Sous vide, a method for cooking items perfectly via a water bath was once reserved for fine restaurants has now become accessible via a whole set of at home devices!

In this class, you’ll learn what sous vide is, what you need to get started cooking with this trendy method of cooking and a couple of easy recipes.

This class is suitable for beginning cooks, those who are interested in the latest set of gadgets, and people interested in learning about sous vide at home. No prior knowledge needed, but to attempt the recipes you will need a sous vide device (discount available through my blog!).

Excellent class! Professional quality video. The presenter does a great of clearly explaining everything. Various recipes are shown. One small hint I learned to make bagging the food so much easier: Roll down the top couple of inches of the bag then put in the food. Roll the bag back up and you have a clean top to vacuum seal.
I realized I could do more with Sous Vide than just meat and fish. Well done :)
Great instructions for those new to sous vide!
