Project Description

A free printable will be available for you to use for your class project! You can find it here. You can make a copy of this document yourself by hitting File --> Make Copy to save it on your computer!

I've also attached the goal setting template as a PDF to make it easy for printing, as well as one with notes to guide you along!

For those of you who want something a little more artsy, I've also attached another goal setting pdf for you as well!

The project for this particular class involves making a weekly goal setting sheet for yourself. You can use the printable provided or write it in your favorite notebook.  I want you to share it in the class project gallery!

  1. Schedule yourself an hour or so this week for goal setting.
  2. Take yourself (and a friend/partner, if you want) on a date.
  3. Get a treat!
  4. Get out your tools!
  5. Set goals for the week.
  6. (Optional) Move goals to a planner if you want.
  7. Share your finished goal list!

Your finished project should allow you enough space to be present while still being realistic and honest about the goals you can accomplish this week! Feel free to post before-and-after photos or screenshots of your pages/worksheets! Share them with me from week to week if this class helps you stay consistent!
