1. What we will learn in this class: welcome. My name is Adam and today we'll start our first lesson where we will learn how to tap the letters. Yes, the F J K l semi colon. Using our 10 fingers and without looking at the keyboard, we'll go through the following steps. First, we will learn how to place our 10 fingers on the keyboard. Each finger rests on a specific key on the keyboard. Next we will learn how to type the lettuce. A yes, the F J k l semi colon and how to tap the back space and enter keys. Finally, we will do not off exercises. These exercises will help us consolidate what we have studied in this lesson. We want to type these letters fast and a correctly. That's why we will do lots off exercises. - Let's start our lesson. 2. How to place the fingers on the keyboard: placing the fingers on the keyboard. Let's learn how to place the fingers on the keyboard. This is the keyboard. We placed the fingers like this. As you can see, all the fingers are resting on a specific letter for the left hand. The pinky finger is resting on the letter A The ring finger is resting on the letter s. The middle finger is resting on the letter D and the index finger is resting on the letter F. As for the right hand, the index finger rests on the letter J. The middle thing Arrests on the letter K the ring thing arrests on the letter l and the pinky finger arrests on the semi colon. How to type the letters A S D F J K L ;: Now let's learn how to type each letter. Remember, Don't look at the keyboard. Keep looking at the screen. If I miss type a letter and I press the enter key like this, I also use the right pink finger toe press the enter key so backspace and enter keys are typed using the right pinky finger. After I typed the backspace or enter keys, the pinky finger have to return to its resting position, and this is the resting position. Now we see that the thumbs are equal arresting on the space bar. This means that we can use each one off them or both. Type the space bar. I personally used the right family. Type the space burn. You can use the right thumb or the left, time to type in the space bar or both. It's up to you, but it's better for you to adopt one some toe tap the space bar. 4.
