About This Class

Who doesn’t love smores? In this class I will show you how to make a smores cookie to enjoy without having to start up a fire. I will start by teaching you how to make the cookie dough.  Then we will move on to assembling the cookies by adding the chocolate and marshmallow part. We will then bake the cookies.  Yum Yum I am hungry just thinking about these cookies.

1. 01 Introduction: Thank you for taking this class. This class, I will teach you how to make smores, picky bars. I have first teach you how to make the cookie dough and spread out on the town. Next, I don't teach you how to add the chocolate and marshmallows to the top of the window. We then make the cookies to analyze them. As self taught. Many years ago, I opened up my own home and I had this business for several years until my husband got a job offer in New York City. We felt like this was a good move for us. And so I closed my bakery and we've moved to see now here in New York City. I do not want to go through the steps to open up. And then at home, I do still enjoy sharing my skills with others. And I had just started this Skillshare is the best way. This class is part of a series of videos I make several years ago when I had a block that went with my husband, I no longer have a bakery or felt I felt like these are still fun projects and I wanted to share them with this class. We will be working on the skills are faking, think he barks, this class is aimed at the baker, wants to work on making smart ours. I am excited to teach you the skills in this class. Let's move on to lesson number one, making the cookie dough. 2. 02 Making The Cookie Dough: So we're going to mix together. So you can see this is becoming lighten up. I'm just going to mix a tiny bit more dimensions all mixed up. Now we're going to be this well. You can see as well. So now we're going to do a mixing bowl. We're going to pin or salts. There. We're just going to whisk this. Blended once again, you can see well blended like ours is just all mixed. Flour. I'm using a not-so-good all I wanted if it has a little speech that I needed to get. This. Sigma. Here is our cookie dough. Hi. 3. 03 Assembling The Cookies: With my domain, I'm ready to start assembling the cookies. I wanna do is I want to make and then level as possible over the top. And we want a hole in it. And that would be the difference there. So it looks at home even though you're not. Then I could even make it much more. Chocolate on their skin. Let's cover the sharpest. Kept coming up. Notepad. And again, just like with the distributed, evenly distributed. Now that we want to put another sonnet would be bumpy and we want it to be smooth. It seems on the button on the bottom, just on top of here. Actually. Just push that. Then you'd have the smooth finish up, down. Go into the oven. And it's going to bake for 30 to 35 minutes. 4. 04 Baking The Cookies: Practice preheated to 350 degrees and let's just pick 30 minutes and then I'll check it. Supposed to be 32, 35, and we will be back when the system, these are just some nice golden brown. That's what we're going for. This is math. But we're going to let this completely quo, once it's completely tricky. Recipe should make 16 crickets. So we'll pick u. And of course, the Graham cracker for urine gets outside. 5. 05 Final Thoughts: Thank you for taking this class. This class, you learned how to make smores, 50 bars. We learned how to make the cookie dough and then to a supported out onto the jail ago Pam. Next, we learn how to place the chocolate and the marshmallow on top of the cookie dough or the s'mores. Next, we picked our cookies and then let them cool. Your project for this class is so s'mores, cookie bars. Your cookies turned out the way you want them to. Please make sure to take a picture instead on our project page so that everyone can see the good one. Let me know how it went from my kitchen to your kitchen. Happy. Thank you.
