About This Class

Step 1 for your business idea. Jayne Carmichael Norrie, Forte Music School

This is for people who have a business idea, but they haven't really acted upon it. This guide will help you to find your next step.

An important aspect of business is the ability to be adaptable. Listen intently to potential customers, and respond to their feedback. Even it that means admitting to yourself that you did something that wasn't successful this time round, I guarantee you'll be better next time!

The only thing that a business needs to make it validated business are people who willing to pay for what they are willing to sell.  Nothing more, nothing less.  So all you have to do is test the idea cheaply.  If your idea will fail, then let it fail.  Fail quickly, fail cheaply, learn from it, and move on.

Don't feel daunted by the enormity of your idea, I'll help you to find your Step 1.

Step 1 should be a small step. It should cost you virtually nothing. It should be low risk, low responsibility and low commitment.
