Project Description

Below are some process builder for students to work on:

Question 1: Automatically update the lead rating to Warm whenever the lead status gets updated to Working- Contacted.


Question 2: Automatically create a child case whenever a case is created with the High priority. Use the following information to create the child case:
• Status: New
• Priority: Medium
• Case Origin: Phone
• Associate it with a high priority case


Question 3: Once an Opportunity is successfully closed, auto-create a new Opportunity by copying the data from closed Opportunity. Set the Opportunity closed date as the new Opportunity created date plus 100 days.

Question 4: Create a process that will do the following tasks:
1. Send out an e-mail to the owner 10, 15, and 20 days before the Opportunity close date.
2. After three reminder e-mails, if the Opportunity is still open, then send an e-mail to the account owner.
3. Once an opportunity is successfully closed, auto-create the contract from it. Use the following values to create a new contract:
o Name: The same as the account name
o Status: Active
o Contract Start Date: Today
o Contract Term (Months): 12

Question 5: Auto-create a child case whenever the case's Type field changes to Mechanical and assign it to the Mechanical Engineers queue.
Tip: If the Mechanical Engineers queue does not exist in your Salesforce organization, create a new one.

Question 6: Once the account becomes inactive, send an e-mail notification to all Opportunity owners related to that account. Also, update any related open Opportunities status to Closed Lost.
Tip: Use the Active field to decide the account status.

Question 7: Create a one-step Approval Process for the account to get an approval from the CEO once an account becomes active. Use Process Builder to automatically submit an account for approval once it gets activated.
