About This Class

Six Hats technique is a very effective collaborative tool to find innovative & creative solutions to complex problems. Collaboration brings in diverse knowledge, experiences & skills together which can help us solve the problems which are deemed hard to be solved. However, there are a few roadblocks which prevent us from realizing the group potential. This class is divided into two parts; in the first part we will talk about a few barriers to the innovation and then in the second part we will talk about what six hats technique is and how to use it to effectively deal with the roadblocks and to arrive at truly great solutions. Six Hats technique is designed to encourage everyone to approach a problem or issue from a variety of different perspectives.

Six Hats technique is a very simple, but highly admired world over by businesses large and small for the contribution it made to the decision making processes. It has already proven its potential. Once you have taken this class, you will be able to use the six hats technique at your workplaces & in your personal life, to make better decisions.
