Project Description

Prepare and share a photo of your fish dish: ceviche, crudo, or sashimi.

ASSIGNMENT

Your project is to prepare any one of the fish dishes I showed you in this class – or, all three!  

  • sashimi
  • crudo
  • ceviche

Once you know the basics, I encourage you to get creative. Put your own twist on the ingredients – swap in a different type of salt or olive oil in your crudo, or add a dash of something spicy to your ceviche – and even play around with plating it in a unique way (ceviche looks great in a martini glass!). 

Share a photo of your dish in the Project Gallery so your classmates can salivate from afar.
