I love this course! It's exactly what I needed as a beginner baker. I'm actually getting better bakes after watching these tips and tricks cause I've got the basics right, thanks to the cool tips in here. I also want to note that one of the major cooking websites published an article a few days ago with one of the tips mentioned in this course as the coolest tip for Christmas cookie makers (the rolling out of the dough between two parchment sheets before popping it in the fridge, then cookie-cutting it).
