Project Description

Sketch quick comics from "Random Word" prompts.

ASSIGNMENT

Your assignment is to use the Random Word Generator to create FAST 3-panel comics that get your creative juices going! For this assignment, stick figures are perfect. Focus on speed. Get it out of your brain and onto paper so you can find a gem joke. I like to aim for 10 3-panel comics, but do what feels right to you. This is flexible: draw by hand, draw on the computer, download the blank panel template (below), or use your own. Get going!

DELIVERABLE

Share your comics in the project gallery. A complete project will include:

  • Random Word Generator prompts
  • Fast sketch comics (between 1 and 10)
  • Your favorite joke of the bunch
  • Final comic (optional)
