About This Class

This class is about gaining self-worth and confidence by practicing self-love techniques. We all seem to struggle with knowing our own worth. In today's society, with so much to compare ourselves to, we struggle to see how wonderful we really are, as we are, right now. As we start to love and appreciate ourselves we start to realize how worthy we really are. When we notice that we are worthy of what we desire, we gain confidence and through all this, we are also able to show love to others.

I am going to guide you in some simple self-love practices you can do either in your shower or while getting dressed. These practices will help you learn to love and appreciate all of you. Our way of thinking is very powerful and when you change your thoughts you can actually change your own appearance and how others perceive you. If you're wondering if this class is for you, I can tell you it is. Because you clicked on it! You were led here for a reason. All you need to get started is your beautiful self, dedication, and a journal, but we will get to that later.

A little bit about your teacher: My name is Anne, and I created this class because I believe each and every one of us is beautiful and worthy. For years I struggled with depression and self-worth. I hated the way I looked and was really unhappy with who I was. But with these exercises, that I will guide you through, I turned my life around. When I began to love and appreciate my body, I noticed that it physically changed how I looked. Now, this didn't happen overnight but if you work on the exercises yourself, you will notice a positive transformation.

How To Take This Course: Go at your own pace; meaning, if you want to watch one video at a time and then take what you learned and implement it in your life as you go; or go ahead and watch the whole course and start practicing everything you learned in this course. Listen to yourself and do whats best for you!

The Break Down:

  • Learning to LOVE yourself, exactly as you are now.
    • We tend to put conditions on our love. “Ill love myself when I achieve this” or “Ill love myself and feel good when I look like this”. No more conditions, we are going to learn to love ourselves exactly as we are now.
  • Learn to LISTEN to your body and show it appreciation.
    • When we learn how to communicate with our bodies a lot of suffering can be relieved.
  • Learn to FORGIVE yourself
    • No grudges here, if you mess up that's ok, learning to let go of things and not hold onto them is important for your mental and physical self.
  • Learn how to REWARD yourself
    • Know that you are worthy of rewards and gifts to yourself.
  • Learn to be GRATEFUL for the body you have.
    • Our bodies are a lot like magic, they seem to function all on their own, pretty cool. I will teach you an exercise to help you learn how to be grateful for the body you have now.
  • Learn to love WHO you are.
    • I'll teach you a great practice that will help you truly love and appreciate who you are, as you are.

If you're ready to feel all the goods, let's start the class!

1. You Are Worthy: hello and welcome. Beautiful friends. If no one's told you today that you're awesome, you are. You're awesome for being here right now. This class is about gaining confidence. They're self love practices. We all seem to struggle with knowing our own self, where and in today's society was so much to compare ourselves to. It's easy to forget how wonderful we are as we are right now. When you start to love and appreciate your own body, you start to realize how worthy you really are. And when you notice that you are worthy of what you desire, you gain confidence. And through all of this, you are also able to show others laugh. I'm gonna be guiding you comes through some simple practices that you can do while you're in your shower or getting dressed that will help you learn to love and appreciate all of you. Our way of thinking is so very powerful, and when you change your thoughts, you can actually change your appearance and how others perceive you. Now, if you're wondering if this classes for you, I can already tell you that it is because you clicked on it. You relight here for a reason now you don't need much to get started. All you need is your beautiful self, some dedication and a journal. But look at that a little bit later. First, let me tell you about your teacher. My name is Anne and I created this class because I believe that each and every one of us is beautiful and worthy. For years, I struggled with depression and self esteem. But with these exercises that I'm gonna be guiding you through, I changed my own life. When I started to love and appreciate my own body, I noticed that it physically changed its appearance. When I changed my negative and judgmental thoughts to positive and grateful ones, I experienced an amazing transformation. People couldn't even help ask what it was that I was doing. Now this didn't happen overnight. But if you yourself practice these exercises, you will also experience a positive transformation. A little bit about the classes is that I'll be going into a variety of topics in detail and how and why the exercises work. We'll be talking about love and accepting ourselves unconditionally as we are right now. We'll be talking about how to be grateful for what we already have. We'll be talking about rewarding ourselves because we are worthy of it. We're gonna be talking about Gratitude City, and we'll also be talking about how to love ourselves. Holy. So if you're ready to start building good, let's get started. 2. Love Yourself As You Are: Hey, friends. So starting on this class, I want you know that you are amazing, Justus, you are right Now. If you have trouble believing this, then I want you to get it this way. Your body is functioning without you even telling it. Teoh, your body functions without you even knowing how. Let's say, for example, you have a headache and you take a medication. You don't have to consciously stop and tell your liver. Hey, break this up so you can start providing second start providing relief for my headache. Your body just does it for you and to me, that's pretty magical. I mean, scientists still don't fully understand how our bodies operate and they can't. They don't know how to explain these medical marvels That happened where, like people are coming out of totalling accents that a scrape on them Or what about people that have no poles in come back from the dead? This isn't magical, were magical. That makes you amazing. We're all amazing, you know, we tend Teoh put conditions on the love that we have for ourselves and others. You know, we tend to say I'll love myself when I look like this or I'll love myself when I achieve this or I'll love myself. Fill in the blank. It's always a condition. What we need to start doing is loving and accepting ourselves exactly as we are right now. And how we can start doing that is by being grateful for what we have right now. So what I actually want you to start doing as I want you to go out and I want you to buy a journal that speaks to you, one that you like, or that calls to you, um, and buy it with the intention of knowing that you're going to be writing things that you're grateful for in it. For example, this is the one that I bought for myself. This is my gratitude journal, and it just has some fairy creatures in the woods here. And that's what I write my gratitude, Ian. So before you even try and tell me and I have nothing to be grateful for, or Jesus is just really hard And you know what at first can seem hard, you know, especially if you're coming from a really dark place right now. But we all have things that we can be great before right now. And they may seem small, but they're actually big. For instance, the fact that you could breathe right now or the fact that you're watching this video or the fact that you know your body processes food for you without you even having to tell it to We all have things to be grateful for. And if you're still struggling with thinking of things we're grateful for, try and remember this funny story. I'm gonna tell you there is this man and he traveled to India and when he went there and he visited the city, he saw this wall of people and he went over there and he saw this little boy with no legs. And he said, How is it that you're smiling when you have no legs and the little boy goes low? It's not so bad, you know. I have my arms and I have people that care for me and hang out with me. I don't have those, but as that guy and he looks to his right and he sees him a quadriplegic, no arms, no legs. And he asked him, How are you smiling when you have no arms and no legs. And the man goes, Well, I have a great, healthy tourists, though, and I have Aaron my lungs. I don't have it as bad as that guy. And he looks to the right of him and he sees a man who's just ahead and he goes, How are you smiling when you're just ahead and the head goes Well, I mean, it's not so bad. I have a brain unlike that guy, and he points back to high with the torso. So I want you to remember that we all have things that were great that we can be grateful for, no matter how small. So what I want you to start doing in this journal is whether first thing when you wake up in the morning or before you go to bed, I want you to just take time to write at least five things that you're grateful for. Now, if you write more than five, that's great, right? As much as you want as much as you allow yourself, you know that time. If you can hardly think of five things, don't worry, that's natural. More will come to you, the more that you do this now? Why I'm asking you to do this is because this actually will help us to see the beauty that is already around us. And when we are grateful for this beauty, we naturally raises are vibrational energy. And then blessings are able to come into our life. And we actually notice the blessings that are already in our life. So go out by that journal, start writing and we'll see you in the next video. 3. Love Yourself By Listening : how low, beautiful Zell's. Remember how we mentioned how it's cool, that our bodies just tend to function on their own without us having to tell them to? Well, I want you to start and try to communicate with your body. Today we turned out a bit leg zombies. We sit down to eat a meal and we just sit and eat without really realizing when we're full or how certain foods actually made us feel. And that same goes when we're exercising. Sometimes we can push our bodies way too hard, and, sir, come to an injury as a result of not listening. Just doing now, this could be kind of challenging. At first, I'm asking you to consciously stop and check in with yourself after doing things. But when you dio you're communicating with your body and you're showing it love and an appreciation. So what I want you to start doing is checking in with yourself after you eat after you drink after you do certain activities and after you spend time with people. So, for example, let's say that you're running Lee in the morning, see forgets eat breakfast so you stop it. A fast food place. After you eat that fast food, I want you to really ask yourself, How do I feel? Did that make me feel happy and healthy and ready for the day? Or do I feel sluggish? And for some reason, my stomach hurts. And I want you to do the same thing when you're exercising after you work out or you do at certain activity, do you feel euphoric and healthy? If not, maybe you should try a different type of exercise for me. Like for years I was doing CrossFit because I liked the challenge, but my body's to Ruggles. Afterwards, it would ache, and all I wanted to do was just eaten pass out. It was not healthy. My body was not happy with me. But when I changed to trying dance and yoga, I felt so you for it afterwards, and depending on the class, I would either feel energized or relaxed, but always happy. So try different things and see what your body responds to. How responds and what provides you a joy and whatever provides you with joy in your body likes to back now, when it comes to spending time with people, some people we love spending time went, and they make us so happy. Whereas other people, for some reason when we spend time with, um, we feel drained or just kind of down afterwards without realizing it, people can project their own worries and insecurities onto you, and it can actually affect how you feel about yourself. Now, sometimes this can just be energy, so you just feel it. So maybe you just feel, you know, down or drained when you spend time with um, Or this could even be, you know, little comments that they make that kind of make you feel less about yourself or kind of doubt yourself. I would suggest spending less time with these people because you are on a positive journey and you're respecting yourself, so you should spend time with friends who uplift you and support you. Now we all have arguments or can get into rows. That's natural. But if you and your friends can work it out healthy, that's great. That's perfect. But if for some raising, you and that particular person can't come to an understanding and they just tend to bring it up, over and over and over again, this is unhealthy, and it's actually just to hurt you. So I was to just spending less time with those people. Now, if you know, this is hard at first, so give yourself some grace. You know, if you still eat that food that you know, your body doesn't necessarily like what you wanted it, or you spend time with that person that you know that you probably shouldn't. That's OK. Forgive your self. Forgiveness and grace are so important, and that's what we're gonna talk about next, so I'll see you there. 4. Love Yourself By Forgiving: Hello, Friends In the last video, we talked about communicating with our bodies. Really listening after we did physical activity or eight something or was drinking are spending time with people. Now what we're gonna talk about stay is forgiveness. So if you've been working on those things and you're like, Oh, gosh and you know I still like sometimes I just don't wanna listen my body. And even though I know this food hurts my body or my body doesn't like it, I still ate it. Or even though I knew I shouldn't be spending time with that person, and that makes me feel like cried, I still did it. That's OK. Forgive yourself and just let it go. We today are have been raised in a society where we've been trained to really be feel bad about ourselves and really guilt trip ourselves when we do something wrong, and it's not healthy for us at all. Actually, when we talk badly about ourselves or we have these negative thoughts, that actually is energy that can be stored in the body and that can cause other problems. So the best thing to do is not to go on this whole guilt trip for yourself and really resent what you did to yourself or with the other person. Did you? The best thing you can do the most healing thing you can do is to forgive yourself and let it go. Tell yourself I'll do better next time and you just let it go. Just accept what happened this time. Forgive yourself and let it go. Now, when you're scrolling through social media and you know you're thinking, you know either negative or judgmental thoughts about those people that you're seeing or yourself, I want you to stop and I want you to forgive yourself. And I also want you to change those negative thoughts into positive affirmations. So what I mean by that IHS, Let's say that you're scrolling through social media and you come across something that makes you think I'm just I'm not pretty enough. I want you to stop, and I want you to remind yourself that first of all, that is an untrue because you are beautiful and you are always enough. Okay, so remind yourself about isn't untrue. Forgive yourself for saying that about yourself, but unkindness that negative thought and then turn it into. I am beautiful because and fill in the blank to whatever you believe. So for me, I would say I am beautiful because I am kind or I am beautiful because I have compassion for others. So whatever you believe about yourself, just fill that in. And, you know, life happens. We're all on this life called conditioning, and we need to give ourselves race. So when stuff happens, like you left your phone or your wallet somewhere, don't say Oh, gosh, I'm such an idiot. Don't or any other negative name Don't do that. Instead, turn it into and I am affirmation. A positive ones say I am wise or I am in tune with my inner knowing. I want you to try and turn these negatives into positives. And I also want you to share these so part of your class project. I want you to turn some of these negative thoughts that you've had into positive. I am affirmations, but I want you to share them in the community below. The reason I want you to do this is because we all seem to go through similar things. We all have this similar dark thoughts about ourselves that are too harsh. And it could be hard for some of us to find that positive. I am affirmation. But if you do it and someone is going through and they see what you did, then they can use it, Teoh. And this also helps us to feel that we are not alone and that we are all one. We're all connected. So I want you to try and do this. And it would be great if you could post at least three. But if you could only do one or whatever, just love to see them in the community below. And then next we're gonna talk about rewarding ourselves. So I'll see you then. 5. Love Yourself By Rewarding: Hello, friends. So today we're gonna be talking about rewarding ourselves. Now, life can get really rough sometimes, and we all experience stress. But we've kind of been raised to kind of just stiffen up at a pro lip and ignore and just grind on through. Well, I'm here to tell you that that is not the best way to serve yourself to serve your body. The best thing to do is to listen to yourself, work on that communication and reward yourself when you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed out, burned out, whatever it is. Even before you get to that stage, please make sure that you take time to reward yourself. You know, we give gifts to others all the time, but we should be giving gifts to ourselves to so this could be a something as simple as taking time after work for yourself by yourself watching that favorite TV show. Or it could be something like giving yourself a spa day, taking time for yourself and having a spa day. Or maybe it's signing up for that membership that you always wanted to start. But you just haven't for some reason whatever it is, I want you to give it to yourself. Whatever activities that really provides you with joy, I want you to start doing more. So I want you to remember to love yourself the way you would want others to love you. So respect yourself When you are gifting yourself when you're listening to yourself. You know, when you hear that you're getting really stressed out, you feel like you might get burned out soon. Reward yourself. Make sure that set aside time to do something that brings you joy. And remember that the love that you withhold is the pain that you feel. So what I mean by that is let's say that you love to dance, but for some reason, you withhold from doing it. And that restriction causes you sadness. So dance. Do it feel that joy. Now, this is a part of your class project. So I really want you to try and find an activity that really brings you joy. That brings you happiness because I'm gonna want you to share it later on. So love yourself, friends. And I'll see you in the next video 6. Self Love Exercise(Body): Welcome back, friends. So we've been talking about changing our mindset and respecting our bodies. Today, I want to walk you through a self love exercise that helps show your body appreciation. Now, I want you to try and practice this at least once a day if you can. And I like to do this personally in the shower. But you can do this wire laying down if you're going on a walk or wherever you're able. I want you to be saying these things in your head so you don't have to feel insecure about anyone listening. So, for instance, what I do while I'm in the shower is whenever I am washing a certain part of my body, I think that part of my body So for example, when I'm washing my arms, I'll say thank you Arms. Thank you for your strength. Thank you. Fear ability, toe lift things. Thank you for lifting me up in yoga. I'll say thank you, Chest. Thank you for my heart for pumping blood throughout my body. Thank you. Longs for the area that she breathed in. Thank you stomach for all my internal organs and how that their functioning So just go through your entire body thinking each different part that you are washing. And what you're doing is you're just showing your body that you're grateful, and I want you to stick to you know, it's ability and what you're grateful for and how it operates for you don't get caught up in appearances. Okay? Don't be down on yourself. I want you to really focus on loving yourself and showing your body this appreciation. Okay, so you don't have to this in the shower. Like I said, you could do this laying down whenever you set aside Time. You could even do this, like during a meditative state. But I want you to try and go through and thank each part of your body. And as time goes on, you'll start realizing that you're thank your body as you're doing things. For example, for me, when I do yoga, I'll notice that all of a sudden the posture feels a little bit easier because maybe my muscles released. So I'll just send that muscle some gratitude and say thank you for helping me. Thank you for supporting me in this posture with ease. You know, just as you go throughout your day so I can't wait to see you in the next video where we talk about appreciating who we are in our personalities. I'll see you there. 7. Self Love Exercise(Mind): welcome, friends. So today we're gonna be practicing how to love who we are. So this self love practice, you're gonna need a mirror and some time alone. So what? I want you to start doing at least three times a week, if you can. If you can Onley dio less than that's fine. If you can do more fantastic, you're gonna feel amazing. But what I want you to do is I want you to get in front of a mirror close enough that you can look yourself in the eyes and I want you to start listing off things that you love and appreciate about yourself. Now this works better if you say it out loud. So let's buy us address some time alone. But if you're feeling very insecure about it, you can go ahead and just start off by saying it in your head to yourself. So when I first started doing this, I totally cried and I did not believe everything that I was saying. But as time went on, I actually started to smile and laugh when I said these things. So give yourself time and grace Now I want you to stay away from loving yourself for physical attributes, and I want you to focus on your personality and your soul. So, for instance, I started off by saying, I love your kind soul. I love that you have a good sense of humor. I love that you care for others, so I want you to start listing off as many as you can. If you could only do three. That's a great start. That's perfect. And then the next time you come back and do that exercise, start with those three and then at the re more so take your time with this. But I want you to go ahead and try and do this as often as you can, and you will experience amazing results. You will start to see that you are this amazing person worthy of so much because you are beautiful, you are worthy and you are magic. So practice this exercise as much as you can, and I'll be seeing you in the next video 8. Final Thoughts: Okay, Friends, I really hope you enjoy this class. And I hope that you learned some new tools on how to love yourself and how to treat yourself. From now on, we all have our own role to play here on earth, and each one of ours is important. So remember that you are worthy. You are magic. I can't wait to see you in the class project where I've asked you to share What brings you joy? And if you're brave enough, I asked you to post a photo of you doing that activity. I shared mine down below. I used to be afraid of horses, and I actually looked it up. And horses represent freedom and self worth. Well, at the time, I was not listening to myself. I was not respecting myself. I didn't let myself do anything I actually wanted to do. And I didn't really feel worthy of much either. So after I had been working on these exercises for a while, I decided to see if I was still afraid of horses. So I actually booked a riding tour and I gotta tell you, I was not afraid at all. I had so much fun. I was smiling and laughing and like fish Instructor even taught me how to gallop on a horse . And I just couldn't believe that I had kept this from myself for so long, and I just felt so worthy of that joy. So I can't wait to see some of your guys. Is joy posted down below and remember that you are beautiful and worthy.
