Project Description
Write (and/or Diagram) a Strategy Statement or Strategic Plan
Using the Building Blocks of Strategy and other course learnings, write and/or illustrate a strategy you plan to use now or in the near future.
Your outline should include:
1. Your mission and vision for the company, project or goal you're looking to achieve
2. The problem you're solving (include some measurable milestone or goal you plan to reach and when you expect to reach it)
3. Your unique insight or solution (why you? what's different about your approach? why's it going to succeed?)
4. How to make it happen (what are the 3-5 key actions or themes to your strategy for the first 1-3 months? what comes next?)
Feel free to reference my strategic brief template if you want a starting point to structure your strategy.
