Day 5 | Learn a New Skill: the modern business landscape is rapidly changing on new skills are needed constantly, but it can be nearly impossible to learn something new. When you are a most in the daily grind on have a packed schedule at work, so use this opportunity to learn something new. Take that online coding class, practice your poor testing or video editing skills, or start learning a foreign language. Day 9 | Journal: journaling is a wonderful practice that I believe the almost experiment with it is simple but powerful exercise on an intimate way to express our thoughts on become cognisant of them. Journaling is incredibly helpful in a personal group. It gives us both time and space to explore our thoughts, feelings and emotions on capture them into Woods. But an even greater one is to have gratitude and appreciation. When things don't work out for us on for the obstacles and adversities that we face, we get. So all went with the scenarios at hand. Basically, it includes exercising yoga, Primor breathing exercises, meditation on breeding. I keep treating it reshuffling activities based on what's with me best on experimenting with new things on. I suggest you do the same. Always we willing to experiment and try new things that you think may help you getting a better mindset, make you more productive and get you closer to the expression off your energy genius.
