As someone who combats PTSD this class was incredible. There were curveballs that I was not expecting and many helpful strategies to aid in your management toolbox. This is not your ordinary stress management class rather an enjoyable, relaxing, and informative training ground. If you are struggling with stress, understanding why your stressed, and need a place to begin then start with this class. I promise it will deliver the restful, insightful, and hopeful start to your stress free life.
