1. Introductory Video: by they. You show year from Cape Town, South Africa. I'm on online teacher and a social media analyst. Have a look at the short introductory video. If you totally enjoy it and it resonates with you. Then click the enroll button and let's get started in the next video. Look forward to seeing you on the inside. Famous philosopher and poet at a Stuttle is credited with saying these 15 frames words way are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then it's not an act but a habit way fight against cultivating good habits and routines because we don't want to feel like we have to live our life, other people's rules to be your own person and do your own thing. Besides, keeping a routine is hard work for, is it? Let's find out together in this class. Having no Tina structure is so much more draining mentally, physically and emotionally than any routine could ever be. You cannot love your life on default by not doing the things you know would make you better habits like exercising, meditating and creating gratitude lists for your work. You deprive your body and mind of energy that these types of positive activities create in your life. One feels tired, drained inside an art. How to build the ultimate daily routine for success. My name's USIA Moten and thanks for joining me in this class I hope you enjoyed. Now let's dive straight into it. Let's focus now on the class and creating excellence in life by establishing a positive daily routine every single day, day in and day out to be the best version of yourself, possibly the version that you're going to be proud off. So in the class, I'm now going to share with you a full three step routine, elevating cultivating your mind, your body and your spirit holistically to give you the best day ever. So you're going to feel more productive. You're going to get a lot more done than you ever thought possible, and you'll feel 100 times better doing it. So let's get straight into the class and discuss why create a routine now establishing a positive daily routine is both a self investment in a way to do your best for the rest of the world. It also provides additional benefits, such as giving you structure, building forward moving habits and creating momentum that will carry you on the days when you feel like you just don't have enough strength to carry yourself Now falling a daily routine can help you establish priorities, limit procrastination, keep track of goals and even make you healthier. Now it lowers your reliance on willpower and motivation because habits are actions that you take on a repeated basis, with little or no required effort were thought. So today, personally, I have more drive, motivation and passion, which makes reaching my goals easier and more fulfilling. I have more physical and mental energy to make it through my days, even the really tough ones which still do show up. I feel happier and more satisfied with the quality and depth of my life, I admitted. Though it isn't always easy to create good habits, I struggle with it daily, so it is a constant battle field. Good happens are hard to form, but easy to live with. Bad habits are easy to form but hard to live with. What would you prefer? Now you're something really important to remember what works for someone else might not work for you. That's why it's important to pick the activities that most resonate with you. The ones that push you to become the best version of you that you are capable of being and to keep doing those. Don't be afraid to try new habits and see how they work for you. If they leave your feeling energized and inspired, keep doing them if they don't keep trying new ones until you find ones that do. And the key to create regular and consistent daily patterns in your life. Your daily routine that will take you where you want to go in your life, helping you maximize yourself on every possible level, leveling up every single day. Just that little bit. A little bit much. Now let's get into some of the things that you can do in your daily routine to reach higher mental and energy levels. That is more brainpower and clarity. Let's go into the first module, which is optimizing your mind and well done for listening to the introduction 4. Module 1 Part 1: hi and welcome to Module one, which is optimizing your mind. And please do feel free to rewind. Or he watched the lessons That unit refreshing on recap and want to implement in your life . Now a successful daily routine helps you achieve laser like focus from the very moment that you wake up in the morning to the time that you close your eyes and troughed off. 23 manned at night. Now year. Other ways to get it. Firstly, get positive. Start the day with a mantra. Positive thinking helps manage stress and even improves your health. Now this is the mantra. Today is going to be the best day ever. You will repeat that to yourself on a daily basis, over and over. Or you can say, every day in every way my life gets better and better again. Repetition. Now I start every single day saying that simple sentence out loud or these simple sentences as soon as I get out of bed. And yes, I even tell myself that's on mornings that have followed nights, and that's too short mornings that I wake up feeling like the weight of the world is on my shoulders. Why? Because thes nine words Put your put you or yourself in the right mind set for the rest of the day ahead. What makes a day good or bad? Isn't the events that occur but rather your response and your perception off them. Either you run the day or the day actually runs you. Now I want to put my mind in a good state right away because left unchecked, it will try to tell me that things are wrong. The negative starts to seep in, but through positive thinking, you can overcome it. Now the famous president Benjamin Franklin, off the USA, used to ask himself this question. Every single morning pick a phrase, a question that resonates with you. It could be a simply smiling and saying thank you out loud in acknowledging being gifted with another day and then be protectors. Don't check your email first. When you wake up in the morning, do you immediately check your email or social media accounts? If so, you're starting your day off in a reactive mode instead of being proactive. The trouble with this approach is it means spending the best part of your day on other people's priorities. For instance, if you receive an email asking for work related documents, you might be compelled to provide them immediately, even though you may have had plans to work on marketing your own side business. If you open up Facebook and see one of your friends in a crisis that becomes your focus, potentially keeping you from concentrating on your own issues or concerns, which could be pressing, start today's focused on you, and you will be in a much better state of mind to help others and get more accomplished all day, then mentally prepared. Visualize your success. Some of the world's greatest athletes use visualization to help prepare themselves mentally to excel in the sport. Practice visualization 10 minutes a day to harness the power of your subconscious mind. Simply close your eyes and imagine yourself excelling and being the best you put yourself in situations where you shine. Visualizing the best possible outcome. Include as much detail in your visual visualizations as possible, using all of your senses and making your training given more powerful for people. We have trouble closing their eyes and seeing anything in their minds. I recommend using a pin and paper in writing out how you want your day to unfold and then read that over. Be a specific as possible and be sure to keep it positive reading that line with that statement over and over again, like a mantra. The purpose of all of this is to pass command from your conscious mind, which is in the UN manifested realm to your subconscious mind. Now your subconscious mind wants to believe what you tell it, good or bad, and it will do whatever it takes to turn those commands into reality. 5. Module 1 Part 2: excellent and continuing with module one. Read a book, even if it's just a page. Even if it's just a simple page, your mind will focus on the words and your imagination. Will both scenes like in a movie in your mind's eye so that you're not ruminating and obsessing in a spiral of over thinking on negative anxieties and stresses that can play your existence and be obeying to your successful living and positive thinking? Now reading books offers many signs based benefits. Reading can boost your intelligence. Increase your brain power for up to five days, according to research conducted by Emory University, and even strengthen your ability to empathize with other people. Reading has also been found to reduce your risk of Alzheimer's by more than double all this while helping you feel more relaxed in distressed at the same time. So make it a goal to read a book a week, because reading makes you a better leader, increases your worldview and knowledge base and reinforces your self discipline. I don't know about you, but I find it hard to find the time to read an entire becoming who has hours and hours a day or weeks Just just sit and read. Well, that's why I commit to reading just one chapter each day off a book of my choice. So I'm in the process of reading a couple of different books right now. So I just pick up the one that speaks to me the most that day, and I said in Read a chapter of it, If I want to read more, I do, and I normally do that sometime late in the evening. If I'm laying in bed. That would normally be also the best time to read a chapter off book by breaking the big process, leading a whole book into something manageable. One chapter. I'm able to read about 50 books each year, and you can, too, so make yourself accountable unless the partner were mental. I have a partner and we take stock daily. It forces me to keep myself in my mind, moving in the right positive direction. If you don't currently have a partner or a mental, then think about how you could go about getting one, or at least find someone you trust. We can be your accountability partner to share this information with someone to hold you to your word. I recommend making a list of three people that you trust in respect. Have a conversation with each of these people and discuss exactly what it is that you want to accomplish. After the conversation, decide which of these individuals will serve best as an accountability partner for the specific mouse turned that you're trying to reach and one quick suggestion. Make sure it's a win win situation for them as well. Bring something to the table anything, even if it's just positive energy, even if it's just gratitude and thanks, you can't ask and ask and not expect anything in return. The bigger the payoff you can offer, the longer they'll take you under their wing and listen to you figure out what you can offer and actually give it without expecting anything in return. And here's a quick hint or tip. Find articles in books that relate to their field and passing a recommendation, and then they won't have to waste their time searching. Then what you're going to do is right. Prime yourself for creativity. Split your thoughts onto paper throw to express fears and desires, and times accomplished spending time writing every day helps you become a better communicator, improves your ability to recall important information, and it also enhances your actual creative juices, your creativity writing a diary format. And you also have the added benefit off Creator. Self understanding. Now one of the things that I do every morning is write morning pages, Andi, especially with my informations that tears my mind and helps to clarify what I want out of life. To do your own morning page. Simply sit down and write three pages. They can be about anything that you wanted to be just right each and every day, mostly informations, if you like. Also write down 10 ideas. I'm constantly charting. The point of this exercise is toe. Work your brain and get your creative juices flowing. They can be big ideas, how to cure cancer on philosophy, whatever the case may be, or small ones ways to get your cat to quit scratching the furniture is an example, so they say that everyone has a least $1 million idea and his or her lifetime. You may just find yours on the list, so make a daily to do list. One great way to be fully prepared for the day ahead is to make a to do list. I playing up to six tasks that I want to complete during the day on mine, and the reason this works is twofold. First, it helps me to plan my day in a way that allows me to get the most out of it. First is just performing random tasks and hoping that they move you forward. Second, creating a to do list keeps me on task. I know exactly what you want to get done in when and which makes it more likely that I'm actually going to do it. So keep your daily to do list small so that is manageable and not overwhelming. A great quick heck to make sure that you keep your less simple is using a posted notebook the dimensions of a post it note up perfectly, three by three inches. So because of the size, constraints will force you only to write down the most important things practically that you have to do each day so you can fit more than six items in a post it note. Unless you cheat and right really small, but you can't do that's right so these stars should be your most important tasks. And now we're going to look at something that's quite purposefully already. Purpose in your day, the most important tasks or m i t. 6. Module 1 Part 3: Hi. And thanks for joining me on the most important tasks or m i t. In terms of purpose ing your day. Now, I mentioned this briefly in my morning routine, but I thought I'd explain a little bit more about the M I. T is our most important tasks. It's not an original concept, but one that I use one on a daily basis and there is help me out tremendously. It's quite simple. Your m i t is the task that you most want or need to get done today. So in my case, I've tweeted about So I have three might ease the things that I must accomplish today. And do I get a lot more done that three things, of course. But idea is that no matter what else I do today, these are the things that I want to be sure of doing. So the m I t is the first thing I do each day, night after right after another. I have a glass of water to make me up to wake me up. And yes, the key to the M I t is for me at least one of the m i t. should be related to one of my goals, while the other two can be work stuff and usually are, one must be a goal. Next action essentials that I'm doing something to move my goals forward that day. So then I'm actually making progress. And that makes all the difference in the world each day have done something to make my dreams come true. Even if it's baby steps, it's built into my morning routine. Set the next action to accomplish for one of my goals. And so it happens each day automatically. Another key. Do your M I t is first thing in the morning, either at home or when you first get to work. If you put them off for later, that's procrastination, and that's dangerous. You will get busy undoubtedly and run out of time to do them, so get them out of the way and the rest of the day is actually yours to begin with. So it's such a small thing to implement, and yet I'm going to a rave about it like it's a huge revelation. But really, the small things can't so sometimes small things can make huge differences and, ah, highly recommend that you give it a go. So when you able to cross items off the list, it inspires you to keep going and accomplish even more. Now take regular breaks throughout a while. All of these steps are meant to help you forager hit. Sometimes you just need to step back and give your mind a break. Taking regular breaks keeps you from getting bored and losing. Focus, increasing your brains function at the same time. It also forces you to re evaluate what you're working on, ensuring that you're going in the right direction. Now I found the Pomodoro technique to be invaluable at helping me to keep my energy levels high and forcing me to take regular breaks. This revolutionary time management system is deceptively stumbled to learn, but life changing, really when applied correctly. And here's a quick breakdown of height works. Now the Pomodoro technique can be broken down into the following four basic principles work with time, not against it. Many of us live as if time is our enemy. We raise the clock to finish assignments in metered lines. The Pomodoro technique teaches us to work with time instead of struggling against it, eliminate burnout. Secondly, now taking short schedule breaks will work. Working rather eliminates the running on fumes Feeling that you get when you push yourself too hard, it's impossible to overwork when you stick to the system. Third is to manage distractions. Phone calls, emails, Facebook messages were suddenly realizing you need to change the oil in your car. Those are distractions constantly bombarding you. Usually these distractions can wait. The Pomodoro technique helps you longer distractions and prioritize them for later And fourth grader. Better work, life balance. Most of us are far too intimately acquainted with the guilt that comes from procrastination . Myself included. I am always a huge procrastinator. If we haven't had a productive day, we can't seem to enjoy all. Free time is a Pomodoro master. You can create an effective timetable and achieve your high priority tasks so you truly enjoy your time off. So all this is great, you may think, but what doe I actually do and what is this Pomodoro technique? Well, it's quite simple, and I'm going to explain it to you now in the next module 7. Module 1 Part 4 : I great. And thanks for joining me in this module way. We're going to discuss the Pomodoro technique now. Like I said, it's quite simple. You, firstly, choose a task. Secondly, set a timer for 25 minutes and then third work on your task until the timer rings. Then put a check mark on a tracker. Fourth, take a five minute break after the 25 minutes run off productivity, and you just completed your first Pomodoro, then five repeat steps. One to fall three more times, followed by a 15 minute break this time. So it's simple. But now you're probably thinking 25 minutes of work. That's nothing. This is gonna be easy. Not so fast. That's a 25 minutes of steady, focused work on one task. So no multitasking, no emails, no phone calls, no social media, no checking Facebook, absolutely nothing. No distractions allowed for me. This took some time getting used to because my mind is scatterbrained and required some tools and hex. Here's what I used. I used an app on my phone, or I initially also used the kitchen timer, and you can also put your phone in airplane mode. Airplane mode on your mobile phone or tablet cuts off the data and phone capabilities. So again, no distractions and then also a quiet place to work and all a good pair of headphones or earplugs to block out external noise. Then he pain in paper for those Pomodoro check marks five minutes each morning to plan out the day's tasks and 30 minutes at the end of each week to review the past week and plan for the next. Like most things in my life, I learned through experimentation, experiencing a lot of pain and frustration but ultimately growth. So the method straightforward 40 Pomodoro does equals 1000 minutes of work, plus 350 minutes off breaks each week, which is also so That averages out to about 16.7 to 17 hours of work each week, which is amazing. So by utilizing this technique, I'm now able to get 40 hours of work done in just about 17 all the while keeping my energy levels more stable and eliminating burnout and distractions for the most part. And speaking of breaks while you're decompressing and giving your mind the chance to switch gears, why not close your eyes and catch a power. I snooze off about 15 minutes. You could again set the timer to remind you to wake up. According to the National Sleep Foundation, a short net off 20 to 30 minutes can help to improve your mood, alertness and even performance sobre que day into chunks. Breaking your day into chunks helps you to be the best that you can be assed Too much time spent. Doing one thing can cause you to lose focus and interest. And if you've worked on something that you don't really want to do, it makes it easier because you only have to do it for short. Well, so use the Pomodoro method. I swear by it does work. Okay, so some important takeaways, AEA no. Two days are ever really the same. Okay, And spin is much time possible doing what you want by maximizing output in minimal time. This is the goal each day for optimization. How you use time in traded for experience is what really matters now look at your own day and figure out how you can break it into chunks and determine what you need to do to spend your time doing what you want to do as much as possible and then theme your week. Even if you can't set aside full days to deal with certain issues, you can probably block off certain hours of the day to handle them. Going back to breaking your day into chunks or themes there's can give you the time you need to make headway in those particular areas without putting your brain on overload. And don't forget to use the Pomodoro method. Thank you for watching this module, one thes, three videos or four videos in this case. Apologies. What you want to be doing now is a part two, which is optimizing your body. We're going to quickly head over into that module. But in the meantime, if you wanted to refresh your learning on the Pomodoro method or anything else in under these lectures in part one module one, then you can rewind or even rewatch the lectures right now before we move on to module to which is optimizing your body. See you in the next video 8. Module 2 Part 1: hi and welcome to Marshal to which is optimizing your body. Please do feel free to rewind or you watch the lessons you need refreshing on and want to implement in your life in this class. Now, being your best also requires that you take of your body and our final on all cylinders. Now years a few things in this module that you can add your daily routine just to do that now, firstly, breathe practice deep breathing off course. If you quit breathing, you die. But I'm talking about really breathing. 70% of your body's toxins are released through your lungs and ex elation, making the actor full breathing and natural and powerful detoxify their bet. You didn't know that my recommended breathing as part of a 10 day challenge. Three times a day, you take 10 power breaths using a racial off 1 to 4 to two. For instance, if you in hell for six seconds, you will hold for 24 seconds and exhale for 12 seconds. This type of breathing brings energy to your body, making it healthier and less stressed in the process. You'll start to feel better almost instantly. Tried right now If you don't believe me, feel free to rewind the video or you watch the learning on this method. It will be great for you now. Secondly, you want to beating productive foods. We've talked about a number of things you can do to make your days more productive. But did you know that the foods you eat can help with this, too? That's right. The items you choose to consume each day and every day can actually affect how well your brain functions, ultimately making it easier or harder for you to hit your goals. Now research has found that your brain operates optimally when you consume a very specific amount of glucose 25 grams to be exact in a form that is released slowly over time. So foods that fall into this category and have positive effects on your body and mind. Good fish, nuts, seeds, avocado do babies grow carrots and most off everyone's favorite. My favorite is dark chocolate. Um, eat foods like thes and your body and your brain will thank you and then also drink more water 9 to 3 cups a day. Nearly 75% of all Americans aren't drinking enough water on a daily basis. Never mind people all across the globe. Do you fall into this group? If so, this can leave you feeling tired all the time, resulting in more frequent headaches and also lower your strength and stamina. I mean, the human body is made up of over 80% water now, making any routine it that all this will be difficult to create little or keep if you're not drinking enough water. So one way to overcome this all too common occurrence is to have water with you at all times, So drink a full glass of water first thing in the morning. Have one falling your morning exercise routine, which will talk about soon and drink up at every meal. Keep something the rest of the day to so you can get your recommended intake off nine cups day for women and 13 cups for men and then have some tea. Polly Finals Benefit the body. When you're not drinking water, you may want to have tea in your cup. Harvard Medical School says that the Poly Faneuil's found in T have been found to do many good things for your body. Specifically, they are anti inflammatory and provide enter oxidant like benefits. And, yes, some of the best teams to drink, as well as the reasons why you want to be looking at green tea specifically, and that's gonna be amazing for your body. Now sit back and enjoy a cup or two a day and reap the benefits and then also get out of your cheap, often spending your day, incidentally, stuck behind a desk and really wreak havoc on your body. The National Center on Health, Physical Activity and Disability sites some of the physical consequences off sitting a lot , which include increased risk off colon and breast cancer, type two diabetes, strokes and heart attacks, as well as a greater mental decline in loss of muscle and bone. A suggestion will to get out of your chan move around often something to think about implementing in your own life. It would be basically to get up every 20 minutes, using the standing day school sitting on a saddle balance G. I would propose the easy route, which is just getting up every 20 minutes and taking walk around the room so excise and move. It's one part of a Delta team that most everyone loves to hate, and there tons of exercises or excuses rather not to exercise. I don't like to exercise what most people say. I couldn't get out of bed early enough, so I ran out of time and I don't have time at night. I really don't like to sweat is what I've heard myself in my life. So the list goes on and on, but you get the point. Excuses are easy lies. We tell ourselves to cover up our failures, and on the right date, you can see Ah, few little exercises that you can do without any equipment. So if exercise stops, then health goes downhill. Does decreases productivity right along with motivation, while increasing depressive feelings at the same time. So keep moving and other benefits of regular exercise include having an easier time controlling your weight, reduce risk of Type two diabetes and cancer. Improved mood and move. Exercise doesn't have to mean an hour long, grueling workout station, they contend to 20 minute walk do yoga. Stretchers were dancing around your living room. Get on the elliptical and you could also do the scientific seven minute workout on the right day just do a few of them per day, if not all of them, and you'll start to see amazing benefits. 9. Module 2 Part 2: hi and welcome to part two of module one and continuing along, we're going to discuss getting enough sleep no less than seven hours. Sleep is extremely important to your overall health for multitude of reasons. In the short term, not sleeping enough can affect your judgment, your mood and even your ability to retain information. In the long term, chronic sleep deprivation can lead to obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and even nearly death. And then they might also be your relationship issues as well. It might make you craggy and depressed and beyond the physical and mental problems, it's pretty tough to stick toe. Ah, full routine when you're so tired that all you can do and think about it schooling back into bed, pulling the covers over your head and drifting back to sleep. That's not good. So to get a good night's sleep, you can limit your caffeine too early in the day. Choose late day foods and bring on sleep like bananas, oatmeal and potatoes. Those are carbs. Make you heavy. Make you want to sleep using earplugs or white no noise machine, rather like the sound of flowing water rain to cut out outside noise at night and put you to sleep. Communists Also, you could try darkening the room. Stay away from technology for good hour before bedtime, especially your mobile phone. Module 3 Part 3: excellent and thanks for sticking with me this far. And we're now on Module three, Lecture three, and we're going to discuss three questions to ask yourself, Feel free to rewind. Or he watched elections that you need touching upon now. Question one. He's Am I doing what I love? Let's be honest. It's hard to be the best version off you if you're not happy with what you're doing with your life because they say If you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life Now the late Steve Jobs off Apple touched on this concept in the commencement address he gave Stanford students when he said for the past 33 years, and this is Steve Jobs now, I've looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself if today were the last day of my life. But I want to do what I'm about to do today and whenever the question with the answer other has been no for too many days in a row. I know I need to change something now that is phenomenal. So are you doing things that you would be happy about doing if it was your last day on this earth. If not, then maybe you need to think about what you could be doing. That would leave you feeling more full fold and full of life. Write it down, come up with a list of activities that will satisfy you cause you can monetize your passion and then add them to your days. So your answer to the question is a resounding yes more often. And then question number two. What's the worst that could happen if we wake up first thing in the morning, worried about something that may happen later that day, week, month or year? Maybe you don't have enough money. I remember good old days where I stressed about that quite a bit. Or maybe you spend a lot of time throughout the day going over future events in your mind. So your mind becomes your worst enemy. Feeling an overwhelming sense of anxiety and traders, you ponder everything that could go on. Well, stop, Just stop. This type of thinking can prevent you from becoming mentally ready to go to the next level . So one way to get over this obstacle is to ask yourself what is really the worst thing that could happen if inserted potential future bad situation. Yeah, it could be. Maybe you losing your job were to come true. Are you going to die? Obviously, that's not the case. So thinking about a possible negative outcomes can actually help you realize that your anxiety or your fears about the situations were exaggerated. You also have to look at the positive side of things when one door closes, another opens. So we discussed. If you have to lose your place of employment, what would happen? And this has happened to me personally in the past where if I had lost the employment, Wonder closed and I couldn't see the other door that was opening. But the one that opened had led me to a better a place of employment, one that resonated with my soul. So you know. But in other words, by truly thinking through potential situations in the outcomes and taught me doing right now, you likely see that it isn't a life or death deal and that there's actually a silver lining . So think of a situation, a person that's really bothering you, whether that's something that you really wanted about or really scared off resentment or whatever eighties. Then ask yourself these four questions. So be honest. You'll be amazed what happens. The simple process can be applied to basically anything that you're starting with. And then question three is. What could have I done today? This question is a super powerful question. Benjamin Franklin's day always ended with asking and answering the question, and I know it's a cliche. We discussing another U. S. Presidents famous proverb. But you know, if if it deserves respect, then so be it. What could have I done today and answering in asking rather and answering the simple question at the end of your day provides you with an opportunity to reflect on the good, the positive veteran. Because you are a collection off all the good deeds that you that you've actually accumulated throughout your life and gives you perspective, it forces you to consider whether you're heading in the direction you want to go and take others into account. Did you help other people, or did you help yourself? So don't forget, the more good you are doing, the more good will come to you. And at the end of each day, I write in my journal or using the ever notepad my phone again, and I'm not promoting Evernote here. It's just that it's a fantastic up, and I suggest you download it on the APP store. All of the positive things that happened during the course of the day will go on to my Evernote or into my journal, and I still do also prefer the old fashioned journal. And to the left of me here is my blue journal, which I just things down him. I want to improve upon which they go into my journal. It helps me give, get bored, decide on decisive clarity and direction on what I can do to make the next day even better . And with that, we now attempt up module three. Remember to rewind, or he watched the listen. If there's anything that you must or you want to be kept refreshing and well now going to module for which is tying it all together to your daily routine, the ultimate daily routine for success 13. Module 4 Tying it all together: welcome to module full, tying it all together. It's ironic that I spend most of my life fighting structure and routine in the past, and now I actually help other people realize the power of it. Now having a healthy daily routine keeps your functioning at the highest level possible on all three planes of existence. Your mind, your body and just put it now I need to make myself a better person. I need to I need to do it so I constantly see opportunity and problems is situations. In short, I need it so I can be free. Now here's a blueprint of what your day should look like for optimal and holistic success, and this will give you the ultimate routine. Are some of you out there might be pilots? Some of you might be call center agents. Some of you might be multi millionaires, but at the end of the day, they are certain fundamentals that will apply across the board. Now the list will be available in your project section, this particular blueprint and after the class. So please do the assignment, and I wish you best of luck and enjoy doing it, so I just want to discuss this quickly, and we look at what happens in my life. You know, obviously I'm not the most successful person, but you are listening to this class, after all. By 5 a.m. I wake up and there's no snoozing. I used to do that in the past religiously and get right out of bed. Say this will be the best day ever. And then I hit my knees and say a quick prayer. So that's the sunrise prayer. I also need a few inspirational messages are APS. While I think a big told us off water at 5 15 to 5 twin ish, I read a chapter of an inspirational book or religious book on this into a chapter of an audiobook, which I have on my mobile. At 5 45 you can drink a cup of coffee like myself at 6 15 meditate or in events, pray for another 20 minutes at 6 35 say positive affirmations out loud, and I do some visualizations in my mind's eye with deep breathing. And then I follow that with a gratitude, a quick gratitude list and then I have breakfast at seven at 7 30 you could take a five kilometre walk case comfortably while you listen to an audiobook and not music. Nothing wrong with music, but music doesn't brought in your outlook and knowledge base. And then, at 8 15 which will take your box 45 minutes to walk, five kilometers finalized my daily action plan into dues in my diary in Journal and My Evernote and then in a 30 start work focused on my M. I T. My most important tasks of the day, which is usually course planning and then at nine, check and return emailed of your website sales tests, etcetera, especially off the classes that are that are published and then at 9 30 to 5 focused work using the Pomodoro technique. If you want to go into the Pomodoro technique, you can be watch the module. I think that's more to that, has the Pomodoro technique, and you can then implement it in your life and then, at 5 13 meet up with friends for coffee or networking on my my my fiance. Then it's seven. Spent time with family and then, at 9 30 get ready for bed. Review my day, say nighttime informations and give thanks to the source of all things the Almighty, and then it 10 lights out and sleep. Unless it's Champions League Soccer and I watch the world's best compete with one another football and then don't be afraid to mess up. Just start. Okay? It's important for me to let you know that this isn't what my daily routine looked like at the beginning. From what I was doing in terms of unlined teaching, not even close, I was happy just to be doing one of these things on a daily basis. No, this has been a constant process of experimentation, optimization and sticking to it and change, so it always easy. But it's so worth it. It's OK to let yourself be sloppy when it comes to creating you habits. In other words, be specific in what you want, but also keep the flexibility necessary toe work within your lifestyle and schedules so your habits actually stick now start small. The American Psychological Association should suggest that to improve your success, you need to focus on one goal would change at a time. One of my favorite examples of starting small to get big results comes from author Join Cushion. Now I want to know what his goal Waas When you first started writing, he is a famous worth off many tops finals and one page per day. That's it. Sometimes writing that one page, it's like taking us the journey of 1000 miles. Louds, who said it begins with a single step so he would write one page per day. And, uh, I think that one page per day would take 10 minutes sometimes and always what he says. Many times he would write for two hours before he had to turn to his day job as a lawyer. The alarm clock would go off it five, and he jumped in the shower. His office was five minutes away, and yet to get back to his desk at his office with the first cup of coffee, a legal pad and write the first word at 5 30 five days a week. It took him three years to finish his first novel, A Time to Kill, and since getting it published in 1988 he has got him tonight one book per year, selling more than 300 million copies worldwide and amassing a net worth of over $200 million and it's increasing all the time with his royalties. All of that started with one page per day. So take the state, never discount the power of consistently taking small, deliberate actions. And don't worry about being judged. And the compound effect that does can have in your life even one positive habitat daily can be the basis for major change in your life. Just hot. What does your daily routine include? What do you do to be the best version of yourself? Mentally, physically, spiritually on every single platform? I don't have a daily routine, but it's time that you start implementing these habits to skyrocket your life. Two. Super success. Wishing you the best of luck with that, Just do it Now again, I stress in us. Please do feel free to rewind or we watch the lessons, especially with the breathing method or the Pomodoro technique. Go through the modules again if you need to reinforce any off teachings or refresh it and you want them to be implemented in your life. Congratulations on completing this class. I thank you for watching. Be sure to watch my other classes available online. I'm USIA and I'll see you in the next class. And thanks so much for watching 14. Outro Review:
