Vegan And Free From Bakes !

Teacher

Hello, I'm Molly. Welcome to my channel here on Skill Share, here I teach all about vegan baking. Join me every week for uploads of super easy, delicious bakes. We will cover everything from a classic cupcake to homemade flour tortilla wraps and oh of course there will definitely be some chocolate recipes in there.

I suffer from food allergies that mean I had to completely change my diet a few years back. I remember how hard it was trying to find yummy treats I was able to eat so everything here is not only vegan (egg and dairy-free) but also soya free. However, don't worry one thing we don't substitute here is the taste!

1. Introduction: Hello everyone. My name is Molly and welcome to our welcome back to my free from baking videos. Today we're going to be making these absolutely delicious chocolate chip cookies. And I can't wait to show you the recipe and I hope you enjoy it and recreate these cookies. Make sure to leave your projects and the project gallery below. And also as always, everything you will need to either find in the project section below, including step-by-step instructions. And GI. 2. Ingredients: As always, first out, we're just going to run through everything we're going to need. So the first thing we're going to need as a baking tray, baking parchment and a large bowl. Now until I gradients the fresh ingredients will need as the daily free spread butter margarine, wherever you choose, will also need late burn sugar. Next stop will need some castor sugar. Then some vanilla extract will also need some plain flower, will also need some baking powder. And last but not least, some corn flour. Now chocolate chip cookies cannot be chocolate chip cookies, will that some chocolate chips? So grab some chocolate drops with dairy free chocolate. Or alternatively, if you would like, raisins are RB1 PR and your cookies, go ahead. 3. Weighing: Our first step as always, is to preheat your oven to a 180 degrees, 350 degrees Fahrenheit and gas mark for first up, we're going to be weighing our territory spread to put it in the bowl first. And for this, we're going to need 55 grams of dairy free buffer. Once our buffer zone measure diet, we're just going to pop that into our big mixing bowl and move on to our second ingredient, which as soft bone sugar. So far, so friend Sugar. We're going to want to grab it and measure 75 grams. Once we've added our soft brand should return maximum boat. We're just going to grab our caster sugar or measure 30 grams of caster sugar amongst we've finished measure and that we're just going to add that to our bowl and then move our skills to one site. Next up we're going to want to grab our electric quest to ask the butter and sugars together. I put the west go on as well as speed is possible to still have complete control over. This is what your ingredient should look like then the goal. And yeah, let's get whisking. 4. Cream Together: So what's Keynesian data along? You just basically want to cream everything together quick and the physiological pH. So all that, just to save time on separate things combined and starting to look like this, we can start with skin and add our wet ingredients. So this is what everything looks like when it's been creamed together. Our way ingredients consist of our funnel, a strap on what ingredients I forgot to mention it start, which is your oat milk. So far stop. We're just going to add half a teaspoon of the abstract. Once we've added our half a teaspoon of nice shot, we're just going to grab our oat milk or almond milk wherever melanocytes use. And we're going to add one filled tablespoon of oat milk. Once we've added our field tablespoon of 0, we're just going to grab our whisk and start West king again. 5. Making our Dough: Once we've got this consistency, it, we're just going to move our West and go to one side, grab our skins. And the question gradient that we're going to measure out as our flower. And we want a 100 grams of plain clever. At this point, once we've measured it out, we're just going to grab a set and set our flower into our bowl. Once we've saved all our flower end to the bullet, we're just going to grab our next ingredient, which is our baking powder. And we went half a teaspoon of baking powder and we're just going to set that through and term mixture as well. Our last ingredient that we're going to add to our set as our corn flour. And we just want half a tablespoon of corn flour and then we're just going to set that and term mixture. Once everything is served and terrible, we're just going to grab our list in a mask altogether. As you can see at this point, are duly start far. So we're ready to move our West and then our chocolate chips. At this point, we just want to add enter chocolate chips are a raisins or wherever you want to put in your cookies. And this point as well, we're just going to grab a spin and stack machine altogether to kinda form our cookie dough. Now that our cookie dough is farmed and looks like we're just going to move our ball to one side and bring over our baking tree with baking parchment. 6. Forming our Cookies: At this point, we're just going to grab our goal and form our cookie dough into a bowl. And the bowl ready to be separated into smaller cookies to be placed on the baking parchment. Once our cookie ball girl is farmed, we're just going to run it through our hands few times to get it into shape with a ball. And then as point, we can either start making cookies or we can present. And that keeps in the freezer for up to a month. S makes around eight cookies. So I'm just cutting the ball and half with my fingers. And then each half into half again to make its cookies. Once we've found all the bows of the cookie dough onto our baking parchment. We just want to slightly press them down so that they evenly spread. And the alphabet. This is what this should look like depending on the oven. And now we're ready to debate our cookies and I'm ready to go into our oven, which has already been preheated. And she'd cook car around eight to 12 minutes. 7. Baking our cookies: When the cookies come on up and it's normal for them to be three and stuff slightly soft in the middle. Don't worry about That's the I didn't ask the code. Now we're just going to transfer our cookies on to why Iraq to kill them. And then we are ready to set up. At this point, we're just going to leave them to cope around 15 to 20 minutes so that it can harden. If you prefer a slightly crispy or cookies and obviously leave them in the oven around 12 to 15 minutes. But just be careful we don't burn. But had all our cookies are at the often encode done, they are ready to sum up. As you can see, they're crispy on top and chewy and getting on the insight. 8. Final Result: Thank you so much for watching. I hope you've enjoyed this recipe. As always, check out other recipes on my page for more VK and bakes. I hope you enjoy it and I can't wait to see you recreate these cookies and the project gallery below, VI. Hi.
