Cook less, eat more, and lose belly fat without a minute of exercise. The fastest, most effective way to lose fat.

How to Follow this diet: 

  • Proteins: Lean and fattier meats including chicken, pork, beef, fish, bison, and turkey. Beans, lentils, and legumes.  
  • Vegetables: Excluding sweet potatoes and white potatoes
  • Healthy Fats: Eggs, egg whites, EVOO, EV coconut oil, avocado, butter. 
  • Do NOT drink your calories. No juice, soda, energy drinks, or dairy. 
  • Don't eat starchy carbs like bread, pasta, noodles, etc.
  • Keep it simple and repeat the same few meals that you like, throughout the week.
