No-one wants to worry, but so many people do. It takes the joy out of life. It makes you feel tired, dispirited, unhappy. That is the reason  for this course.

First you'll find a quick quiz to help you see which if the various side effects of worry you suffer from. Then we will go through 8 simple but effective steps to zap worrying in its tracks and help you learn to live a worry free life.

That doesn't mean irresponsible. It just means that you will learn how not to spend time uselessly getting all worked up about things and instead either take effective action or just let things go.

1. Introduction to Stop Worrying: 8 Tips to Help You: I'm feeling a maquina welcome to stop worrying eight tips to help you. Are you a worrier? Do you spend time thinking of all the terrible things that could happen or the things you should have done or the things you shouldn't have said? Worry. It's never productive. It gets you in estate. It zaps your energy. It makes you feel bad. You can sleep at night. It's all sorts of side effects of worrying on. None of them are good. So this court helps you to stop worrying, to take steps, to stop getting all upset about things, to look at things on, decide. Can I do something about it? And if you can, then do it. And if you can't, then it's gon let it go. So it's easy to say that it's harder to do it. So in this course, as they say, we go through eight steps to help you stop worrying on. If you're a worker, it's well worth learning how to stop worrying. Believe me, I used to be a real warrior. Now I don't worry about a thing. It really worked. So let's get going on software E. Okay, lets go. 2. Are you a worrier course quiz: stop worrying eight tips to help you. Lesson one. Are you worrier? Let's see. Here are seven questions for you to answer. Keep track of how many of your answers are. Yes, just mark the number of yes, answers down on a piece of paper or even just keep track on your fingers. Number one. The past keeps haunting me on what I did then I just can't let go. Is that you? It's so note at one. Yes, Number two. I can't forget about a mistake once I've made it, it just keeps on coming back. If that was a yes for you, mark it down. Number three. If I have a special project to complete or a testes, it's I get really up tight. Intense about it. Number four. I worry if a big event is coming up like an official company banquet or a job interview. Number five Things bother me to the extent that sometimes I can't sleep for thinking about them. Number six. If I make a decision, I worry about whether it's the right one, and if I don't make a decision, I worry that I should have made a choice. Number seven. I constantly worry about what will happen to be in the future. Here's a class project Have there is no real project for this lesson. Just notice what is your score and how Maney Yes, is you scored after seven will deal with those in the next lesson coming up next lesson to so what does all that mean? 3. So what does that mean: Lesson two. So what does all that mean? How many did you check off as relating to yourself off the seven questions? Do you find yourself feeling that way much of the time? Most of this kind of worrying is about things that are out of your control. Things that have already happened are in the past or things that may or may not happen in the future, but for now are unchangeable thinking this way. It's very tiring. It's stressful and it takes a joy out of today worrying about yesterday on tomorrow. What is the only time you're control of L. A thing? I'm sure you know the answer is now. Right now, at this very moment, now is the only time you have this very moment the power to make changes, changes that will happen now but may affect the future. It's possible they may even affect the past. But it's only right now that you can do anything at all. Whatever you're thinking, feeling doing at this precise moment is the thing you have control over. You can continue it. You can stop it. You can change it. The power is yours right now. Coming up next lesson three and exercise to let go off. Worry 4. An exercise to let go of worry: Lesson three and exercise to let go off Worry. Here's a very simple exercise to prove to you that you can do it, that you can take control off. Now choose something to do or something to stop doing for just for the next five minutes, that's all. Perhaps you could decide you're not going to let the noise around you bother you and just ignore it. Or that you're not going to pay any attention at all to what's happening in your immediate vicinity or that you're going to stop doing something physical that you're doing right now . Like eating or chewing gum or jiggle your foot up and down. It doesn't matter what it is by to something that is different from what you are presently doing on Do that for about five minutes, you can pass it. Did you? If you like, and continue once you've done it or it can just go on and do it later, how did it feel? Did it feel uncomfortable because it was something different that perhaps you born planning on doing right now? Or did you like your feeling off taking control? I'm not letting the world get to you too much. Not letting things get you. And taking control off now doesn't mean ignoring important things or events. It just means making an evaluation, whether you have control or not. If you don't have control, there's really very little point it exhausting yourself, trying to control the situation. And if you have or can take control, there's no point in worrying either. Just a quiet time to work out what is the best thing to do and do it. There's no right thing. There's only the best thing you can think off right now, and that's good enough. If it doesn't work out, you can sit down and work out what's the best thing to do at that point. But you won't get anywhere with worried about that. Just know because until you get to that point, you have no control to do anything. Anyway. Your power is in the now which what is the best response to the situation now and only now the same concept goes for taking your mind off worrying about the past or the future. Just keep your focus on now at what you can do here and now. The past is past on the future will take care of itself, and you worrying about them would make any difference A tall toe. How they turn out coming up. Next lesson four four tips to stop worrying. 5. 4 Tips to stop worrying: Lesson four four tips to stop worrying number one. Can you worry be solved, brainstorm alone or with those close to you? Can you come up with some solutions? If not, is that it is too early? And if you wait a bit longer, a solution will be possible. If there's absolutely no solution, what can you do to make it possible to live for this problem? What can you do that will make it easier to deal with? Don't worry and worry when you haven't thought it through, think it through objectively and make your plan off response. Number two shall do, Ah, worry time for yourself. It's easier to start yourself worrying about something if you know you've set aside a time in which you will allow yourself to worry to the full. So set a date with yourself daily if necessary, just to think through all your worries, and this will clear the rest of your time from unnecessary worrying if necessary. When I worry pops up, but some other time make a note of it so you won't forget to go over it in your mind at worry time. Talk out our right out to worries talking and writing are both amazing ways to de stress on to clarify your thinking. Talking is similar to the previous tip about brainstorming, whether alone or with others, so here will focus on writing. Journaling is a wonderful way to both get rid of unnecessary worry and also to clarify your own under sounding off both the problem and how you feel about the problem. So get writing or typing unless it all out. Number four. Don't assume other to thinking about you and perhaps criticizing so many people worry about what other people will think that they don't do all the things they want to do, or they do things that they don't want to do. But remember that other people are much more tied up in their own lives to be thinking about you that much. And anyway, what does it matter? You have every right to be you, and so long as what you do are fit fits with your own values and beliefs. Who cares what others think? Don't feel you have to solve everything right now this minute. Instead, focus on what you could do right now. Take a step in the right direction. You don't have to see the whole path right in front of you. Just take a step in the direction you feel is best and then another and another. If you find out you've gone the wrong way, just redirect has start the process over again. Very few problems were solved outright immediately, so be patient with yourself. Number six Focus On the present moment. You can't do anything in the past. It's gone and you can't do anything in the future. It's not here yet, so focus on where you can take action. The president now and don't let future possibilities hold you back is that act out to the best of your ability to create things. How you want TEM? Don't let past events control your mind. Gently bring your thoughts back to the present, then let go. Allow the universe to operate as it always has and always will. Knowing you've done all that you can do. Number seven. Another way to focus on the press of moment is to meditate, and you don't have to sit cross legged on top of remote mountain to meditate. Just find a quiet spot where you could be undisturbed. Find a guided meditation online on YouTube or somewhere like that, and listen to it as it guides you through the meditation process. If you're just beginning meditation, find a recording that first takes you through, relaxing each part of your body before it moves on to other things. Meditation is a wonderful worry solver. And then, of course, there is the well recognised on wonderfully effective worry control method. Off exercising. Being physically active in some way, you can get rich off. You worry for now, few great and actually increase your physical health. Exercise releases endorphins on these work To release tension and stress, give you more energy and generally make you feel good. And as you concentrate off what you're doing, you've stopped worrying yoga, anti Chenier, gentle methods of doing the same thing as you focus on your body. Onda present the class project. You may not immediately starting all of the's eight things, but the lesson project is to pick at least one and get started now. Then just pick another and added to the 1st 1 and keep going until you are doing so many worry busting things. That worry has no way off weaseling its way into your thoughts on life anymore. Which one are you going to start off with? Life will be much more fun if you can stop worrying. So even if you think these eight things might be a bit of a board to do on their not But perhaps you think they might be Before you start, I encourage you to take control off your life had take over from worry and allow yourself the happiness that you deserve toe half.
