Hi, I'm Eliza, the water cooler bridge, and I now have served more than four thousands and 600 watercourse students all around the globe. This class is part off my super easy watercolor Siri's, which I created directly to voter color beginners. So if you are a newbie watercolorist, don't worry, you will have tones off farm with it. Moreover, I'm here to help. If you have any questions in the class, I'm going to talk about how to create the successful composition for your scene. Have to use watercolor brushes to create a lovely Grady and watercolor sky background, and I will show you how to you. Salt and ink to create beautiful voter color textures. Vile In other classes, you would need to sketch the project yourself in this beginner friendly class, I included a downloadable line, our template so you can spare yourself from the disappointment off a master plan throwing here. All you need to do is to injure the painting process, so it's time to take action, grab your brushes and start painting now. See you in the class. Yes. Did you know that I regularly share my top secret tips and tricks with my scare share followers. If you don't want to me south. Any insider watercolor hacks Be sure to follow me on scare share. 2. Tools : do is for this painting. You would need a take watercolor paper core Saad masking tape to fix the growing to the table panacea and rubber for tracing the lines. Watercolor pains, a big and the smaller around brash right Jay happen for the highlights matter. Leak. Watercolor For the moon, you can use the Sea of Japan instead off the metal quarter followers, a general for water for painting and finally the lineup printed out. Please note that I uploaded the detailed list off the tools I used the brands, the color codes and so on. Everything you need, you can find my two least in the class were book uploaded to the class resources menu. 3. Background colors: painting the back ground. I most in the paper with water, but you can use a voter's pray battle. Then I paint yellow and light green at the bottom. Off the picture, I used some Petersburg cause a yellow and look us my green pains. My aim is to make the colors by brand, so I put a lot off pigments out there. All right, that's the vibrance I wanted to achieve. I can't in you. The today are green. It's Sam Petersburg amber paint. I blend it into the ellos. I don't care too much about my brush strokes at this face since right now I'm just experimenting with the colors. I started to use horizontal strokes as I blend the colors together. Now I can t new with the darker color. It's some Petersburg, Turkey, Spain. Then I add some more blue to the sky. I finish off the top with some Peter's work Indigo blue pains. I add a bit more blue and green toe the bottom. Okay, you see how I brand are. Sky has become a bit more dire blue in the top, and finally I paint some greens by continuously patting my brush onto the paper. I won't let it dry because now I want to use the suds technique 4. Using the salt : using the sod for this technique, I use coarse salt, but table thought could do the work to spread out assault on those green blobs and put the painting away for around 2030 minutes. Now, when it's tried, the sword maids beautiful textures in the pains. So now all you need to do is gently wrapped the sort off off the painting. This technique works because the sad Krista's actually drove the nearby pigments inside off them. That's how those white frost patterns were created by the sword. The more minutes the sword stay on the pains, the more pigments likely the sort were suck out from the painting. So be careful. Don't throw away the use odd. Save it. You can reuse it for your next throwing project. 5. Composition : before we start painting the trees, let's talk about a bit off pine. And I told me and the bit off how I composed this picture. So first afford the pines s. You can see they have various shapes, but the reason behind it it's because I run toe have a visually interesting landscape for this picture. My night being good nature. But maybe it's Ah Bottalico Park where you can see various type off Coney. First Life finds Southerners, and so so for these three, Asuka. See, it has slightly downwards strokes like that and you can see the three drunk. It's visible amongst the branches. All right, so this is one type off by entry. Now let's check another one here. It's a little background tree. The three is that it doesn't have any leaves on it, so I just put some tiny little branches he render to Oh, our next three. Here. It's maybe some kind off Conifer. Maybe it's Cyprus three. Whatever. Here, if you see its leaves, is quite the friend than this one. Now I do. This leaves by putting my brushes tiny little that's next to each other. Let me show you another one. The story. Now, if you see this, has this kind of you shapes its branches, goes up part and not downwards like here. So now that we spoke about the pine tree and I told me, Let's speak a bit about the composition now in this picture, I didn't do symmetrical composition, but I moved the center off my composition a bit towards here. So to have the viewers eyes get here, I need a little trick. I make the the most outside trees, the tallest urinate here. Unless you go inside the center, you can see that my trees are smaller and smaller in size. So the tallest out, the smallest inside. And another trick. Let's have a look at the grass you can see. I made a lot off this lines, but the lines are not looking at the very same direction. But the overall direction off the grass is also towards the center of the picture. It's basically also guys. The viewers eyes toward the center 6. Splattering the Stars : splattering the stars I use of ICT watercolor paint, but I think could be going to I made a creamy white mixture with another brash. I gently pet the brush. I load it with the fights. Can you see those litter stars it created? Continue where you are satisfied with the amount of the stars. You can throw some stars. My new early. He ran there. If you want, you can put some more stars at the bottom area to the yellow pains. There you are. Finished. Let it completely dry. 7. Painting the Trees: painting the trees with the tiny bit off water and a lot off black. I make a solid pain for the trees. I throw teen vertical lines. These will be the tree trunks. I drove free more on the left side and too little trunks in the middle left area. I can t new with the branches. The spine has done what leaning branches I paint with creek lines I use very later of water In the pains. Be sure to leave some blank spaces between the branches, where the three trunk can be visible. Now. Our next three is that so. I only paint some tiny little tweaks on it without any leaves. These three has a different shape, but my brush toe the paper to make this tiny thoughts next to each other. Make sure to leave empty space between the branches now again, downward leaning branches. And here comes the next pine tree with adopted texture. I drove some tweaks on the background pine tree and continue with the left side of the painting. These three has a take foley ash so you don't see the three tranq from the leaves, then another dotted buying three and Finally, I drove a tower trunk with upward souping branches. Again leave some space between the branches. Next times the grass. I make some practice strokes Before I start. I use a dry brush. Minimal amount off water with a lot off black pains. I paint with fast upward strokes. I pain the individual rest leaves in various directions. There aren't any leaf which look at the very same direction. However, I take care that the grass is over direction would point towards the centre off the painting I paint some grass is on the right side off the painting. Guess well when I'm finished, I let it completely dry. 8. Finishing Touches : finishing touches. Gently peel off the masking tape. It can come off easier if you heat the tape with a hair dryer before speeding off. Now let's pain the moon. I measured the two first off the picture. That's that. The movie A B right here I make light outline with the Lancia. I drew it really soft and really like. Can you see how I use a metal XY ever water cooler? But you can try using acrylic paints, too. I paint the outline with the sea ever and thence much the paint towards the centre with a bit off water. I put a bit off pearl cower in it. Let the moon dry as we follow with the highlights I used to fight Japan, I drew the highlights on the top off the branches, since the light shines from that direction from the moon. When I draw the lines, I make sure to moving fast, non continuous lines or sometimes just sports don't forbid. Toe drove some highlights on the grass s valve 9.
