Project Description

Cook Like a Chef

c62cbbb4

GO TO MARKET

Visit your local farmers market and grab some nice produce. Don't be afraid to talk to your farmers and try something new! Upload a photo of your produce to the class site.

INVENTORY YOUR PANTRY

Take an inventory of your home pantry and compare it with our pantry, then share your list on the class site (see our master list below).

RECREATE A DISH

Recreate one of the dishes or components of dishes we make in our class at home. Take a picture and upload to the class site!

MAKE YOUR OWN DISH

Use everything you’ve learned in our class to make a dish of your own. Buy some seasonal ingredients, dive into your pantry staples, use the techniques you learned and apply them your own meal creation, the possibilities are endless! Then tell us all about it - what went well, what went wrong, what you learned. Share your techniques, recipes & photos on the class site.
