Project Description

Here are some great workouts that you can get started with using push-ups

Workout 1

100 Push-ups or modified push-ups for time.

Note: Break-up your sets of push-ups into manageable chunks. For instance, You may want to do this workout by doing 20 sets of 5 push-ups or 10 sets of 10 push-ups. Don't burn yourself out during your first set or two, or this workout will take forever to finish. This workout is a great upper body push workout that is designed to get you stronger and better at push-ups

Workout 2

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of

- 5 push-ups

- 10 squats

- 10 sit-ups

Project: Plan out your workout schedule and post it to the project section of this course. Make sure that you do workout 1 no more than twice per week, if you are just starting to exercise for the first time.
