Project Description

You Will Introduce One Resiliency Factor That Will Help you become even more Resilient.

e4f1673c

ASSIGNMENT

You are the manager of your life and ready to introduce  ONE resiliency factor... Just one for now. As the manager, your first task is to pick a resiliency factor.

Once you pick a resiliency factor  you need to post it here – tell us what it is, post a picture (maybe even a video) and make a commitment to make a change and implement a new routine in your life. Make it public and known to as many people as possible.

Share your new habits in the project gallery and share feedback with other students.

RESOURCES

DELIVERABLE

A completed project will include the following:

  • Upload a selfie – a picture showing you starting working on your new habit (exercising, practicing yoga, eating less, eating more, meditating, spending time in nature, not eating that cookie in the afternoon, not watching TV, not eating peanuts while watching TV, whatever it is).

Once you start with this project (and start implementing a new habit) your need to do the following:

  • Identify Your Existing Habits: Watch the videos: Action: Ask Questions and Identify Your Habits and Understanding Your Existing Habits. Post a list of your existing habits in the project gallery

  • Accountability Partner: Watch the video "Accountability Partner". Share in the project gallery the name of your new habit and the name of your Accountability Partner. If possible, post a photo of yourself and your Accountability Partner.

  • 30 Day Habit Challenge: Watch the video and take the 30-day challenge. Once you complete the challenge, post the result. For example, tell us what habit you worked on, why you picked this habit, what worked, what did not, why. How did your life change based on this Habits and happiness program and the 30 Day challenge you took.
