About This Class

Always wanted to print your very own t-shirts? You can!

Screen printing is a great way to easily create professional quality t-shirt prints that will look great and last a long time. The screen printing process can seem overwhelming to beginners, but after this class you will have an easily repeatable process to become a screen printing wizard.

I am a web developer by trade and started screen printing as a hobby, mostly to be able to produce my own designs. This class is great for people looking to jump into screen printing, but don't know where to start.

Doug Vander Meulen

Web Developer, Designer, Printer

Hi, my name is Doug and I am a web developer.  But don’t let those geeky stereotypes fool you; in addition to development, I’ve also spent the past fifteen years cultivating skills in graphic design and screen printing. I consider myself as a creator; whether coding for websites, or designing and printing apparel for fundraisers, I am happiest when I am creative. I want to create things that help others succeed and that make the world a better place.  I live in Chicago, IL with my wife, Mara, and four children, Brinley, Kaelyn, Skylar and Matthias.
