Project Description

Releasing Those Darn Cravings

As you watch and tap along with me, write down the number (that represents how high the craving) at the beginning and the end of doing SourceTapping®, and what specific item you were craving (chips, ice cream, donut, Snickers, etc.). Date it.

Check it out. Come back to this page tomorrow, in a week, whenever you want - think about (or have the item in front of you) how much you desire the particular item. Is the craving totally gone? Did the numbers change?

If the craving is a 2 or above, do the tapping sequence again and then re-access: write down the number indicating the strength of the craving.

Include any comments or insights you've had during or after doing SourceTapping®.
