which means here you are zooming in and zooming out again, right? So this called scaling. Now you want to combine c scaling with the position. You can do this. So let me just reset all the keyframes for this clip phis. Ok, so at the beginning, I want this to be at a keyframe. So somewhere here, I want to scale it to say 40%, as well as change the position and the canyon the position by dragging this video here. So what happens now is that you'll notice something like this. K is actually a pretty cool effect that you can combine things together, okay? Opus, this pretty simple and you can actually add things here, for example, say, Well, okay, let's, let's do this in reverse. I'm going to add the keyframe here. At the keyframe, Go to the n or the click, revert all this co-vector a 100%. But then at the end of this keyframe, I want to reduce the opacity as well. Ok? So when you see this, this is what will happen. Now let me show you how you can actually combine several of these together with rotation, scale, and position to create a very interesting transition like this, I remove this, I don't know one, this clip. Okay, so rather I want this section of the clip. So this is what I want. I want SDA video coming to here to zoom in a b. Then a justice will trim this a bit. Okay? So what I'm gonna do now is let me reset everything. Okay, so this is the original video. I want to have a zooming somewhere here because the umbrella looks so nice. Let me move this. Okay, so some may hear and see into spin up right over here. This is me. Alright? So this is what I'm gonna do. Lays this. So first thing I'm gonna do is I am going to add a key frames here. From this point. Some a here, and a keyframe that he'd be at a 100%. And as I move over to the umbrella, one to zoom into the umbrella. So let's change it to a 120. Okay? And then I'm going to add another key frame with respect to 0. Actually want this to be further along here. Okay? So now zoom into the umbrella, go back to 0. And then from this point on, I actually had a keyframe. And I'm going to stop making is smaller. And the last key frame at the end of the clip hopes. The last key frame and the n are the clip. What I want is for the this frame to loaded up outside of the frame and in between spinner field times, spin twice. Okay, so let's see what's happened. Is omitted, umbrella is Amal. And then when it comes to this video here, I want the same thing to happen. So lets check the zoom right here is 32%. Okay? So I'm going to select the clip, go two to the n skeletal but 32 multi-source data frames on what? Tv? Slightly. We'll get off the frame. And then when I come to this position, I wonder vidoes spinning. So first off, I'm going to change this cubic to a 100. And then this one goes back to here. And in between, I went to rotate this a few times. And it's supposed to go back to the top 720. Let's see if it works properly. So I should I clean, make this been happening much faster so that it matches the front? And then you have a perfectly good transition for your video. Infirmary ten. So this how you use a keyframes. Okay, so I hope you have fun with using keyframes. 30. Automatically Lower Volume with Audio Ducking (Filmora X): In this video, I'll show you how to use audio ducking in femora ten. Now what is audio ducking? What do docking means that if you have background music playing and there is also a spoken word, then the background music We're actually ten, lowers its volume. Whenever the detects There is a spoken word, you'll notice that there be audio ducking ten of my voice is most as law or maybe softer than the background music. Okay, so let's take a listen. Some time ago. Let me just stopped it. So to turn audio ducking on, select the clip that you want. And this is my audio narration that is on a separate audio track. It works the same way even if your audio is together with a video. So all you need to do is to go to ten on this audio ducking. Ok. This is under the Audio tab. You'll notice that essentially lower the volume of other clips, okay? And you can actually adjust the strength whether you want to lower the volume of other trips more or less. So I'm just going to say Telnet to about, say 45. You had adjusted by listening and click on okay. Okay, sure why it's not sticking. So a c, As you can see, this waveform here reduces, okay? If I uncheck it, the waveform would be back to normal. So let's click on normal, began, okay? And then I hear that the music is back to its normal loudness. And let's do this, all this clip as well. Tunnels audio ducking. And in this section here is softer. Okay, so now if I play, you will be able to hear is much better. Here. That background news is quite long. And then after some time ago I was in an IPO, a tau naught of while loop over i live kit. So that's all about using audio ducking. It is much faster than adjusting the volume of your background music. 31. Enhance Your Video With Audio Effects: In this video, I'm going to cover some new features in more a temple five and we'll cover the audio effects at this time. With this new feature allows you to create things like echo reverb, as well as the noise as it is coming from a phone. Now echo allows you to do something like this. Hello. It's amazing, isn't it? Sound design actually makes a big effect in creating your video. For example, even in my tutorials when I'm typing a heavy hearing, things like a keyboard sounds of the clicks actually is very important to give that audio effect, okay, it impacts us in a different way. Now, the next tree is reworked and reworked gives you the impression of whether you are in a large room, medium-sized room, or us more room. Now these things are very important if you are creating your videos and you want to give the impression of whether you're in a big space or in a small space. Finally, you have one that allows you to sound as if you're talking on the phone. Hello. How are you? Compare that to be an audio effect? Hello, this is James. How are you today? So let's dive into the screen and show you how to go about it. In order to apply the Audio Effects is very simple. It is under the Effects tab and you can actually see the audio effects here. And there are actually five effects. Try the echo for us to use eco. Just select this and drag it down onto your audio clip. And you can actually hear the ACO straight away. Let's play this. Hello. Okay? And in order to adjust this, you can double-click on that audio clip and a head on into your audio effects, you should see that there is a section for delay time as well as the decay factor. The delay time shows you how fast you want your code to show up. If you want to echo to show later, change it to a higher figure, then it will actually start slower. Imagine that time for the echo to show up after you have spoken as try this. Hello. Hello. Okay, so in order to make it more realistic, I, for me, I found that it's better to Tony somewhere towards the beginning. Reduced time delay. Okay? However, if you are in your Canyon or you want to give the impression that you are in a canyon and the echo takes a long time, then you want to increase the delay time. The decay factor is how fast the solid actually die off or trail off. Okay? So if you have a longer than you will, takes longer for the time to trail off. So let's try this. Hello low, low, low, low. Okay. So you can actually adjusted according to your needs. And a different effect will have actually a different settings. Let's try the one with the lobby and the big room. So this is my original audio. So this is an example of the song in a big room. Okay, So let's pull the lobby. I'm going to use the lobby so that you can hear the effect of vata. However, there is actually the lobby, which means it's the largest room. And then you have something in the middle and then it's small room and do the lobby for us. We'll do the same. Just drag it down onto the array. Well, you'll click. So this is an example of a sum in a big room. Okay, Sounds pretty nice. Let's double-click this. And under the audio reverb effect, you can actually choose their level. If you want to reduce the level a bit, you can actually reduce it so that the room doesn't sound too big. So this is an example of the sound in a big room. And for the small room, works the same way as well. Let's try this and this year. And I'm just going to reduce this by a bit. This is example, your audience in a small room. Okay? And one last thing is the audio track for the phone. Okay, so let's go to the phone here. I've actually put the down into this clip already, but let me just turn it off and play this. Hello. This is James. How are you today? Okay. And by turning it on, How are you? Okay. One thing I found with a phone effects that you may need to increase the volume of B to cater for the reduced sound. So it sounds a little bit louder. Hello. How are you today? Okay, So for this, for the phone effect, there is nothing you can adjust. And one other thing for about the ACO is the the echo allows you you need to have a kid that is long enough for the echo to trail off. If your clip is cut off, then you actually cut off too soon. I hope there is viewed as heavily in terms of adding audio effects into your video. Please play around with it so you can actually enhance your video to the next step. 32.
