Very useful information. Good presentation. Interesting web resources. A downloadable pdf of the information with examples would further improve the usability of the content. Criticism is unavoidable - this is a feel good way to address it. While oriented toward work issues, this approach can easily be adapted for all areas of criticism. WOW your significant other and reduce friction between family and friends!
