About This Class

In this class, I’ll show you how easy it is to make your own unique, beautiful envelopes, with no template or pattern required. All you need are some simple office supplies and a few minutes. I’ll show you the most basic method to get you started, and give tips on getting it successfully through the mail.

These days, much correspondence has become a burden of too many emails and mindless texts, sending a letter or card to a loved one is a gift. The envelope is the gift-wrap, so why not make one out of wrapping paper? Now you can!

I started making envelopes at summer camp, for my letters home, and I’ve been making them ever since. I’m eager to see how your envelopes come out.

I'm an artist/sculptor/crafter from Vermont.

My work is fiber driven; quilts, crochet, embroidery, garments, soft sculpture, paper, but I'm happily pursuing ink drawing, lettering, and delicious foods here on Skillshare.
