This class is about working on a focused project to plan out the steps you need to get it going.  You will create your project plan during the class or you can listen to it and create your plan later.   You do not need to know anything about project planning.

There is a workbook available in the Class Projecj section of the course and you can share your insights and progress with other students and with me.

A very good place to start if you really struggle with ANY method to plan a project. I am a pretty advanced project planner and watched this video to see if there was anything new to learn-- what I learned is that I liked her simple framework.
This is a really great resource to help me quickly plan out my projects for teaching. It takes out a lot of stress and worry! Also Genevieve's delivery is so supportive and friendly!
