1. ID Ladies Salsa Vol3 Trailer: Light comes in. You left leg pop. And then we do a tuple in the back and forward. 1234567 to around the shop, all left so in the air and then on to few drops. 2. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 0 Course Intro: Hello, my name is Colleen averse and I'm part of the Incognito dance company. Welcome to the salsa lady styling calls for intermediate and advanced dances. In this course, we will build on what you've learned in the approvers course, introducing more complex routines, which will include advanced steps and other dance styles, which you can incorporate in your cells of freestyle. Let's get started. 3. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 1 Recap Routine Intro: We're starting the section off with a little recap routine, which includes move from the Beginners Course and the improve or scores. If you're unfamiliar with any of the moves or you need a little refresher, please feel free to go back and work on those moves. 4. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 1b Recap Routine Part 1 Walk Through: This routine is to a very famous song called Ron Con cotton. It starts with three accents and some other percussion parts that we will interpret with our body. Let's start. You begin in this position on the first accent, one, swap to move three. The three posters from the front, we go one, swap to move your leg on three. On the third pose makes sure your weight this forward and your chest this out, sort of pustular Doeblin feeling boom. Then we move on to flick. So you flick your left leg, bomb, sit back and bring your arm up. So from here we flick and posts. Then from here you're gonna do a body roll and bring your arm down. Let me show you from the front from our pasta dough blog posts, we do the flick, won't sit back here to a body roll down. Moving on after that, our body roll, we step forward with our right leg to face the side. Bring your hands to the front. And we do three hip isolation moves to the front, back, and front. Then from here, we stepped back with the left leg into this position again. And we do three shoulder isolations, right-left, right. Then we lean back and forward. All of this is to the music, bom, bom, bom, bom, bom. You will hear it when I play the music. So we were here, we did the body roll. We step forward on the right. We go, boom, boom, boom. Then we step back, sit on the left leg. We go shoulder, shoulder, shoulder. Linda, lean forward. So we're here. We walk to the corner, three steps, 123. Cross your left leg over the right, and then slide out from the front. We were here, do, do, do, do, do. We walk forward? 123, cross over and slide. This is the whole intro part. Let me show you from the beginning. We go 12, three, flick, sit, body roll, Hip, Hip, Hip, shoulders, shoulder, back, front, walk, walk, walk. Crossover, slides. From the front. We go 123, flick, sit down, Hip, Hip, Hip, shoulder, shoulder, shoulder, back, front, walk, walk, walk across and slide. 5. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 1c Recap Routine Part 1 To Music: Let's practice this first part with music so you can hear all the accents. 6. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 1d Recap Routine Part 2 Walk Through: Let's continue. Now the cells are bead is kicking in. So here we go into a right-hand turn with Rhonda shop. So we go 123 bringing up 567 and down your arms during the Rhonda shop. Again, here, 56712356. Then from here we go into a co-op AR step 1234 with the shootout. And then we go into the swing Step, 5678. Again from the slide, we go 12356712345678. Just that with from the front. 56712356712345678. That after this wing step we do to flesh. We go cross flare, cross flat, and the body roll down, big body roll with big arms. Here, 12345678. Then we go into half a basic One, Two, Three. Lift your leg up into Suzy Q 567. Then we could do Columbia. Columbia. And the step and the step. After the body roll. We are here. We go half a basic 123. So CQ 567, Columbia, Columbia, step across and step back. From the front. We were after the swing step, we cross 1234, body roll down. Then half a basic 123, Suzy Q 567, Columbia. Columbia. Step across and step back. Let me just do that from the right-hand turn. 56712356712345678123456781235671234567. And from the front, 56712345671234567812345671235671234567 7. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 1e Recap Routine Part 3 Walk Through: Moving on. We go into a left turn. So we go 1235, arms up and front, 67123. So as you can see at the left turn and face the front, I faced the site. Again, 567123567123. When I step together that I do a sharp head to the front and then slide. But for my left leg to the front, so it's just a big step to the front. From the front, we go 12356712567. Next Step, 567, we do a double spin. So prepare 123567. Okay, so after our left-hand into double spin, then after the double spin, we do a two steps. We got 1234 and hip roll to the front, 567 to finish it off. So from the front, we just did our left_in, we go into a double spend. 567, two-step, One, Two, Three, Four hip roll. 567. And that's the end. 8. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 1f Recap Routine Part 2 and 3 To Counts: Let's do the whole second part without the intro with counts so we ended up here five six seven one two three four five six seven one two three four swings six seven eight one two three four but you roll seven eight one two Suzy Q five six seven colombia columbia and step step one two three left-hand five six seven one two three five six seven one two three five six seven one two three four five six seven once more five six seven one two three five six seven one two three four five six seven eight one two three four five six seven one two three five six seven one two three four five six seven eight one two three five six seven one two three five six seven one two three five six seven one two three four five six seven 9. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 1g Recap Routine To Music: Let's recap choreography with music. And I know that my dad never domain that way. And I know that my dad never innovate. 10. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 2 Grapevine: This step is called grapevine, or if you classically trained, we call it bubble hay. In ballet. We start with a basic. We go 123567. Then we crossed the right leg to the back, back, side, front, cross in front, front, sight back again. So we crossed the right leg in the back. Open up to your left leg, cross right in the front. But then we do the same with the left leg but reversed. We cross left leg and the front. Open your right leg, left in the back. And then we can go back into our basic from the front. So you start with your read like in the back, we go cross, open, Cross and cross. Open, Cross. And back into your basic. Bit faster from the basic 567123567123567123567 from the front, 567, 123567123567123567. This is the basic version. We can also do it for a full eight, going to one side only. Let me show you. We go from the basic 123567. Now we go 12345671234567, tap and back in your basic. So you just do it twice over to one side and then coming back again. Let me show you from the front, 567123567. And we go cross open cross. Open Cross, opened cross top, 1234567, top and basic 3567. You might notice that it always bends my legs when I cross and I stretch them when I open. It's easier to cross when your legs are bent and you can keep your balance better. So this is the long version. Now we also can style it out with our legs. The first version I'm going to show you is with a knee. So we go from the basic 123567, lift your knee up on eight NE, then we go 123. And other neat 567 knee and basic. From the front. 567123567812345678123567. When I lift my knee up, at the same time, I bring my upper body to the front. So if you want to look from the side, I lift my knee up and I bring my upper body forward. Bomb. That gives it an extra accent. So if I go 123567812345678123567, just make sure you don't bring your shoulders forward, keep your chest out. Bring your knee up and your chest forward. You just bring your chest forward from your lips like this altogether. The next version is we're doing a Rhonda shop. So from the basic 1235678, we circle our leg around the shop. We've got 1234, run the sharp, 567 runs a shop. 123 once more. 567123567812, 45678123567 from the front list around the shop. 567123567812345678123567. As you can see, as we're moving on, we'll filling more and more these empty spaces for an eight. We're filling them with exciting moves to make the whole dance. Mason. 11. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 2b Grapevine To Music: Let's practice the great music of each veteran. Two. Okay. 12. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 3 Whine: We will now work on a move that combines several advanced isolation techniques. I call this MOOC wine because you end up wining your body. If you struggled with this MOOC, I would recommend our isolation cores where you can work on isolating the individual parts of your body first, before you combine them and do this move. Let's start. First step. You stick your chest out like this. So from the side, stick you've just out. Then you go to one side, then you go back and to the other side. So forward, side, back, side, these are the positions and then you do it smooth. So join the different positions and go around smoothly. Like this. Make sure you practice both sides. So let's do the other side. We go forward. Side. Back. Sight. For what? Sight? Back sight. And then small. We go round and round and round. Like this. That's what your upper body is doing. Now your hips basically do the same thing. We go forward, side, back, side, forward, side, back, side and smooth. We go round and round. And to the other side will go forward, side, back, side, forward, sight, back, size and small. Round, round and round. So these are the tumours we are now going to combine. So you stick your chest out and your hips start in the back position. So you just start in the front position, you hips in the back. We go round and we do both rotations into the same direction. But your hips and your chest or in different positions. So France, you have this back. Then we go side of the chest. You hip is to the other side. Then we go backwards to test your hips up front side and your hips or on the other side again. So we've got Front with the just hip is back. Side. Hip is to the other side. Back here, this front side, he puts to the other side. So if you go through these positions, boom, boom, boom. 12341234. And then you do the same thing, but smooth, 123412341234. And that's basically your whining action. Now we can do whining in lots of different places. It's a really nice sort of stop too, when you do your footwork, gives you all your lovely shines, and then you just stop and you move your body only. Or you can also do winding whilst you're still doing a step. So let me just show you a few options. So we go basic 12356 at just step back, and then I just whine 3567123567. This is one option from the front. 135671234567123567. Obviously, you can do whatever you want with your hand. You can bring it up to the side or you can bring them up, body like this, whatever you feel like doing. Yeah. You can also still step. So you can go 123567. And then, for example, do like a little to step to the front and why in your body at the same time. Just to mix it up from just the big stepping, stepping. 13. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 3b Whine In Combination: So take a stand and the chest and the lower half of the body are doing opposite ways. So to start sticky chest out and your hips go to the back so far on the side, just out and hip goes to the back. Then we move on. Chess goes to one side, hip goes to the other side, then just goes to the back, hip goes to the front, just goes to the other side. Hips go opposite way, and so on. So do the just the position we go, 12341234, same from the side, 7812341234. And then you do a smoothly. So starting with the chest, forward, hips, back and go 123, 41234, keep doing it till you feel very comfortable. And then obviously you can start doing it faster. Whoo. Oh, 34. From the side, smoothly. We go 1234. Don't forget to do both sides. So let's quickly do the other side. We go forward to the other side, back, out, forward, out, back and side. And smooth. Round and round. And round. One side will feel more comfortable than the other. Everybody has their preferred side. So make sure you practice both from the side, warm. And R1 and R2. And this is a very sexy move that you can add in to your shines. So except for just doing footwork for work, you can't just stop and just move your body. So from a basic, for example, I go 12356 that back and 1234567. You can do whatever you like with your arms. You can move them up your body. If you feel sexy, or you can bring them out to the side if you want to present yourself. Or you can just keep them easy by your side. Or you can even keep moving and do wine. Like for example, if you move to the side, like this, 1234567, something like that. So it's a very nice move. You can add in. 14. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 4 Mambo Snap: I will now teach you a step called mumbles snap. Start with half a basic 123 on four-year start lifting your left leg for cross it over. And on five, you put it down there and you step on your right leg. And on six, your stretch your left leg out to the front. At this point, you're facing the site. And it's really nice if you look to the back, quick head movement to the back. Let me do this again. So you got 123456. Like this, again, 567123456. Then on seven, you transfer your weight back to the front onto your left leg. Seven or eight, you start lifting your right leg, crossed over, put it down on one on and you step onto your left leg, stretch your right leg out, faced the other side, and snap your head back. Again. From the beginning we go 1234567812. Then on three, you transfer your weight back to the front onto your right leg and you can finish your basic 567. From the beginning, we go 12345671234567. And from the front, 567123456781234567. Now, with this MOOC, we can also throw our hands up or put them to the front. Let me show you both options. So we go 1234567812345678 from the front that looks like this. 123456781234567. Now, let me show you how it looks when you throw your hands up. 567123456781234567. And from the front, 5671234567, 1234567. It's called mumbles snap because you move should be very snappy to decide. Also, it's quite a quick move from counting very slowly now, but you will feel that with the speed of a normal salsa song, it will have to be snappy to, for you to keep on the timing. 15. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 4b Mambo Snap Practice To Music: Let's practice the mumbles map with music with you twice with the arms to the front, and twice we're throwing their arms up. 56710. So here, the visibility little reuse v. V is the bet. 16. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 5 Syncopation Step: In this section, I will teach you how you can use syncopation to interpret the music. You can sink or paid any steps you like in salsa. So let me show you in the basic first. So you go 12345678. Obviously the music would have to call for it because it's not a chapter. It's not on the chart, just timing. It's just something you can use to interpret the vocals or the trumpets if it calls for it. Because you can do a basic with the syncopation, you can do any other cells or step. So for example, if you do a site basic 12345678, this is my favorite single patients that because you can really accentuate that hip movement or side cross, 12345678. These are a few options of basics that you can think of it. Now let me show you, for example, the CTQ. We go, 1235678123456781234. You can think of any steps. Now you can also do a single patient that goes on continuously. So from your basic, half a basic, we go 123456781234. Finish your basic 5678. Once more. 5.56, a basic 1234567812345678. And from the front, 56781234567812345678. 17. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 5b Syncopation Step To Music: Let's try all these steps with music or the front and backs, basic side-to-side, side with a cross. And then we do another basic Into the Susie Q if the syncopation and then continuous syncopation, 56716345678, sides and craft. Basic. Sitting here, masturbation. I think the content is still a problem. We mean we take company energy. So. 18. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 6 Routine 1 Part 1: It's time for a mini choreography. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 6d Routine 1 Practice To Music: Let's do this choreography to music. Very well. How could the outflow polish? And those Northwest Soccer level and throw very well. They have a traditional model can be closed. So you logos for the other cannot ever again. Okay. 22. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 7 Intro to Rumba: This section is an introduction to Roomba and not talking about the Latin ballroom Roomba, and talking about the Afro-Cuban Roomba, which is called Roomba guava onco or Roomba Yang Bu. Why do we learn Roomba in this lady styling salsa course? Roomba is the foundation of all Latin music and dance. You will see Roomba moves very much incorporated in salsa. And also salsa music sometimes calls for you to do Roomba, quite literally in the lyrics or in Percussion sections during the song or at the beginning of the song. You can hear the clave rhythm quite prominent. That's a good opportunity for you to do Roomba. Robot is not a partner dance in the traditional sense, as in you touch each other. The man and the woman dance in front of each other with a distance. And it's quite a Flaherty cheeky and theatrical dance. 23. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 7b Intro to Rumba Side Basic: Obviously Roomba is a whole new dance Shara, and we could do a whole other course just about Roomba. But today I will just teach you the basic body movement and some basic steps. Let's start. First. We have to get used to the bouncing. So just bend your knees and found 12121212. It's an earthy dance, it's Afro-Cuban, so get used to being quite close to the ground. The basic step is we bounce in the middle. You step out. Bender, nice, middle, the middle, and out. Middle and out. Make sure you balance both times. And down, down, down, down. And that doesn't matter which like you're using right now. Just get used to that movement. Then your hips are going to decide. So when you go out, push your hips to the side. And psi. And in science and in science. And in its very important that you transfer your whole weight to the outside foot and back. Make sure you don't stay in the middle. So you send your hip out and in, out, in, out, in, out. It. Just do that for awhile and get used to this. Movement. In. Your chest also goes out and end, but your test is a little bit ahead of your hips. So you go and out. So once your hips go out, you just goes back and in and in. So you just goes out on and then you hit on 11212121212121212. That again takes awhile to get used to. Now your arms, there are different options for the arms, but I'm gonna show you how you can use both of your arms. In Roomba, usually the women wear a long skirt and we can hold the skirt and do the movements we've discovered. But if you don't wear a skirt, obviously usually don't. When you don't salsa. You just told your harms nice in front of you. And the arms go side and in sight, and in sight, in, sign in. And you move your arms to the same side, then you're stepping. So we go 1212121 to try to keep your arms quite relaxed. Don't stretch them too harsh. It's a very relaxed movement and you also retract your arms quite softly from your elbows. Boom. An in, an, in, an in. And let's try everything together again. And 24567812345678. Also in the Roomba, we bend forward a little bit. So you body positioning is when you bend your knees, you lean. It should be a nice even six suck to your body. So you lean forward. Don't be completely upright like this. Lean forward like this. 1234567, a 12345678, and from the back, 56781234567812345678. Make sure you always close your feet together. And also because of the hip movement, your feet, your legs, or doing a little bit of a swivel in the middle. So you step out together, swivel out together, swivel out together, swivel together, swivel. It will be hard to focus on all the different parts at the beginning. But just try one part at a time. Maybe you just do the step with this label or you focus on your hips to go side to side. Maybe you focus on your ribs. And you're just movement. All your arms. And then after a while, more and more parts become natural and you can add all the movements together. This is your site, basic Roomba. 24. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 7c Intro to Rumba Other Steps: Let me now show you some other steps he can do in the Roomba. This one starts the same. We got to decide one. But then we cross over and over and over. It's a little bit like the cells are basic, was across over, but don't ever lift your middle leg. Ok. This is a different style. Well grounded. And don't lift this middle lake, OK. In the cross, I like to throw up my arm. Let me show you. So we go 1234, 5678. Make sure you unfolded arm from the shoulder, elbow and then hand warm and throw it up as if you hand this wet. The water should come off at the end. Like this. Let's try again. 567812345678. Your other arm, the one that's not going up, is sort of in this area resting. Because in the ROM bar, that is a thing called water cooler, where demand does something like this or this or this. And you as a woman, have to protect yourself. Yes. Otherwise you get pregnant. So it's like a game. So whenever whenever we resting our hands, so even in a basic, they come back to here ready to protect yourself. Okay? So when we go side to side, you're you're a harm that's not up is in this area. Boom. 12345678. 12345678. And that's your site and cross. Now let's do front. Instead of going to the side, you can also go to the front. 12345678, as you can see this time on just using one arm and it's the opposite on to the lake. And again, you're on that's not going forward. Is in this area. 12345678. Make sure like always, you bending over a little bit like this. 345678 and from the back, 6712345678. Also, we don't just protect ourselves. We also tell them to go away. So this movement is should also signal that a little bit. So you go away like this. Alright, let's do one last move. That's got sort of syncopation to it. We do two basic 1234. Then we step on the spot on five slides to one side and close. Again. We go 12345678. Once more to basics 1234, step in the right leg on and then take a big step on the left slide. And together again, the slide, this MOOC could be used for you to go go away if Got you can't touch me. Yeah. So from the side 12345678 and give it a bit of attitude in your face as well. Like this. Let's do it to the other side, this light. So this time you start with your left 1234, step on and on your left, push off. And together. Once more, 5678, 12345678. Let's do both sites to slide 56781234567812345678 from the front, 56781234567812345678. 25. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 7d Intro to Rumba Practice To Music: Let's practice to a rhombus song. Mammogram. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I'm diamond. Required omega. Wow. Then a Golding. Lord. I go your way. Very low. Fever. 26. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 8 Intro to Afro Cuban: This section is an introduction to Afro-Cuban dancing like Roomba. Afro-cuban is the origin of all Latin music and dance. You will see Afro-Cuban moves used in south of restyle, and they will give your dancing a new strength, variety, and flavor. In the Afro-Cuban culture, they believe in different gods. These gods are called malicious. Each Alicia has their own purpose, their own assigns, characteristics, numbers and colors, and obviously also their own dance moves. Today, I will teach you a few moves from three different oranges. There's obviously a lot more really shows a lot more moves. But today we'll just focus on these three. 27. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 8b Intro to Afro Cuban Body Movement Practice: Let's just do a quick exercise to get used to the body movement. Afro-cuban is more focused on the upper body, then on the hips. So we go up and down, up and down, up and down, up and down. So move your shoulders back and stick your chest out. And forward, forward, forward, forward, forward, forward, forward, forward. Then let's do a step at the same time we go out. Lift your let me show it from the back. So you lift your right leg up, you stick your chest and your shoulders back. And then we step out and drop our chest down. Then the other side out and down. Out and down. So slide your left leg back, sticky just out, your shoulders back. And then when you step on it, you fall forward and in, out and down and down. Down, down. And let me show you from the front or you go down. 123567123567123567. That's just a quick quick exercise to get used to this motion. 28. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 8c Intro to Afro Cuban Elegua: The first Arusha I will teach you is called a language. A language is sort of the first Russia anybody talks about because he opens the way and makes way for the other audacious to come through. So I'll teach you the first step for a language. We start with our right leg. We stop across the left Lake. So into the corner here, like this one and throwing my arms back like this. And then if you head, you dive down and up as if you're diving into a pool and up like this. To three, again, 123 from the front. So your arms come together and open up and back together. That's your arm motion. Warm and up and up. With your feet, you go 123123. And if your head, you dive down and up, that's the motion. Down and up. Let's do altogether. We go 123. Again. 123. After this MOOC, we do a little chapter step to the site. So again, 1234. And then we do the same morph to your left. 56, 78. So say move, same arm movement. This time we step left to the front. Like this. And same body movement. Form, form, form. Bomb. So like this, you can go side to side. Let's do it again. 56781234567812345678. As you can see, I keep my arms swinging when I do my structure. So when you step forward, his finger arms, then swing again. Swing your arms and swing. So it's a continuous action. This one. Yeah. Make sure you go as low as it can. This is afro. It's very earthy, very grounded. We don't have our legs strict. We're here on the ground. Okay. Let's try them. 5678123456712345678. This is the first move for L'Aquila, as you can see, is like a little chapter step in between. Obviously the origin of chapter loads of other officials have this sort of step pattern, but different moves at each site. I will not teach you and other step for a language. This time. Our legs are doing this MOOC. We go cross and o, cross and open. So you go across, then step with your left, then right open step if you lift, cross, left, open, left. So it's right, left, right, left. So we go right, the cross, left behind, right, open, left behind, right, the cross, left behind, right, open, left behind. But try not to open too much. It's more of a twist action. Let me show you. So we go 1234 from the front. 1234. So you actually moving forward. Okay. Now if your arms you're doing this, you go cross with the leg at the same time then the leg cross we go cross and all been cross and open. Again. Try to on unfolds from your elbow and throw your hands away. Yeah. Boom. Shoulder elbow and shoulder elbow, hands. And it should be quite strong action. Yeah. So we got cross open. Cross opened at the same time, then the legs let's try together. 5671234. Again. Six. Want to play for from the front 6781 to four. As you can see, I make that cross that Brealey. Really earthy and heavy. Oh, oh, oh, oh, you should hear it on the floor. And now we also bend forward, make it very grounded. So we have again that shape in your body. Let me show you from the site. Go boom, boom, boom, boom. So when you go cross, you lean forward. When you go open, you come up a little bit. But let's do it from the back 678 and from the front 678. So you can also throw your hands up like this, both for the different effect, but make you very strong. The crosses as low as you can go and the open is up. And this is the second eloquent step. 29. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 8d Intro to Afro Cuban Yemaya: The next day, Russia, where learning is you, my yard is the goddess of the salty waters. So the oceans. She wears a long skirt, floor length skirt like all the female or the shirts. So when we do this moves, imagine you're holding that skirt in your, in your hands and you sort of wafting it around your body. And just imagine how the skirt would move, which helps the movement. Okay, so let's just start with the arm movement. We move our arms around our body and to the front around from around front, around front. So you're lifting it up in the front and then in the back, you sort of waft around your body. So we go up and back, up, back, up, back, up and back. So that's the arm movement. Your body, your upper body twists with the move. So you go wom, wom, wom, wom, like that. Then the step is sort of like a rhombus step side-to-side. Let me show you altogether. Let's start with the right leg out. We go 1234567812345678. Also, like with all the Afro moves US leaning over like this. Yeah, don't be all the way up bright. So we're leaning on 2356123567123567. Thus, the first move, we will be doing two of those. And then we turned around and we turn like this. Your right leg is crossed in front and your weight is on your right leg and your left leg is just going up and up. So you sort of popping on your right leg like this? Your upper body is leaning forward a lot at this point when we turn around. So all the way like this. And you also slightly twisting to the site. So here in this position and you have a slight twist to your left like that. So your right shoulder is down, you left shoulders up. Your right foot is in front and you're left isn't behind. And that's how we turn. Our arms are out. Again. Imagine you're holding your skirt and it flows nicely around you. Your right arm is a bit lower than your left arm. He left arms behave like this. And then we turn, we go 1234. That's how we turn. Okay, let's try two steps. And then a term, we go, 123567101234567. Now, we end this. Imagine you have two waft your whole skirt round to the other side. So make it really big. Warm. Warm? Yes. Let's try again. Just as a right. 56781235671234567, left, 123567. Now we turn to the left, everything in reverse. So this time you left for this front, right foot behind left arm down, right arm, up, left shoulder down, right shoulder up and turn 2345678. Everything from the front. 567123, 5-6. So 1-2-3, 4-5-6. So 12356, so 1234567. And that's your move. 30. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 8e Intro to Afro Cuban Oya: This ratio is called, Oh yeah. Oh yeah, is the goddess of the wind and also she holds in her hands. So just imagine when you do the MOOC that you're holding in your hand. Also, she's a bit crazy. So maybe you can embody that in your character as, oh yeah. So the first move we are doing is sort of like the warm up move. Like this with your leg bone. Cross an out and out. And the same with your body goes out and in, out and in and in. Your arms are up on your side like this. So in one hand you would hold it with the other hand is just up, like this. So have your elbows at least on shoulder height and your arms go back behind you when you stick your chest out. And then in front of you when you bring your testing. So just try this movement. So behind you, in front of you, behind in front, just out, just back. Just out. Enters back. 12345678. Make sure your hands and arms follow softly. Yeah. They flow behind. Ok. Let's do the move altogether. We go to the right first, 123567123567123567123567. And from the front, 567123567123567123567123567. The next move, you can also do it double. So stay for a bit and just do the upper body movement and arm movement. So it looks like this, which is go 123467123567123456. So 123567 from the front, 567123567123567123467123567. As you can see, I'm shifting my weight sort of forward and backward as I do it. So when I stick my just out, my weight is more on my front foot and then I transfer my weight back on my chest goes in. So forward, back, forward, back, forward, back, forward and back. Like this. Always keep in mind the character of the different oranges, especially the male ones, are usually quite serious. You don't want to be smiling and to do the moves, you wanna be quite serious in your face to underline this movement that you're doing. And also, you know where it comes from. You want to show that. So when you do the first move, LA Guan, You look quite serious. This one, you can look a bit crazy. Yeah. So you want to underline this move with the right expression in your faith. 31. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 8f Intro to Afro Cuban Practice To Music: Let's try all these Afro-Cuban moves with music will do each step twice. And the basic in-between. The final value of the variable we wanna run on Amazon. This panel actually has a metal sounds Czech Republic Datalab estimate, which again is not set by man. And he said I got some others. Pay our higher ed that Maria Skype or some other adequate got outside. As it came. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 9 Routine 2 Part 1: I put a short routine together for you that combines Roomba, afro and sulfur. Let's start starting with a normal Roomba basic. We go 12356 and cross. So first just together, then cross 123567. Then we throw our arms up 123 5-6 together. From the beginning, 567123567123567. Then we go forward 1235672 to this side, 567. All of that from the front. 567 basic 12356 cross, 123567 from 23567 and psi 23567. When we go sides in the music, you will hear this as Manoa riba, which means hands up. So we do this, throwing our hands up. Moving on after the two sides. Basics At the end, we do the slide to decide, so we go right, left, and it's quite a long drag out, Mr. music. So we hold it for a bit here. Then we go left and right and slide 678. Then we take two steps. One across. Then on the second one, we step across and throw up both our arms up. So we did the slide, step, cross, and then we just turned around to start our basic salsa. Just that second part, we went from the two basics, 1212356712345671235671234567. Then we take two steps, 12 and turn around to start ourselves a basic. And this is your introduction into the song with Roomba. 33. It's very popular to fuse a few, but Jenga steps into yourself advancing. I will first show you some exercises and then we'll move on to learn a few basic steps. 37. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 10b Intro To Pachanga Exercises: The first exercise is to get used to the body movement. The most important part of younger is that you're leading with your hips. So your hips go forward and back, forward and back. And your hips go forward. You bend your knees and you're leaning backwards the upper body, 1234. Make sure that you movement is starting with your hips, your initiate with your hips. 12345678. So we do this for eight counts, 567812345678. So you can do this till you feel very comfortable with this movement. The second exercise is for you to move your foot. So let's start with our right foot. We stand on the left leg and the foot is free. And we move it forward and back with this movement that we just trained. So we go forward, push your hips forward and then back. Really see hip back, forward, back, forward, back, forward, back, forward and back. Make sure you sort of face the corner with your body. Yeah, we're not facing front. You faced a corner and you slide your leg sort of open and then across the front foot. Forward, back, fall back, forward. Back. Fall back. Really tried to move your leg with your hip movement. Let me show you from the front and go forward. Back, forward, back, forward, back from the side. It looks like this. Forward, back, back, forward and forward and back. Let's do the other leg. Go. 1234567812345678. Same from the front. 56781234567812345678. The next exercise is for you to practice to transfer your weight. So we lift our left leg and then when you place it down, you lean back and pop your right leg forward. And again, boom up, pull up, bom. Bom. And obviously in this position you have your hips forward. That's still the initiator of the movement. Bomb your hips and your lean back. And 12345678 on the other side? 2345678 from the front, 6712345678, on the other side, 12345678. And these are exercises you can do to build up the body movement, to do batch hunger. 38. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 10c Intro To Pachanga Single and Double Basic Steps: Let me show you the two basic steps. So you should hips forward as we just practice and lift your right leg. Then we do it again. So we do a double, so we go back and forwards. So we go 1234 and then we can change over to the other side, 567812345678. You can see that I'm crossing my feet. So go 1234 when I'm transferring wait, my right foot, this cross behind the left and then you transfer your weight back, voom onto the right leg. 712345678. That's your double basics. Let's look from the front. 6781234567812345678. Then obviously you can also do singles. So change on Abyei step. So we go one to change 34567812345678. So change your weight on Abyei step from the front six. When a 1234567812345678, obviously in cells or timing, it will become like this. 123567123567123567123567. These are your signal and double basic steps. 39. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 10d Intro To Pachanga How to use in Salsa step: Let me show you how you can get into the Bishanka step from yourself a basic. So we go from your basic step, 123567, and then you lift your right leg up on eighth and then go one. So as a lady, you would start your poor Tanga step on your left. Let's do it again. 567123567812345678123567. From the front, it looks like this. 5-6, 7123567812345678123567 40. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 10e Intro To Pachanga Arms: In which anger you supposed to look quite cool and relaxed. So your arms are not doing anything Farsi, but let me show you what I do. So in this position and you have your legs and your hips forward? My arms are relaxed. The same leg than the arm is forward and the other one is back. Then I extend my arm and my leg in the cross. And then when I swap swap my arms and bring the extended arm in and then extend and slope, extend and slope, extend, swap. Extent and swap. Yeah. So it is quiet around movement and very relaxed. So extend, bring it in, extend, bringing in, extend in, extent. It. So from here, boom, 12345678. So that's what I'm doing with my arms. 41. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 10f Intro To Pachanga Walk: Let me teach you two different variations of about Django book. So we start with our left leg. You step across, your right leg goes out. We step across your right leg goes back and then we do the Django motion. So you rightly comes in, you left like pops, and then we do a double in the back and forward. Let's just do this far again. We step on the left. You write like Pope's left to the back. Then we go forward, back, forward, back. And again. So we walk diagonally to the corner. We go 123, now we face front. And then on the Jenga, we faced the other corner, back front. Then we walk same thing to the other side. 123 to the front, 5678. Let me show you from the front 5678 to the corner and then front and Jenga, again, 12345678. It's very important for you to get the orientation right. Because if you don't turn to the front on that second step, then he will not be able to turn to the side and do the proper but Django step with the cross. Let's do it again a bit faster from the back. 56781234567812345671234567812345678. And from the front, 567812345678123456781234567812345678. It's also important that you bend your legs when you step across and then you stretch your leg when you open up. So bend, stretch or bend. Stretch. And then what Jenga anyway spent stretch. Bend. Strict. So you keep that motion going. 42. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 10g Intro To Pachanga Walk How to use in Salsa: Let's have a look at how we got into it from the cells are basic. So we go 123567. You start on your right leg first, we go 1234567812345678, basic 123567. There is a second option. You can start on five. We do have a basic 123 and then 567812345678. And then from here you can go back into your basic 123567. So you only really do 1.5 sites if you start on five. 43. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 10h Intro To Pachanga Walk 2nd Walk: Let's do the second rook. It starts exactly the same. You step across on one, extend on 234, then you basically do an other one of those, 56. And then you bring your back leg in to your knee. So you put this touching your knee as if you're pushing it forward and back out. So the last move is in and out. Let's just do the steps. 56712345678. These are the feet. Then at the end we add some pretty hands. So we go 12345, extend your hands forward, then you bring them in. And extent. So extend in extent. To the other side. We go 12345, extent in from the front, 56781234567812345678. Let's go from a basic into those steps. 56781235671234567812345678 from the front, 5671235671234567812345678. And you can go back into your basic on one. 44. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 10i Intro To Pachanga Walk To Music: Let's practice these batch UNGA steps with music will do the double than the singles and then two different walks with a two of each version. And the basic inbetween, we've music, It will be a lot faster, so make the step a little bit smaller. And so you can keep your balance and keep in time. The Zelda avoiding site. Like the more you wrote down the blue shell. 45. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 11 Accents Drops and Kicks: As an advanced answer, you don't just wanna dance on one level in terms of musicality. You do want to hit those accents with sharp movements, drops and stops, and to make you dancing more exciting and more dynamic. So in this section, I will show you a few kicks and drops that you can add in to add more dimension to your dancing. 46. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 11b Accents Drops and Kicks Skip Slide: Okay, let's start with one of the most basic ones. We start with half a basic 123 on four-year tap you leg forward. Then on five, you quickly should this leg back and you drop at the same time foam with my right leg. I take a little hop forward. So from here, I hope form. And your legs quickly exchange. So from here we go full. Also your body movement. You lean back when you extend your leg and then when you do the hop, you lean forward form. So let me show you from the front, 56712345678. So on the five, you drop and then you pause for dramatic effect obviously. And then on seven you step on your left leg to go one into your basic. Let's do it again. 5671234567812345678. And from the side so you can see my body movement, 5671234567812345678. And that's your first dramatic accent. 47. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 11c Accents Drops and Kicks Left Down Right Down: Let's do another one. You start with alpha basic, 123456. You extend your left leg nice and slow to decide, make sure your feet are pointed. And then on seven, we do the drop. We come in from 78, you step on your left leg to go back into your basic. Let's do it again. So we go 12345678 from the front one, 2345678123. So when I come in bowl, I turned out my standing leg a little bit to also give a bigger effect of the drop. So we go home and you bring your foot across in the back. So you bend your leg? Bent both legs at the same time. So we go from a nice extended you can even extend your arms and then go home. 123, let's do again, 56712345678123, 567. That's his second drop. We can do the same thing on the other side. Just a timing is slightly different. So we go 12, then we extend our right leg to decide c four. Then we go 5678123. Again. 12, start extending on 34, drop on, five, on 60. Take a step back with your right. 70 step behind again, and then you go again. 123 but faster. 671234567123. Once more, 5671234567123. Let me do it from the front. 567123456712345671234567123. 48. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 11d Accents Drops and Kicks Susie Q with a Drop: You can also add a drop, two simple steps like the CTQ. If we start to see CQ on one with your right leg, we go 123. And among the second one, when you cross over with the left, you drop 567. Just for a bit of a dramatic effect. Let's do faster with a basic step. 123567123567123567. From the front, 567123567123567123567. Just bend your both of your nice quickly, like with sharp accent, and more than usually would in Assisi. Q. And here you have the Susie Q. With a drop. You obviously can also do it on the left-hand side on five. Let's try that. 567123567123567, again, 123567123567. And from the front, 567123567123567. That's UCC. Q, with another drop. If the accent is in the music is on a different count, then obviously you can also drop on those counts. So for example, if the Susie Q, you can also drop on three and on seven, let me show you. So we go. Susie. Q. Suzy. Q. So on 37, with a basic 567123567123567. Again, you just give in to your niece and drop them really quickly, then you can also style out with your arms. So when you do the susie Q, you bring your arm out as a few grabbing seat and Ananda drop. You throw them out. Crop seeds, drop, grubs seeds drop. Let's try with the arms. 567123567123567123567. Let me show you from the front. 567123567123567123567123567. This is another version of a CNC q with a drop. 49. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 11e Accents Drops and Kicks Left Turn with a Drop: Let's do a left-hand turn into a drop. So we start with half a basic 123 into a left turn, 567. Then on eight you kick your right leg forward. Eight, on one, you switch facing warm without dropping your leg. So this motion and Bhalla, it's called a wetter. So I call it wetter. So you kick your right leg forward and then you switch, you're facing shown without dropping your leg. This might take some practice. Ok, let's do it again. 12356781. And then you drop onto to step on your right leg on three and finish your basic 567. Once more, 5671235678. Turn on one drop on to step on your right leg on 3567. Bit faster. 5671235678123567. Let me show you from the front, 5671235678123567. Once more. 5671235678123567. And that's your left-hand turn with a drop. 50. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 11f Accents Drops and Kicks Right Turn with Rond de Jambe into a Drop: We can also do a writer with a Rhonda jump into a drop. Let me show you. We go half a basic 123, then start the writer, 56, you almost finished on seven, then on 80, release your leg to around the shop or less, so in the air. And then on to you drop rule. Step one, free on your right leg and then a 567. You finish your basic like always. Let's do that again slowly. We go 123567. Release your leg on 81, swing it around to we drop three. We step on our right leg and 567. Let's do it faster. 5671235678123567. Once more. 5671235678123567. Same thing from the front. 5671235678123567. Once more, 5671235678123567. 51. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 11g Accents Drops and Kicks Corina Special Move: Now I will teach you my very own special move. So we go half a basic 123 into a left-hand turn, 5678, you start swiveling around like in this position. So I have my right arm up and my left arm down. My right foot is crossed behind and I'm turning around on my left leg, thus 78. Then on 12, I start jumping and I put my foot down like this. So we go 12. So it's sort of like this. But Shonda move 123567 that you might have seen in the batch hunger class before. So we go 78, starts wiggling around. Then you go one to keep turning. So at this point you should face the front. Then on three, we exchange our feet. So we're here now I'm jumping out on my right leg and stretch my left leg out. So we go 123. And then we finished our basic 567. Let's do again five, 671235678123567 and to the front, 5671235678123567. Let me do a little bit faster so you can see the full effect. 5671235678123567. And this is my very own special move for you. 52. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 11h Accents Drops and Kicks Practice To Music: If we put our explain success in whatever way. But that never happened. So let's write out the program. Now out of this. Ok, so far. So good. The pursuit of wealth. 53. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 12 Routine 3 Part 1: It's time for the very last routine of this course. This choreography will include but John gammas and other techniques that you would have learned. We do a basic Before the section start. So you got 1235678 into single batch youngest steps, 1234567. Then we go into a glob, bear one to city into grapevine 567. Top on it. Again, the split 567 basic One, 235678123456781235678. Then from here we go into a Suzy Q C Q was a drop. And we'll do these arms with a drop. 5671235678123456781235678123. Then from here we go into a two-step 56. And on the second one we do a little shimmy. 78. Let me do this much from the front. 5671235678123456712356781235678. Then we are going into mumbles switch. So we go right leg over 123. And then we step over of our left leg. Five, step out of your right leg six for your arms up and do a body roll down. So again, we just did our two-step 5-6 shimmy 781235678. From the front, we did our two-step One, Two, Three. Sorry, I counted that wrong. 56781235678. Here we go into the sangha walks. So we go 12345678, and then we do the other walk, which is 12345678. So again, we did 56781235678 walk 234567812345678. Let me do the whole thing from the beginning. Starting with a basic 12356, but Django, 123567 or Bayer One 23567 says a q one G, three steps to decide 5-6, shimmy 78 mumbles, snap, 1235678 into the Django walks, 1234567812345678. Let me do it from the front. 56712356, but younger. 123567123567812356781235671234567812345678 54. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 12b Routine 3 Part 1 To Music: My son goes by, dazzled, by the sun, goes by dazzle. It is my happy by timing. 55. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 12c Routine 3 Part 2: Let's move on. We were here of the jungle walk. Then we cross over with your right leg, 123. So you do almost like a swing step. So it's got a swing feeling to it. You cross-over when your legs 1234, bring your left leg back. Then we do the Euler step. So bring your arms up. 567, close on eight. Again from that Django walk, we're here. We go, 12345678. Then you do a normal site-based sick with across 123 and then the brake section starts. So we come into this position. So you have your left leg out, left arm out, right on up, and you look to the left. Just this again from the front. So we were here. We cross over 12345678123. Boom. So this I said, is going to be a break section. So this is a dramatic boom. Make it nice and sharp with your head and also start fast and then you can slow the movement down. So if you look again, we go boom. And I'm still extending my arm. Yes. So let's do again from the back. But here, 56123456781235678. Then from there we go into two flares. And those are the Django styles left. So you bring your leg in and swap in and swap. So from here we go, boom and boom. So two of those. Then from here we stepped back with your left leg bone, then throw your hands up and then we drop all the way down, stretch your legs, and bring your upper body up seconds. So we did two flares. One and to step back, throw your arms up like we did in a Cuban, Afro-Cuban section. Drop all the way down, make sure your upper body stays upright so you're nice and comfortable in this position. Then bend your head forward, bring your hip up your head. So obviously these movements are on big accent, which you will hear in the MRC. Let's do again. So from here, from here we go, 1234567812356781234. As you can see, I bring my arms from here. The left arm is going to my leg and the right arms up. And then during the Uh, flares and bring you my right arm down and my left arm up. So it's this motion, very sexy. And they actually make sure you actually touch your body. I see a lot of ladies sometimes they don't touch actually. So make sure you have this going along your body like this. Alright, so, uh, here, 56781234, and then we step back, throw your arms up, drop-down, coma up. Sexy. Okay. So we continue from here. We came up. And from here I just twist into a double spin preparation. So from this position you can literally just twist your body to this corner and your feet should be in the right space. Then we do a double spin, won't turn, turn. And then we take a slide. And before I do a slide, I drop onto my left leg and then take a big step out. So after the double spin, spin, spin, trope, slice. And whilst I did this slide, I do a shimmy as well, bomb shimmy. So we go bomb shimmy. Or you can use whatever you wanna do with your arms, that's fine. But shimmy. Alright, so after the drop again, bomb, twist, double spin and shipping. Then after that, the music continues, so we stay in this position. And then when the music continues back into the salsa rhythm, we do a sharp drop. Bull stepped out, and then we do to flesh out, boom out. Let me show you from the back. So we were here. She mission machine me. The music continues. We go 12345678. Then from here we go into my special move. We go 1235678123567. And that's the end of the choreography. Let's do it again from the front. We went from the drop into the double spin. And she missing missing me. Music continues. We go 12345678 into my move, 5678123567. And this is the let me do that whole second section from the beginning. So we were here after the book, Django books. We go into a swing step, 12345678123 and break 678 flares too of taus. Then we step out, throw your arms down, up, twist though both spin and shimmy, shimmy, shimmy. We go into your drop, slide, flare and flat. And my special more 678123567. Let's do it once more from the front. So in this position, we go 1234567812345612345678, bom, bom, bom, bom, time and spin and shimmy. Shimmy, shimmy. And 123456781235678123567. And this is the 56. ID Salsa Ladies Vol3 12d Routine 3 Full Practice To Music: Now my son goes by, dazzle me by setting that up. But that's my son goes by dazzle. My Udemy by timing. I don't think it's right. 57.
