Excellent class! Professional quality video. The presenter does a great of clearly explaining everything. Various recipes are shown. One small hint I learned to make bagging the food so much easier: Roll down the top couple of inches of the bag then put in the food. Roll the bag back up and you have a clean top to vacuum seal.
I realized I could do more with Sous Vide than just meat and fish. Well done :)
Great instructions for those new to sous vide!
I was pretty intimidated by the idea of sous vide (just sounds too sophisticated to be simple) and was really surprised by how quickly I was able to pick it up! This class offered simple and clear instructions to get me started. I will never overcook fish again!
