Clear, professionally presented information from someone who obviously knows what they're talking about.
Nice review on simple yet elegant seafood dishes
I enjoyed this class. It was interesting and there was plenty to learn. The recipes were quite basic and the students were encouraged to use their imagination and add herbs etc of their choice. Chef, Ken Oringer, was as excellent tutor.
