About This Class

In this class I gonna show you how to create a vector illustration, in 80's airbrush retro-futuristic style, using Affinity Designer. No tablet needed, I draw everything with the mouse, using just a pen tool and basic shapes.

After this class, you’ll learn:

  • how to add and adjust chrome gradients,
  • how to add strokes with different pressure,
  • how to use gaussian blur to mimic the airbrush shadows and highlights technique,
  • how to add 80's aesthetic flavor to your vector artwork.
  • and much more!

Feel free to join and get your dosage of 80's neon!

Another awesome class! Thank you, Filipp! The class covers the whole process of creating a retro-futuristic artwork in your own unique style. Affinity is something absolutely new for me so it was really interesting to see how it works (from initial pencil sketch to the final polished sci-fi illustration) Thanks again!
