How to Pass BI Job Interviews: and this is slide. I'm going to show you how to pass the eye job interviews on give you some hints about the main questions and tips that they ask you an interview. The first category will be skills and abilities. The questions they may ask you in this category is for example, tell me about yourself. What do you do? What would your boss tell me about you on what makes you right candidate for this role? To answer this question, start short progress using four or five sentences. A starting it. I am on using objectives announced to describe yourself as an employee. The second category they may, I ask you, is about ideal position. The sample of question would be like, What is your ideal position? What do you really want to do? What kind of job are you looking for? Why should I hire you? To answer this question again, use a short paragraph four or five sentence that describe what you can do for a company. Use verbs that relates to your job. Think about what you would like to do in your next position. Try to say this with passion. The next category off question that I asked you might be related to future ideal position. I didn't ask you. Where do you see yourself in five years? To answer this, you have to show them that you have some ambition. You have to say something that describes the overarching job description to show them you have a vision for your future. The next category off question might be related to success. The stories and examples they may ask you a question about Tell me about that. The story. Can you give me an example? Tell me about the Times, then the formula for this is easy. Situation actions, results explain. What about the situation on what you did? Try to keep a very brief explain under that circumstance, what action you took on try to keep it brief and get to the points. I'm Finally, What was the result on outcome off that the next category are negatives. The question could be like rather your faults. Why don't you do well? Rather, your vic nous is what would you like to improve? Transfer days? Try to choose the one that relates more to your personality and ideal position and try to add some positivity aspect. Wet example of positive answer would be like if I had to do the same thing every day, I would become bored. Another example would be if I had to work by myself all the time. It would be difficult, are like it's great for my company to work too hard. But sometimes it can be a drawback for me on my family. The next category would be salary. The typical question would be, What kind of money are you looking for? What do you want to be making? What's your range on? What were you making at your last job? If you think your last salary was heard than what they might be paying now, at this I'm not completely driven by money. I'm really looking for a good fit. And if you think your last salary was lowered down what they might be paying, you could say I'd really like to improve that. The last category would be reason for living. The typical question would be why are you in the market now or what happened at your last job? Why did you leave on? Did you get any severance toe? Answer this. You should come up. It's something short and sweet that doesn't blame you or the company. For example, we can say a corporate decision was made to consolidate the positions and you can at it and say Disaffected over 35% off all position at all levels, including mine. So now I'm looking for Neo Challenge. Are you could say company was going in a different direction and I took the opportunity to take on new challenges in a different industry. That was a summary off, more behavior. Ariel and Personal interview. No, let's move on to more detail, off technical interview. 7. Behavioral Interview: in the next couple off, the slides were going to go over some behavior. Aerial interview questions be a burial interview Most focused on past performance on behaviors. This interview question is really related to skill sets like decision making, problem solving on leadership and motivation hard. Did you motivate others? Or could be related to communication and interpersonal skills are how capable you are off building a strong team on ability to influence others on critical thinking skills in difficult situations? Once you have landed the interview, keep in mind the following points. Be detail on a specific. You should have developed TRIA stories before that demonstrate your past experiences and performance. Remember what they think is past performance experience could be a prediction for future performance. When you create your stories, think about three points. The 1st 1 would be situation or task. Second, long would be what action you took in that situation, and 3rd 1 would be what was the result and outcome off the action you took. If you can come up the good answers, for example, to the next the slides and questions you will do fine. So let's move on to go this stuff now. Sample of problem solving question would be like When was the last time you solved an issue on what was the significant impact off that and what was the situation? Or it could be like, How did you analyze your problem? Tell me how you implemented your solution. Try to keep it brief and get to the point. Another category would be decision making question. The question might be like, What's the most difficult decision you made in the last six months? Or they may ask you about the situation and ask you What factors did you consider on what was outcome? Next category would be initiative questions. They may ask you to give an example that you took an initiative to solve the issue even though it wasn't your responsibility. They may also ask you what was the situation on under what circumstances you had to act? They may ask you, but action you took on what impact did your initiative hard on that situation? The next category would be achievement or drive. Question. They may I ask you, given example off a situation in which you believe you are effective in achieving aggressive goal and then You have to explain what motivated you to work hard to meet this objective. Why did you go for it? On what the skills did you use to meet your goals? And at the end, you have to provide the result and outcome off that Andi. If you received any feedback for that, another category would be handling details. Basically, you have to provide an example that for a project that you had to keep track off detail while it's still you were taking care off big picture, you have to talk about the projects and the skills you used. And how did you try to focus on goal while you were is still taking care off details off the project and then explain what was the result on outcome off your management on if you received any positive feedback regarding that, I have an important category would be communication. You have to describe the time that you had difficulty communicating to a group or people, and you have to explain what was the situation on what message you were trying to can be. You have to explain clearly. What did you do to resolve the issue and what was the root cause off issue on the outcome. Off that conflict management, you have to think about the time that you had a sacrament. Which your other co worker or a supervisor or manager you have to explain what was the root cause off the issue? How did it happen? How did you react on what was the other person reaction on at the end? What was the result? Coordinating on leading others? You have to think off a situation in the past that you had to coordinate several people or team to actually the goal. What motivated you to take the lead aunt? How did you measure the progress off the team on a stressful situation? What did you do to handle and cope with it and what was the outcome? The next category is technical skills. Provide an example off a problem at a very high level and tell them and explain what technical skills you used to resolve this issue. You have to stay focused on your technical excuse and my ability. That was the somebody off the type of question that may be asking behave burial, interview questions. Just try to stay focused. Be precise on to speak to realist stories and experiences.
